Loved the place very spacious and very clean. Felt like home , my family loved it. Very good communication, the only thing that we had trouble was that we reserved one more night and had trouble getting the new code. But other than that everything was great. We will definitely come back.

I have been a guest many times with Padre Escapes's. They are always a great host and this property was everything needed for an awesome coastal getaway.

Great for a toddler, cute playground and splash pad and the pool was warm. Right across the street from a drive on gorgeous beach.

This house was amazing! It was very clean, looked like no one had ever stayed there before us! While it was very clean it also felt very homey. The balcony was awesome! The view from it was great and was so nice to spend time on all day and night! We planned on going places at night, but ended up spending all but one night at the house and hung out there because it was so perfect! Nik was also a great host, he was very accommodating and responded very quickly. Overall this place and Nik was a fantastic rental and renter, I would come back in a heart beat!

We highly recommend this place. The host was terrific and the house was stunning. Best kept secret is the private lake overflowing with beautiful birds. We had a terrific time and cannot wait to return again in the future.

Damla's place was very clean and had all the amenities you need. The location was perfect! Its a two minute drive to the beach! Its in a very quiet neighborhood and I really enjoyed looking at the breathtaking view of the ocean! The cozy patio made me feel right at home! Damla's hospitality and kindness made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this incredible host and stunning home!

We absolutely love this place, this was our second time here , 😍 didn't leave the whole weekend! Great fishing in the back and pool in the front, home was equipped with everything we needed all we had to buy was food and drinks, Sylvia was a great and proactive host. We plan on making this our family get away every year!

We really enjoyed staying at Carol's place. It was absolutely fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Carol was welcoming and extremely responsive to all our questions and she provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The property is a short drive to the beach and to places like HEB, Walmart and Dominos. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable and it showed that the hosts put a lot of care and effort in maintaining the property. My son really enjoyed playing at the pool which is right across from the house. All the linens were changed and the beds were comfortable. Overall, I can't recommend Carol's property highly enough. It is a perfect place to stay at SPI for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great time and loved the space! After accidentally locking ourselves out, security was very quick to help us resolve the issue. Would totally book again!
