Greg was a fantastic host, and his place was the perfect choice for my little ones' spring break. The condo was even better than the pictures. Since we visited during spring break, we expected a lot of evening noise, but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the week was. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being just steps from the beach made the experience even more special. I highly recommend Greg’s place for a family vacation or a couples’ getaway—we’ve found our go-to spot in Padre!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's South Padre condo. Our family has stayed here before and it never disappoints. The updated pool was great and it is so close to the beach. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you are planning to visit South Padre

This space was very clean, beds were amazing. A new couch is a good idea, just saying, it's not comfy. More kitchen bakeware would be an added plus. And without a washer & dryer more towels are necessary. But overall, this condo is very nice.

Perfect location! Tony and Suzanne's place had everything out family of four needed to be comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo! Walking to the beach is easy and driving to Malaquite beach is also very easy. Just book it!

Fantastic stay!! I was nervous about taking my daughters down for spring break but this rental is in the perfect spot. It has private beach access and two great pools. It’s very quiet and very secure. If I could give it more stars I would!!!!

Our family really enjoyed the condo. We took teen girls so they were able to take over the top floor and we had our space downstairs. It was quiet and relaxing. The sound of the ocean was lovely despite a couple days of fog. The beach was just a quick walk across the bridge over the dunes. The condo is also far enough away from the teenage beach parties that we didn’t have to deal with any noise. The pool was easy to access, clean and heated! We had a great time.

I loved this place! it was exactly what I was looking for while I was in corpus. The place was beautiful, and very homey. It's super close to the beach (not even a 5 minute drive) which I loved. I forget the name of the restaurant by condo but it was so good! and within walking distance which was a plus. Diane was great at communicating and responded super quick! I would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable! It’s a great location- very close to beach and lots of restaurants and businesses In walking distance .

Great place to stay if you’re vacationing in South Padre

This location was so close to the beach and was a walkable distance to some bars as well. We also took advantage of all of the amenities that the condo offered (game room, pool, gym, grill) which made our stay lots of fun. During our stay, we encountered some issues but, Beto and his wife were very accommodating and responsive in resolving the issues even though it was a holiday weekend. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

Chris’s place was very nice and the location was so convenient, we were able to walk to all the best places in SPI, it was great!

Great stay! David was very responsive and helpful, the location was lovely. The place was pretty clean (very few minor things could've used a little extra attention but it was easy enough to do by myself). Lots of kitchen tools provided, as well as towels. The beds were firm which wasn't perfect for me but my husband loved it. Clpse to the beach and fishing. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience.

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

We’ve stayed at many other Airbnbs in SPI and this is by far the best one! The condo was absolutely amazing! Location, pool, beach access, all was perfect! We had no issues at al. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay with the entire family. The beds are extremely comfortable and we got the best sleep in a long time. Great pool staff and the water was great. The room was very clean and staff around the condo was very family. We've stayed at this property before and we will again. Best spot on the island!!

This place was so wonderful! My family loves being right by the water and the heated pool was amazing, my toddler didn’t want to leave. The place was exactly as pictured. The water was right outside the patio area and just walk down and you’re there. The instructions was very clear and easy to follow. Google maps will tell you to make a left but it’s wrong, but you can see Island house on right side so that’s where you’ll turn in. Overall, would book again in future.

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own private space and bathroom. The view is incredible!

Plenty of room for all the family! Quick walk to beach access #1. Right next to a CVS which was super convenient. The place was clean and spacious. Overall great place!
