This was our second stay in this place, and everything was great just like the first time. Great value and great host.

Tammy was fantastic and kind. The place was great for a weekend of turkey hunting and close enough to get to the city to shop and find other things to do as well. We would stay again.

We found this place to be quiet and peaceful. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with everything we needed. We arrived late at night (yes- it is a long driveway! Keep going all the way to the house!) and was able to get in easily with a code given to us. Loved the drop zone at the bottom of the stairs!

We absolutely loved staying at this cottage. Perfect for our vacation. Close to the lake( right out the back door) and restaurants/amenities but also allowed us the privacy to rest and relax. Would definitely recommend this cottage when visiting the area.

The whole resort is fantastic. Beautiful place. My room was updated and extremely clean. Staff were wonderful. I’m thinking about bringing my entire family here for a vacation. Thank you Rachel !!!

Perfect space to sleep and shower while spending the day outdoors.

Exactly as advertised! Dawn has a little quiet retreat with easy parking and easy access into basement. Was just what we needed for a couple days in Paducah. My sons all attended McCracken County so we stayed in multiple Airbnb's in local area. My favorite by far. Thank you Dawn for the great place to spend the weekend. Hope to stay again for McCracken Graduation this year.

I was well pleased with the home, It was clean, very comfortable, peaceful, quite and somewhere I would stay again. Gabrielle was a great host, she answered the couple of questions I had and was very hospitable. My son and I stayed while hunting in western Kentucky and it was close to our property and a welcome sight at the end of a day of hunting. I gave it 5 stars on all accounts.

In walking distance of river walkway, restaurants & shops. As a storm approached and locals communicated concern, we messaged Dean. He and his wife were helpful and accommodating - from directions to get to their basement if needed, as well as, helping us find the local news channel to stay up to date on the weather and alerts. We felt reassured and safe throughout the night. Wonderful experience in a beautiful environment! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We only stayed at The Luxe High Roller for one night, but we loved it! Very nice amenities, amazing bathrooms, tub, showers, and comfortable beds. We would definitely return if we are nearby again!

Fabulous! I stated at Suzan's place while working in the area. It is a short drive from downtown in a quiet, peaceful area. It was great to be greeted by two very friendly dogs when I arrived. The hone was clean, comfortable and the most well stocked AirBNB I have stayed at. Suzan and her husband were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I really appreciate such nice lodging in rural areas. The quality of furnishings, linens, towels and dishes were a step above 95% of Airbnb's I have stayed at. A true five star Airbnb.

I was surprised at just how big the space actually was. For an upstairs unit, it felt like a whole house. The hot tub was AMAZING! You can hear noises and people around you pretty easily, but it didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed the stay 💕💕

My family comes to Kentucky Lake every summer. We stayed at the condo for a week and we had a great time. It's definitely one of the better places we have rented. The area is very peaceful and very close to the lake. We tied up our boat and jet ski at the dock with no trouble at all. The kitchen was perfect, and we were so thankful for the washer and dryer. We were on the lake a lot during the day, and we all slept very well every night. We hardly even heard the owners living above us. Thanks for a great week!

Very resplendent! Absolutely love the theater below and views of the brick laid streets in historic downtown. Bed was really comfortable and kept me resting throughout the night. Alissa is very responsive and provides everything one would need for a night or weekend stay in downtown Paducah. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in town staying with family and it’s located next door. It made the trip so special and the opportunity to catch up on some much needed sleep. Comfortable and quiet which is exactly what I was looking for that week! So was so patient even when I had fallen asleep and blocked her driveway. This was the first stay of hopefully many to come!

When I travel through Paducah, I always stay at one of the Market Theater apartment if available. The bed is comfortable and I love walking down by the River and going to Kirchhoff’s Bakery in the morning.
