Padua : locations d'appartements de vacances

Appartement très bien situé , impeccable, calme à 10 mn à pied du centre. Nous n’avons s pas rencontré Giovanni mais la communication a été facile et agréable et Giovanni facilement joignable. Malgré une météo très capricieuse nous avons passé un excellent séjour et adoré Padoue. Je reviendrai sûrement

L'appartamento di Cinzia corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Facile da raggiungere (5min a piedi da parcheggio Park Unione), in pieno centro storico di Chioggia. Appartamento pulito ed ordinato. Cinzia estremamente disponibile e puntale sia nelle risposte che all'appuntamento per il check-in. Location e locatore super consigliati.

This place felt right at home!! It was very clean and enjoyable. The check in was easy and the host was friendly. It was close to the bus stop. Only about a 20 min bus ride into Venice. (You take the 4L all the way there) There was also a washer and dryer which was a plus! Would highly recommend. Grazie!!

Really good location, connected with Venice with just a bus. Everything was clean and the house was very comfortable. Tommaso was also very helpful and responsive to any questions. Would definitely come back!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. La casa è spaziosa, molto pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio, in particolare negli accessori della cucina. Moreno e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno anche accolto con una bottiglia di benvenuto. Inoltre la posizione dell’appartamento è strategica sia per il vicino parcheggio sia per la possibilità di raggiungere in 5 minuti a piedi il centro storico di Chioggia. Consigliatissimo!

I had a very pleasant 5-night stay at this place. The neighborhood was peaceful and residential, and the apartment was very clean and fully equipped with all the items I needed. The communication and check-in/out were very smooth. The host was responsive and very cooperative, so I could drop off my luggage a few hours earlier than the check-in time. I was in Padova for an academic visit, and this place is located in walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the university, and in a neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants, was ideal. I certainly consider this place for my future trips if I return to Padova.

Sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno da Marzia e Alessandro. Mi sono sentita a casa, l'accoglienza è stata ottima, la casa era pulita e ordinata. Ottima posizione. Marzia è una padrona di casa davvero eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

L'appartamento è splendido, ottimo per una persona o per una coppia. Zona tranquilla, condominio curato e silenzioso. Ottimo sicuramente per il parcheggio privato all'interno! Istruzioni semplici e perfettamente chiare! All'interno dell'alloggio è tutto molto semplice, pulitissimo e di un'incredibile pace! Unica difficoltà a mio avviso, è trovare il parcheggio fuori.. sia per effettuare il check in che per il check out! La struttura rimane su una strada molto trafficata. Ci sono tre/quattro parcheggi gratuiti di 30 minuti adiacenti alle sbarre del condominio ma quasi mai liberi. Quindi ci si trova inizialmente un pò impacciati perchè per raggiungere il parcheggio privato bisogna lasciare la macchina chissà dove, prendere le chiavi del cancello e poi recuperare la macchina. Stessa cosa per il check out ahimè. E' un piccolissimo disagio ma è bene farlo presente. Ad ogni modo vale la pena!

Splendida posizione, alloggio totalmente al di sopra delle aspettative, ampio pulito silenzioso, comodissimo il parcheggio privato che permette di godere a piedi di tutto quello che Padova offre di giorno e di notte. Host sempre disponibile.

Really amazing place with friendly and helpful host. Francesco was really friendly and helped us with our late check in and shown us the place with clear instructions and enthusiasm even though it was late. He was really helpful and offered to do our laundry which was a life saver for us as we were on a 14 days road trip. He gave us really useful suggestions which helped us navigate Venice with ease. Definitely worth your money.

Simpatico ed elegante appartamento/mansarda giusto fuori dal centro in cortile tranquillo e silenzioso, ma vicinissimo a tutto. Per arrivare in centro c'è solo una piacevole passeggiata di circa 10 minuti. Nei dintorni, c'è tutto, supermercato a pochi passi, ristoranti, bar, negozietti di ogni tipo. Letto comodo, bagno funzionale e completo di tutto il necessario. Smart TV delle giuste dimensioni per ogni necessità. Io non ho usato la cucina, ma per chi lo desidera, c'è anche tutto il necessario. Internet Wi-Fi affidabile. Ma soprattutto, il proprietario sempre disponibile e davvero molto gentile e concreto. Molto raccomandato per un soggiorno di piacere o di lavoro a Vicenza.

Roberta è una persona gentile e disponibile, un ottima host. Il suo appartamento è pulito, accogliente, situato in un'ottima posizione e con possibilità di partcheggio. Check-in e check-out semplici e chiari. Grazie Roberta!

To start with the Private gate, locking you rental/ luxury vehicle inside is perfect! Reason #1 why we chose this property! The second reason, the train station is 10 mins away, book your ticket on the phone app Trenitalia. It’s an easy walk - which is so useful. The place is not huge, but it was comfortable and big enough for 4 adults and an Infant. It’s also warm (AC worked great). The beds are super comfy and the shower was fantastic. You have everything needed in the kitchen too. The property itself is in a great condition. The neighborhood is very safe during the day. At night, local Arabic/African community is loud outside, and it’s good not to be alone. Overall, awesome experience! Totally recommend !

we verbleven 2 nachten in het verblijf. We hebben erg van ons verblijf genoten. Door vertraging op het vliegveld kwamen we later aan, maar dit was geen probleem en we kwamen zeer gemakkelijk binnen. De omgeving is erg mooi en er zijn een aantal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes te vinden.

Siamo anche noi degli Host. E vi confermo che si tratta di un piccolo angolo di paradiso proprio come ce lo aspettavamo quando abbiamo prenotato . Massimiliano e Alessia due riferimenti splendidi ! Ottimo se cerchi la tranquillità e un relax tra le splendide bollicine di un vino bianco . Grazie e alla prossima !

Siamo stati una notte in questo airbnb e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'area spa è molto carina e ben curata. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Ci ha accolto l'host dandoci tutte le informazioni sulle luci della spa e camera e come usare jacuzzi e sauna. Flavio è molto simpatico e disponibile.

Mieszkanie wyglądało tak jak na zdjęciach, wyjście na taras z każdego pokoju. Czysta i przyjemna przestrzeń. Kontakt z wynajmującym rewelacyjny. Dojazd do Wenecji trwa 20 minut autobusem, albo 10 minut pociągiem. Komunikacja miejska w promieniu 5 minut od mieszkania. Serdecznie polecam 😊

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

This apartment is very clean. It has all of the amenities listed and more. Lara has thought about everything you might need while traveling. She happened to be at the apartment when we arrived and was so helpful. She explained everything and made sure we had a place to park our car. There is a tobacco store right around the corner where you can buy transportation tickets to Venice and you can catch the bus right across the street from it. There is also a large grocery market directly across the street.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.

I cant explain how amazing it was. I was very impressed with the room and how clean evertything was! The pool and sauna are worth every penny, it was very relaxing! The host is kind, very responsive and helpfull. I enjoyed every minute and i I recommend it to anyone coming to this part of Italy!
