The host was very easy to communicate and answered questions promptly! Check in was super easy and the place was very cozy. We had a baseball tournament in Corpus and this place was very conveniently located near a lot, within 15 miles of the ballparks we played at. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was a nice place to stay to watch the pelicans, seagulls, & fish in the canal. The place is decorated cute & it’s comfortable.

This was the perfect location by restaurants, the beach and bars. It was private by the pool area and quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and looked like the photos. The room has A/C unit and a dehumidifier which is great for by the beach. Truly was cozy, safe and a great stay for spring break!

The place was just what we wanted. Easy to the beach with lots to do and see. Was easy to travel to Texas A&M to visit the college. Traffic was very manageable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Tracy was very communicative and responded quickly. A GREAT Place!

We had an amazing stay at Ryan’s place! It was perfect for my family of 4. I have two toddlers and they had so much fun at the amazing kid friendly pool! The beach was only a minute away by car we definitely could’ve walked there if we needed to. I appreciated that there was a tv in every room and fresh clean sheets and pillows. Ryan even gave us the option to check in early if we wanted to since the unit was ready and we really appreciated the offer. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town! The house is in a good area. I loved the kitchen. The living room is spacious. Everyone had their space.

I can't say enough about this stay. The home was perfect! Impeccably clean and well decorated, spacious and airy we felt at home immediately. The location is also perfect a very short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shopping and the views are gorgeous. . The hosts were amazing. very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Deanna’s place was very quaint. Perfect for a family of 4. Very well decorated and clean, centrally located to restaurants. In walking distance to breakfast places. Otherwise, all the beds in the home are very very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Debi's place was so cute and fun! It was just as described on the site and a really great value, especially during a spring break time! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfy, and the couch bed was quite nice, too. We pulled it out and watched tv on it. Lots of extra bedding was a great touch since I tend to get cold easily. The temp in the unit was just fine, Debi's instructions worked perfectly to set the AC and fans right. The location is fabulous, just about right across from the beach. We loved the interior of the property as well, even though we didn't utilize the pool. We would stay here again!

This condo is a gem and Steven is an exceptional host. There are a lot of positive elements, to name just a few: - nicely mantained and fully furnished condo. - the very few times we had issues Steven responded quickly and resolved the issues. - 400 steps to the beach. - lower level end unit, open and airy. - nice, clean, well maintained pool. - great picnic/barbacue area with two gas grills. - it's on a beautiful quiet and relaxing area. - specially enjoyed the Barefoot Mardi Gras beach parade. Thank you Steven for making our vacation memorable.

Sergio was a great host, everything was easy and clear. The place was nice, clean and we would definitely stay again. For the price, it is a great value. I read the other reviews about the actual building and there are many negative ones. This has nothing to do with Sergio’s place which was great. Just know that yes, there is construction going on, the actual buildings are obviously aged, including the elevators. Mention of roaches, and I’m sure there were in other rooms, just know this is not an issue where I stayed. The bottom line is, if you stay here, choose Sergio’s place, there are no surprises, he is a great host and has a nice spot for you to stay at a great value.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. We found it to be quite cozy with a beautiful view of the beach. I loved the color scheme of the house very much;) We hope to return someday.

Eric, Is awesome. I stayed for 3 months. The place is quiet, clean and Eric will get back to you in minutes for anything. Highly recommended.
