Communication: From the get go , Ruth and Fernando were proactive and explained everything in great detail. They never made me feel as if I was a bother contacting them. Both were helpful , kind , and couldn’t have asked for a better hosts . Location: It is minutes from South Padre Island and a bunch of restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive is HEB, WalMart, more restaurants. The house is located across the street from a park. If you have kids there is plenty to do. Two pools and other amenities. Home: it has everything you need . I feel the only thing I needed was clothes. It’s comforting, clean and beautiful inside. Every bed was super comfortable. Waterfront is nice, we tried fishing but didn't catch anything, got a few bites though. Plan on staying there again. Excellent Hosts.

Martha’s home was amazing! Great out door space. We spent most of our time out there. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fans to keep cool. All in all a great experience. Loved the amenities. Such a cute but tough little par three. We really had a lot of fun!

The home is super clean and cozy. All furnishings, linens, beds, bathrooms, kitchen utensils were fresh and seemed new. You can literally fish and kayak off the back deck. Strong WiFi if you need to get work done, a nice smart tv for rainy days, and a great place to watch a launch is just a few steps from the front door. To top it off the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay and we will be back.

There was charges that was not said before I reserved It. However, we all had a great experience. The place is clean and nice. Ryan is really nice and friendly. He responded quick and was helpful when we needed help.

Daniel was very responsive and accommodating being we booked last minute(same day). The house and property are lovely. Everyone was very friendly during our walks. The driveway can even accommodate a dually truck. Would highly recommend =]

We were in the valley for a birding trip, so the Green Jay cottage was a perfect place for us. Upon arrival we immediately saw a buff bellied hummingbird cruising the grounds. We also really enjoyed the feeders and nature trails through the property to the lake access/dock. It’s very private and peaceful and there is no one else on the property. The cottage is small but a good size for a small group. We thought it was very clean and well kept and had many nice touches. Will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area!

The home was as described and as the photos showed. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive. We arrived an hour early and was kindly allowed to check in early. I recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.

The house was awesome, very spacious. It was beyond our expectations. They had everything you could possibly need, lots of thought put into their airbnb. The yard was spectacular and private. The location was close to the wildlife refuge, close enough to a town. The host was very flexible and allowed us to modify our reservation. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting South Padre Island or Boca Chica.

I loved this place! It was the perfect size for my family of four. My boys had their own room and restroom on one side of the home. My sister and her son stopped by for one night and they slept on the sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a sofa bed can be. I’ve been renting at LIV for 18 years now and this home has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was very nice, but I would suggest new pots and pans. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, I was able to wash wet suits and towels after our days at the beach and pool. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and reading. The ceiling fan made it very comfortable to sit out in the 90 degree weather. I would definitely rebook in the future!

Smelled wonderful when we walked in! Clean and convenient. Neighbor behind is close but the privacy fence was nice. We liked the private pool, the heater was out while we stayed but we still enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend for a small family!!

Super cute cottage in central part of town close to shopping and restaurants. The accommodations were just what we wanted. Nice, clean, very relaxing atmosphere. We were ready for a little getaway and I needed some ocean time and this cottage was close to the beach. We hope to come back this summer when we can use the pool. I kept saying I wish this was our little getaway bc it was soooo cute.

Great cottage for a quick spring break girls trip. The golf cart was a bonus!

Seashell Village was a great place for my little family. We enjoyed the location and had no problems at all. The customer service was top notch and we would stay here again!

Nancy met us in person at her place and explained thoroughly about local restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and all 3 swimming pools. When we arrived she had set out a few welcome snacks and a few homey decorations for Christmas. We most definitely will see be returning and look forward to being her guests once again. 💖

Had a great stay. Near everything we could ask for like boat ramp, convenience store, good food, and fishing spots. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an absolutely terrific stay! The house was gorgeous, clean and exactly as pictured. The community it’s located in was wonderful. They had multiple events going on and of course the beach is a short walk away. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Don’t worry about the construction going on in the neighborhood, we hardly even noticed it at all! Only one call out is that the Wi-Fi service was a little tough in certain spots of the house. But hey, we were on vaca anyway ☺️

Amazing home! Just beautiful. We felt right at home. Kristin has been the most amazing host we’ve ever had. From check in to check out. Sweetest host ever. There was nothing we needed during whole stay. I can’t brag enough on the spacious beautiful home she has. Pools were awesome, surroundings were awesome, just a great place to stay. This will be our choice anytime we visit Port A. A huge thank you for her hospitality & kindness.

This beautiful location at Long Island Village was just what we expected. I have stayed at the Village many times. Never disappointed. This home was perfect.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our anniversary trip and had a great experience! The house was super easy to get into, very clean, and had access to a heated community pool. The resort was quiet and super close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The price was great and we would definitely stay here again! Only minor complaint is no dishwasher, but that's just us being lazy lol!

Can't wait to come back to Port Isabel to stay at Manny & Blanca's home. Though on the smaller size it was perfect for the 2 of us, had everything we needed, was really comfortable, quiet, peaceful. Manny & Blanca's communication was unbeatable responding around the clock within just minutes! If looking for a place to stay this is it!
