Perfect location in Laguna area, Netflix availability, decent furniture, comfy bed, big pool and cosy family bar make this place great for longer stays and a bit small kitchen and missing washing machine doesn’t spoil everything. Regular cleaning and good maid makes your stay even more comfortable, thanks Lynlada:)

The Coco Palace was great for our group of seventeen. The combination of 3 separate villas with multiple bedrooms in each was perfect. The grounds are amazing with a lazy river type pool and several different gathering places and table sets. The villa is located in a residential area, and we almost never heard any traffic or noise. Very peaceful. Hui, the villa manager was fantastic. She was able to help us set up massages at the villa and was ready with suggestions and advice. One thing I would highly recommend is having the staff prepare some meals for you. We ate dinner at the villa almost every night and Hui was able to prepare anything we asked for. We preferred Thai food, and it did not disappoint. More food than we could possibly eat with leftovers available for lunch. The cost was very, very reasonable less than most restaurant prices with quality as good or in most cases better.

Wir haben einen Monat in der tollen Unterkunft von Mai und Kurt verbracht. Die ganze Wohnung ist einfach nur traumhaft: Paradies auf Erden, schöner geht nicht. Das offene Konzept und die fantastische Aussicht sind einmalig. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Kurt war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns schon zur Begrüssung mit feinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Er ist rundum ein toller Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Nadezhda is a wonderful and very friendly host, can’t recommend her enough. The place was really lovely and much quieter than we’d expect, despite being close to the road. And we loved the view from the rear window too. Overall we’ve enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Delingha! The team was incredibly kind and supportive throughout our visit. The chef's and her team culinary skills were outstanding, making us want to order dinner more often than we originally planned. The villa is perfect for large groups, offering plenty of space while still ensuring each room has its own privacy. We highly recommend staying here!

The home is gorgeous and modern. The home is equipped with everything you need. The different levels gave everyone their own private space and we were all able to come together in the living area. The outdoor pool and sitting area is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough about the concierge team. They were all amazing! Someone in our group was searching for a specific Thai Dessert and they were able to get it delivered the next day. We couldn’t get to a fruit stand after they opened up and the ladies made an extra stop to pick some up and delivered it to us. My husband got very sick and they coordinated transportation from where we were to the hospital, where they already had him registered. We are so very grateful to have picked such an amazing home with the most wonderful team to help make our stay that much more meaningful. We would definitely book this home again the next time we are in Phuket!!!

Spacious, elegantly designed bedrooms with modern Thai decor rooms plush king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and bathtubs, and breathtaking ocean or garden views. The villa comes with a dedicated team and the manager is super nice ! Extra breakfast is good although little bit expensive. You can also go cafe and restaurant nearby to get breakfast and lunch. Overall, this villa is really nice and worth to stay for few days !

If I ever come back to patong we will stay here for sure , your own private beach small but great for swimming when tides right , 4 min trip to central area 250baht using bolt , air con spot on , plenty of space , lots of balcony areas , loved the whirlpool over looking bay , fantastic restaurant next door sea view , cant recommend this place highly enough it’s totally brilliant thank you again

Quiet, beautiful condominiums close to Patong Beach but far enough away to experience peace and serenity after a long day/night. Spacious condo, nice pool and lounge chairs. Restaurants, massage parlors, 7/11 all within a short walk. We were very happy with the experience

Was a very peaceful place with a beautiful view. You literally can step off of the porch into the water during high tide. I highly recommend having a masseuse and chef come in during your stay. Well worth it and part of the whole experience and vibe. For those that need their rooms freezing, this may not be the place for you. The AC works fine and kept the place at a cool 20 degrees (72 Fahrenheit). Remember this is a beachfront villa, we had the glass doors open and enjoyed the breeze and short rain showers. Very cozy and so so quiet, definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away. Some stores and restaurants nearby and easy to get rides when you want/need them. Would stay here again without a second thought.

In one word : PERFECT ! We had an awesome stay at Egbert’s place : the place was very clean, quiet, very well furnished and so close from the beach. We stayed there with our little baby (11 months) and the baby cot and equipment were perfect. We were welcome by Penny and she was always very reactive and full of kind advice. There is a small supermarket and dozens of very good restaurant accessible by foot which was perfect for us. The beach near the house is very quiet and peaceful (and very clean). We enjoyed also a half day trip with long tailed boat recommended by Egbert which was really great : you can get access to some paradisiac beaches, very confidential. Thanks a lot for everything We wish to come back soon !!

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

I would like with big Thank you to IKE for making sure to provide with everything thats needed for a good stay. I stayed on the property for a month and was working remotely at nite and slept during day time. 1. Estate feels SAFE and MAINTAINED 2. Free filter Water service 3. Host responsive and polite 4. Beach is clean and view from the property is beautiful. 5. Stable internet connection, electricity and Water 6. Good Quality Pot/ Pans / Plates / Cups /Glasses Overall, I have no complaints. Ike has done wonderful job of paying attention to detail. Definitely would recommend anyone to book this property without any hesitation.

Felt like we were in paradise. Views to die for and accomodation that looked like it was straight out of a design magazine. Well worth the stay.

Beautiful apartment away from hustle and bustle of kata beach but still close to everything. If you are planning on walking be warned the place is at the top of a steep hill. The pool is a perfect size to cool down the house is very clean and has everything you need. Selly is one of the most thoughtful and kind hosts I have ever had. I forgot something at the house and she even arranged to send it to me. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Vin was a great host! His staff was even politer. A great decision to celebrate our anniversary at the glamp! Vin was so sweet to give us a complimentary upgrade and even offer a good deal. It was a great experience. The aircons worked wonders. The bathrooms were modern with automated systems. The staff welcomed us with flowers in the bathtub. The mattresses was comfortable. The room had a full length mirror as well which worked well for us. To our surprise there was surprise breakfast and it was delicious. We returned late at night and wanted to chill on the beachbeds. The staff was extremely hospitable and have us top notch service at that late hour with ice cubes, cold water and even mosquito repellent sprays. We will definitely recommend this property and this experience to everyone and anyone reading! You’ll enjoy the worth of every penny you pay. Thanks again Vin and team.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!
