Full of charm, this is truly a cozy getaway! Perfect for singles, couples and families with a kid. The place was very clean -- the bathroom and kitchen were immaculate! The front porch deck was very nice and a wonderful outdoor space -- especially when it started raining torrential-ly! Comfy bed and sectional in the living room. Functional kitchen and wonderful shower - nice hot water! Great electric fireplace and TV. Close to several points of beach access, to Willapa Bay and Ledbetter Point, to Ocean Park and Jack's. Easy to check in and out. Thanks for sharing your space!

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, spacious and well thought out place. The master bed was SO comfortable and we absolutely loved the walk in shower! We had tons of space for our crew with dogs and didn’t feel like we were tripping over each other! My daughter and husband had a blast playing the Wii. You can tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and care about your stay. They were so kind to even leave a birthday balloon and card to wish my daughter a happy birthday! We highly recommend this space and would love to stay here again in the future!

Great little place to spend the weekend at the coast!

The house was as clean as a whistle. Linens were impeccable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb. This one was excellent. Would have loved a hot tub but the crabs that we caught off the dock was great afternoon entertainment and the casino was close.

What a wonderful stay! Plenty to do inside and in a great location to visit the beach! 10/10 and would love to come back again!

PERFECT beach house! If you’re looking for modern luxury, this may not be it (except the updated gourmet kitchen). But it exactly captures the beach vibes and is steps from the beach. Russ is very responsive and knowledgeable about the community. Very dog friendly. Nana and the teens all loved it. House is very well stocked with everything you need. Will definitely be back.

Nicole’s Carriage House is a lovely, quiet, tidy and compact spot that I’d recommend for two couples or a family. Although only a shared bathroom, the fact that it is a “Jack and Jill” bathroom made it really easy to share. We loved the thick walls for peace and quiet, the couch was cozy and the showerhead!

The bay was very nice and the house is comfortable and clean. Lots of baths and bedrooms.

This place gets 5 stars. Beautiful view! Cozy apartment with so many nice amenities. Sitting in front of the fire while it was rainy and overcast was time well spent. Also loved the closeness to the Discovery Trail, Astoria, and the Pacific we ran from the front door every day. We'd definitely recommend staying here and will plan to stay again the next time we're in the area.

We loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and seemed brand new. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We would stay here again!

This is an end unit looking out over acreage. Very private and peaceful. Couldn’t hear any traffic. Place was clean. The king bed was comfortable. Usually is directly accessible to beach right from the back door but it was raining a ton so the path had flooded. Once the sun comes out, I’m sure it will be fine! Bring rain boots if it’s raining though 😀 we will be back.

The location was great! super easy to find, located in the downtown area of Long Beach! we were so close to the beach and walked almost everywhere. It does get noisy right there on the corner, for some reason people thinking speeding by with loud cars at night is the perfect thing to do, but there has been a set of earplugs left on one of the bedside tables, unopened, so those definitely helped. The only minor downside was that the sheets seemed to have been purchased in a full size and the bed was a queen, so anytime you rolled over or breathed the fitted sheet would come off the corners. Otherwise it was great! I shared it with some other people and will be saving it for the next time we visit the area! Also, unrelated to the space, look into the Long Beach Charm Trail, it was super fun and gets you going to different small businesses in the area!

Lovely unit, looks like it was recently renovated. Was perfect for our visit. Even though it was a rainy morning, we enjoyed the local shops. Then able to venture down to Cape Disappointment in the afternoon and hike to the lighthouse. Would stay here again!

Excellent location, close to shops and the beach. Todd’s place was perfect for my husband and I. Clean and pet-friendly! Would stay again the next time we visit Long Beach.

Very funky little apartment, but that's what we were expecting from the pictures and reviews, and it was great for a little spontaneous weekend getaway. We loved the empty stretch of beach nearby and how easy it was to drive into Westport to spend the day. And Jaenette's casino advice was totally spot on! :)

This is an amazing place to stay. Perfectly decorated, comfy, and welcoming. Host is extremely helpful and instructions are clear. View to the comforts of home away from home we highly recommend this place!!!

Rachel made everything easy - clear directions and check-in procedures. This place is exactly as shown and described and probably the best appointed place where I have ever stayed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was comfy and warm, and the bedrooms had great beds and nice linens. Bathrooms had everything one might possibly need. The trail to the beach is nearby and a short walk. Nothing is lacking. It takes a lot of thought and care to create such a wonderful getaway and as a result, Rachel’s place is extraordinary. We will definitely return. My only regret is that we can’t give more than 5 stars. Thank you, Rachel!

After staying at many locations in Long Beach, this is probably THE cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at.

We were so glad to find Marlene's place open for booking even though she's a guest favorite! We had everything we needed and it was a bonus to be so close to the ocean.

This place was just as described. Perfect location with a view of the ocean. Cozy and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

As described and more! The location and rooftop patio makes this a hidden gem! When it says everything is within walking distance it really is. We walked to get groceries from a store around the block, walked to the beach and walked to the arcade and restaurants! The ability to sit outside and watch the sunset and have dinner was amazing. There’s a lot to do in the area including go-karts, putt-putt, movies as mentioned arcade. It’s family friendly and our family will stay again.

We loved our stay at the condo! Such a private and quiet location. The view is amazing from both floors! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Loved the nice touches like the soft towels and linens. The treeline and the ocean views again, so beautiful. Exactly what we needed!

great little place. not super fancy. walking distance from beach and stores. The Cottage Bakery is a must try.
