Super clean and I like that the parking was protected. It rained but who cares? Very relaxing place . Glad there was a covered and private patio. Alison has spent a lot of time organizing everything to perfection for you here. Although I’m a fan of bringing my own coffee, there are several means to make it here.! The bed I had was very comfortable and I like a firm mattress. Pillows galore! You should feel right at home here and I’m so glad we found you. It’s clear to see why you are a guest favorite.

Beautiful house that is decorated well. Plenty of room for guests. We had fun playing games that were provided!! The kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of seating to eat. Highly recommended by our group. It’s close to the beach and has a patio with all essentials!

We had a the best time at this rental! Very nice house and so much fun to hang out on the water. The area is great and so close to the island for fun day trips. Monica is an amazing host and the house us well worth the money! Would definitely recommend and we will probably book with her again :)

We had a GREAT stay here for my son's wedding that was at a nearby venue. Check in and out was very easy and Sandra was excellent at communicating with us. Her husband even helped me troubleshoot one of the TV's that we couldn't figure out at first. The only knock was that a couple of the smaller beds in one of the units had sheets that had not been cleaned from a prior guest. We were able to easily wash them, and this was probably the cleaning crew's gaffe. Other than that, the place was is a perfect location for us and had everything that we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Sandra was an excellent host!

We had a great stay at Nathan’s home. The house is spacious and was comfortable for Grandparents, parents and children. The location was really convenient to the beach. The kitchen and communal living areas were great with updated appliances. This was one of our best air b and b experiences.

We had the best time staying here! The scenic view, the spacious home, the private pool, everything was amazing! Our stay here was memorable! Would highly recommend!

great communication , easy check in. was a nice beach theme studio , clean restroom , clean kitchen , and a nice back yard patio type of space and tons of food near and about 2 minutes away from a beach j really enjoyed stay

Had a very good time in the area and the condo was very comfortable and well stocked. The owners were great! The common areas are well kept (pool, hot tub, excercise area). Lots of staff maintaining the grounds and buildings. Very quiet, clean, and friendly atmosphere within walking distance to the beach. The 3rd floor condo was great exercise! Would stay again.

We has a great time staying at Kenneth's place. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the gulf. We could even see it from our living room windows. Also a nice dock in the back which I could bird watch. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Nice large TV. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be to add black out curtains in the bedrooms. Kenneth was always quick with responses if we had questions or issues. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year!

Great condo - just a short walk to the beach! Very comfy furnishings and we loved the pool and splash pad for the kids. Hosts were super responsive! We hope to book again sometime!

Diana was an excellent host! The property was clean, cozy, well-maintained, and she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was fantastic. Great little spot for a family vacation. Pool was nice to have right outside our door in the evening when we wanted to swim after a long day. Sunny is super responsive and helpful with everything! Very clean and comfortable, definitely 10 out of 10!
