Pachino : location de maisons de vacances

Da Riccardo ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene! Il soggiorno ci ha permesso di vivere il mare appieno e in maniera comodissima. La vista cosi come la vicinanza al mare è un qualcosa di impagabile. La casa offre tutto ciò di cui una famiglia può aver bisogno. Consigliatissimo.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr gut eingerichtet, toller Pool und vieles Interessantes in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir haben uns bei Paola und Giorgio sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Nachbarskatzen kamen sehr häufig zum Essen auf der Terrasse mit dazu.

The apartment was clean, bright and modern. kitchen was well appointment with everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony are spectacular, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was amazing, he picked us up at the train station, left treats for us, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and was very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was communicative and helpful from the start. They couldn't come to check me in personally, so they sent me plenty of information about how to check in, and about the flat. The were helpful all the way through my stay: for example, when I asked them an extra blanket, they responded promptly and brought it to me in time for the following night. The flat I stayed in is one of a number of flats that they manage; it was spotless and a good space for a short stay. I stayed there over the winter, but Marina di Ragusa is a bit dead at that time. However, I could see the charm for the summer: in walking distance to the sea, shops and restaurants, with plenty of parking space, and in driving distance from very beautiful places. I had a very good stay, and I am grateful to Sofia and her colleagues for taking care of me.

Tolle Lage gleich beim Meer und die Altstadt von Marzamemi war gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und geräumig insbesondere die Terrasse. Lediglich das Warmwasser war nur lauwarm, wobei uns der Gastgeber angeboten hat einen Techniker bei Bedarf zu organisieren.

A perfect and safe address for staying in Ortigia. Centrally located and very convenient, all you need is there. Jennifer is also very responsive and provides helpful suggestions. Fully recommend this place.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno. Comoda la posizione: a due passi supermercato, panificio, bar ( un consiglio per una superba colazione “Milk and Coffee” Corso Gelone 22) equidistante -10/15’- da Ortigia e Parco archeologico. L’appartamento è accogliente, silenzioso e completamente accessoriato. Anna è stata gentile, molto disponibile per le nostre esigenze di check-in e check-out e solerte nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Decisamente consigliato.

Very conveniently located, easy walking to everything. Even though on a busy street, once inside, it’s mostly quiet, with beautiful and peaceful views from all the back windows. There is a large roof patio that is wonderful when weather permits. It’s obvious that the owner cares about quality with very tasteful furnishings and accents throughout the house. The management company was excellent in their prompt responsiveness to any of our questions. We highly recommend and would stay here again if our travels brought us back to Noto.

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

Die Unterkunft von Guiseppe war nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Sie liegt in einer Umgebung, die nur über einen Fußweg erreichbar ist. Durch Zufall haben wir eine Stelle gefunden, wo wir das Auto dauerhaft parken konnten. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr hübsch und das Bett super bequem. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Der Check-In über die Schlüsselbox hat geklappt. Guiseppe war für Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Alessandro ist ein netter, hilfsbereiter und aufmerksamer Mensch. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was wir als Familie brauchten vorgefunden. Zu Fuß nach Ortigia sind es etwa 15 min. Auto abstellen und laufen ohne Probleme möglich.

Per il nostro primo viaggio al sud della Sicilia io, mio marito e i nostri figli di 6 e 8 anni abbiamo scelto questo posto incantevole perche' sembrava rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze, e una volta raggiunto si è dimostrato oltre alle nostre aspettative. La la casa è immersa in un uliveto, piscina privata e sempre pulita, dotata di campo da calcio/tennis dove abbiamo potuto divertirci tutti insieme. La casa è molto grande, dotata di tutto, non manca proprio nulla! Lo spazio esterno è molto grande, confortevole e ben curato. Tina e suo marito sono stati fin da subito molto accoglienti, disponibili ed ospitali. L'olio che producono è veramente eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.

Wonderful place. We enjoyed every minute of being there. We travel with two small kids, and Maria had a baby bath and even baby shampoo ready for us as well as some local citrus and chocolate for the kids. This type of thoughtfulness is hard to come by. The place itself was great. Super close to Modica and Ragusa. And the meat spot was spot on. We loved the salume we got there. Can highly recommend this place.

Il soggiorno da Mauro è stato bellissimo. La casa è stupenda, curata negli arredi, ampia e comoda negli spazi e molto pulita. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge e centri abitati. Molto consigliata.

wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huisje van Paola. heerlijk rustig in een landelijke omgeving. Een heerlijk tuin waar je op verschillende plaatsen kunt relaxen. het huisje was van veel gemakken voorzien. Prima bedden . Met een auto kun je in de omgeving leuke stadjes bezoeken en naar de kust. kortom genieten

The property was fully stocked with any and everything you could need, the cleanliness was superb, the view of the sea was beautiful and the property was ideally located between the ferry and the train station so both locations were a walkable distance from the property and last but not least Nataliya the host is very friendly and very helpful with questions regarding the property and even recommendations. I was very impressed by her attention and quick response time. I highly recommended the property if you are a couple travelling from Malta and visiting neighbouring cities to Pozzallo

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

We would always come back! Scoglitti is a beautiful and quiet little town with good fish restaurants and a lot of pizza places. If you don’t have a car, Alessandra got bikes to use or will help you to rent a car at the local rental place in Vittoria. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ve been sad, when we had to leave. Alessandra will help you with any problem you’ve got and will answer any question you got about the place, the town, restaurants or sightseeing. Her place feels like home and was spotless clean. There’s a reason Alessandra is and should be a superhost on airbnb. The terrace is more beautiful than the pictures and perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening. As I said, if we’ll ever come back to scoglitti, we’ll stay at Alessandra’s place. It’s a 10/10. Thank you Alessandra!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à proximité de Raguse. L’endroit est paisible, parfait pour se détendre, avec une vue à couper le souffle. L’appartement est neuf, très spacieux, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le parking privé est un vrai plus. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement ce logement !

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement ! Les hôtes étaient tout simplement adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très accueillants. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Others have already left more eloquent reviews than I could. I will echo the sentiments. The apartment is exactly as described and had mostly everything I needed. Georgia met me for check-in and have a brief tour. She also gave good local recommendations for restaurants and other things to do while in town. Their place is a good central location for exploring other cities. The rain shower is a good bonus after a long day out exploring. If I'm in Scicli again, I know where I'm staying.
