Boomers was the perfect home and location to celebrate our mothers 70th birthday. The massive deck with beautiful views was an extension from the kitchen/living area. A quick walk down to the beach too. Tony was very helpful and communicative and the place had all the basic necessities, even though you bring your own linen, tea towels and bath towels ect it is worth it to make it an affordable stay for all. Many special memories were made.

Clare was very friendly, helpful & always quickly responded to my messages. Great location : we ( inc dogs ) loved the morning & evening beach walk. When visiting Nelson Bay we will stay again at Clair’s ☺️

Perfect place for our stay, pool and outdoors area are a sensational place to relax and spend most of our time when we weren’t at a beach. Perfect for a family and brilliant hosts. If they’ll have us we will be back in a heartbeat.

The house is stunning, welcoming and comfortable, plenty of room for the family to spend a couple quality days together.

We had an amazing stay at Billy's Airbnb studio! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Billy was an excellent host – very responsive and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the water and everything we wanted to explore, yet still peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend Billy’s place and would love to stay again next time we’re in the area!

Amazing stay! Loved the space and the cleanliness of the house - was just like the pictures! Niall was very responsive and happy to be flexible with check in! Very gracious by providing a hand written note and a bottle of wine! Would 100% stay again!

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

We had a really good stay . It was kid friendly and Mardi responded very promptly to our needs . We would stay there again .

Our stay at Karen's property was fabulous, just the right peaceful mini break that we so needed. The whole property is beautiful, peaceful, and well looked after, you can even have a few shots of golf. We all loved the pool such a nice added Bonus, we were there every day after going to the beach (or even before some days haha), it's lovely at night with the lights. The guest house is exactly as per the photos in the ad, actually, it feels a bigger space than the photos. The kitchen is well stocked to do some cooking if needed. Our 8 yo boy loved spending time with Zoey (their dog), who is just gorgeous and has such a lovely nature, he also really enjoyed being in charge of feeding the chickens and checking for eggs :-). Karen and Richard are lovely hosts, super accommodating and friendly but also respectful of your privacy, the perfect balance. It was a lovely stay and we hope we can be back soon, our son has already asked when we can go back. Thanks again Karen and Richard :-)

The house is beautiful on the inside and out! Pool is great and lovely temperature at any time of day. I recommend bringing an umbrella or cabana to hold/put on the edge on the pool for shade but great feature having it as close to the house and our favourite part! Spacious outdoor entertaining area and new big inside dining table for the whole group to eat together.

We had an amazing stay at Riverdance in Nabiac! It’s the perfect place for nature lovers, surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds from morning till evening. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Kerrie, the co-host, surprised us with a delicious homemade cake for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. Eamonn was incredibly helpful—he set up the firewood for us, guided us around the property, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is a paradise for animal lovers. They have the cutest dogs, playful goats (including an adorable baby goat!), and a beautiful horse. Guests are welcome to feed them, which was such a lovely experience. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided. With breathtaking views, kind-hearted hosts, and the beauty of nature all around, Riverdance is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!!

Had a fabulous stay, with many hours spent relaxing around the pool and bbq ! A very comfortable well located home with plentiful space for summer fun and entertainment. Proximity to Shoal Bay, numerous beaches and walks provide ample activity for all the family. We hope to be back next year!

Another wonderful week of holiday relaxation at this Hawks Nest property. Our family of 4 plus dog have been back a number of times, and the property never disappoints. It’s a great spot, walkable to shops and beaches, yet secluded and private. The pool makes it a rare find.

We enjoyed our stay, and just wished the weather was a bit better. This Airbnb is clean and tidy and in an excellent location. We could walk into Nelson’s bay which was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and we loved the space in this Airbnb.

We had the best time at the Banksia cottage, and it was the perfect getaway. The cottage is absolutely adorable—immaculately clean, well-appointed, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop for our mornings and evenings. A definite highlight was the brand-new swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed—it added such a luxurious touch to our stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Thank you, Suzie, for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Nancy's! What was meant to be a quick stopover on our way home turned into a memorable stay. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome - her sweet chickens came up to the fence to say hello and Nancy greeted us shortly after with her friendly little dog. We even got to meet her horses during feeding time which was such a special bonus! Nancy is a wonderful host - warm, down-to-earth, great for a chat and so thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. The space was super cozy and filled with lovely touches - tea, coffee, biscuits, his-and-hers bathroom products and more. It really made it feel like a little home away from home. It's also dog-friendly which is amazing - we didn't have our little dog with us this time but we definitely will next time! Although we didn't get to enjoy the garden area with our quick stopover it looked like the perfect spot to relax. Thankyou Nancy for such a beautiful stay - we hope to visit again soon!

Great place to stay in prime location, easy to walk to local beach, shops, tavern and club. All rooms are spacious and comfortable, with relaxing balcony area with nice sea breezes coming through. Quiet location and easy access to apartment. A nice stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning property on Ghinni Ghinni, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This beautiful, historic home has been impeccably preserved, exuding old-world charm while still offering every comfort we could have hoped for. The attention to detail in maintaining its character was truly impressive. Deb, our host, was nothing short of exceptional. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was perfect. The property itself was spotlessly clean, which only added to the enjoyment of our time there. We were blown away by how wonderful everything was and can’t thank Deb enough for her hospitality. We had our Great Dane Blu with us and couldn’t have asked for more … She also loved the surrounding and was treated so well…… We would wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect— a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The outdoor decking area was a real highlight, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was especially nice to have such a great outdoor space for our dog, who loved exploring the area. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. My stay at Mike's property was absolutely amazing! The house is outstanding, better than the photos. It's incredibly well-maintained and spotless, with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area is perfect for a BBQ and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, with beautiful, new homes. The beaches are just a short walk away, Bluey’s Beach was definitely my favorite! Mike was super responsive, every time we needed him, he replied within minutes. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay!

This was our third stay at Diamond Daze and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was beautiful and set up to make you feel completely comfortable and at home. The location was stunning with views of the ocean and such close proximity to the beach. Claudia was very friendly and responsive. She went above and beyond to make our stay incredible.
