We spent a couple stormy winter days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We played games and watched the stormy waves. The beach access is unbeatable. We hope to return for a longer stay during the summer. The bonus of coming in winter was the feeling of privacy with hardly any people to be seen on the beach. The cleanliness of the entire home and well appointed kitchen made us feel right at home.

This home was incredible! It was super clean and the amenities were fantastic. It had everything a vacation home should have. The owners were very helpful in giving us good recommendations for our family. My kids already want to go back.

Excellent location with a peaceful surroundings. Easy walk to the beach and morning elk sightings were a delight. The house was fully stocked and allowed us to cook some great meals. Would love to come back again.

We’ve stayed at many AirBnB’s along the Oregon coast and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The guys loved having access to the kayaks and having the option to fish on the private lake or 5 minutes away on the beach. The little girls loved all the toys that were available on the loft and enjoyed the slide attached to the bunk beds. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. The Barview jetty was a 5 minute drive and perfect for the kids to play in the tide pools. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this space and do see ourselves coming back.

We felt so comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out for our group of 13! The neighborhood was very quiet, as we never heard any road noise from Hwy. 101 despite its close proximity. It was a short walk to the beach, but we still had a view of the ocean from the eating area and deck. Everyone in our group loved it, with plenty of things for the kids to do. We appreciated the active games and sand toys available for all. A very fun place to stay for everyone!

Bret provided friendly and helpful communication. We could not have been happier with our stay. Bret's place is thoughtfully designed and decorated. The bathroom was beautiful and the whole house was spotless. We also really appreciated the quiet location and the short walking distance to town.

This is a comfortable dog- and family-friendly home for a relaxed beach stay. You've got everything you need, instructions are clear, and communications friendly. The home is down a private, wooded road that is in very good condition with a reasonable walk to beach access along the incredible Arch Cape region. Winter weather meant that we did not utilize the back yard but we appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. It's a great place to stay for a casual family beach adventure.

The rental was very cozy and perfect for a quiet getaway with our dogs. We loved the entire space. The beach access was so close and very easy to use. Having a fenced yard for our dogs was such a great amenity. We will definitely keep this in our list of favorite places to stay.

Heather was great. Unfortunately we were not able to use her listing due to car trouble. However, Heather was transparent, prompt, and understanding. Definitely hoping to rent from her in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very peaceful, had great views, and our hosts were a perfect blend of friendly, attentive to what we might need and respectful of our space. It was close enough to town, yet far enough away to feel very private. It is not far from Cape Lookout State Park and the trailhead up the road. Our dog was very welcome and got along swell with with their really cool, dog, Biggee! Based on the description, I thought I might hear the living quarters above us, but that was not the case. It was very quiet. They have an amazing selection of books and comfortable seating for reading. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean! Outside, there were chairs overlooking the bay, it was only a short walk through little forest to an overlook. All in all, quite perfect.

My wife, our two-year-old daughter, our mini doodle, and I loved this cozy place for our nine-year anniversary. It was nice and quiet, and we appreciated the thoughtful decorations, such as fresh flowers and faux plants, since we have many plants at home. The space is furnished with great books and other decor, and it has walkable access to Tunnel Beach, which connects to another beach through a tunnel in a headland. Oceanside is a charming coastal city with many outdoor attractions to explore, and we look forward to returning to explore more of it.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was as noted and very clean. The bed was comfortable and beach access was close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the very private back yard and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

5 stars – Perfect Coastal Getaway! Our stay at this cozy cabin on the Oregon coast was absolutely perfect. The location is just a short walk to the beach, with beautiful views and the peaceful sounds of the ocean all around. The cabin was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hot tub was a definite highlight, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and everything was exactly as described. Our host was friendly, responsive, and communication was clear and easy from start to finish. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic escape with lots of charm and a fantastic host, this is the place!

Darius and Andra have put so much love and thoughtfulness in this little cabin. It was perfect for our family of 4, the cabin was open and airy and beautifully designed. There were no surprises, the listing and photos depict this home perfectly. We immediately felt at home with a handwritten note, snacks and local gifts. We made sure not leave Netarts Bay without stopping at Jacobsen Salt Co to stock up. The cabin was remarkably clean and kitchen stocked with the essentials for cooking. The location is great for traveling up and down the coast, and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after our busy days. We will be back for sure and will recommend this little gem to all our family and friends! Thank you Darius, Andra and Ocean! 💙

We loved our stay and had the best time playing games, canoeing and catching salamanders. We hope to book again soon!

Wonderful vacation home! We had such a nice time here. Easy to find and check in. The house was so cute and cozy, and was surrounded by trees so felt very private. Kitchen was very nice, well stocked, and had everything we needed. They even had a doggy bed and food and water bowls for our pup, with a few treats set out for her! We loved spending the weekend here and would definitely stay again!

Super cute little house.. Enjoyed the back yard, the parking, and easy beach access. Would definitely stay again. Close to Cannon beach and great hikes. Cannon Beach was busy/packed and it was nice to come back to a quiet stay off the beaten path. Cute dog basket provided and Monks coffee that I was planning on getting during my stay. Growing up in a beach town I think the location was perfect for serenity and peace. Going from Cannon Beach to the Arch Cape beach felt like we had a private get away. As they say location location location!

This was a beautiful home! If you are on the fence and not sure if you wanna book this location, book it! My husband and I find it really hard to relax when away from home, but being here just made us feel so at home! So many thoughtful touches to the home Fishing is literally right at your footsteps. The home was clean, we had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, bed was comfortable, lounging in the living room was comfortable. We highly recommend this location. Karie was so accommodating and helpful in every way a guest would hope their host would be. We will return!
