highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

Firstly Raiz was a very good host. The stay was one of the best ive been to till date. Very peaceful location, easy to find and very close to the main road. The private pool was amazing, very well maintained and clean. Lots of space for car parking is available inside the property. There are coffee plantations, teak wood trees and plenty of greenery inside the property where we can walk around and spend our time. Basheer the caretaker needs a special mention. He took great care in each and every aspect and took care of all our requirements. Mr. Babu, the manager of the property was also very friendly. His wife prepares the dinner at his home and he gets the dinner from his house to us, which is sooper hot and delicious. Special thanks to him for the amazing food we had. An amazing property for a family to spend their time. Will defenitely come back again… Cant wait to jump in that amazing pool again..!!!!!!🙂

Me and my sister had an amazing experience with the nature @ Cave house @ The Coffee pepper plantation with private pool River Tree Farm house Wayanad. It was a wonderful experience with safe, adventurous & peaceful experience to get connected with Mother Earth along with mouth watering food. We would recommend this to all women out there who would want to travel solo to explore Kerala, India. thank you Ajesh for making us feel welcoming..

I cannot express how beautiful Bhadra Villa is. When I decided to book Bhadra, I reached out to Nithin who clearly guided through the process. Nithin is an amazing person and helped a ton with suggestions. Upon reaching the nearest airport, Sai uncle helped organise a pick up and drop to Bhadra. Bhadra Villa is located amidst coffee plantations. The weather is dreamy in the mornings and evenings with slightly warmer temperature during afternoon. The villa is airy with loads and loads of ventilation, has got direct pool access and is undoubtedly the most breathtaking Airbnb I have booked so far. Sai uncle and Jishnu the caretaker took every possible step to make us feel comfortable and at home. Sai uncle is a great host and easy to chat to. The meals provided at Bhadra felt just like at home - made fresh and served right in a banana leaf. Uncle did his best to give us a taste of Kerala while we were at Bhadra. I would surely recommend the villa! Cheers to the team!

The stay was really good. Host Sukesh was very friendly and he always made sure we were okay. A big 5 Stars for him❤. Location is easy reach and well maintained.

1. Amazing Retreat away from the city scapes to recharge your soul. 2. It’s exactly as shown in the images. The landscape and architecture will take a minute to sink in. 3. The whole family loved it and our 3 year old daughter had the time of her life. 4. Thank you Siya and the Caretaker for great communication and being proactive in hosting us. 5. We will definitely be coming back next year for a longer stay.

Jerry, a hardcore naturalist who hosted us and made our Waynad trip more exciting. The property is well maintained and esthetic. The property is full of experiences. Jerry himself took us to his coffee plantation and a beautiful lake inside the property with his own car. We did Kayaking in his private lake and it was a wonderful experience. Sagar, his assistant, is polite and took us for a morning walk. We were able to spot birds and malabar giant squirrel. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for a perfect weekend getaway and family get togethers.

Beautiful nature vibes with a peaceful atmosphere! The way to the hut was a bit challenging, but overall, a great stay with a lovely ambiance.

The resort was a perfect place to relax in nature, away from the city. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, making our stay comfortable. We absolutely loved the food—it was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. We truly enjoyed our stay!!!
