Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Mein Mann und ich haben mit unseren Kindern und unserem Hund neun tolle Tage in Dordes wunderschönem Ferienhaus genossen. Wir hatten in den drei separaten Wohnungen sehr viel Platz und alles war funktional und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders genossen haben wir den Balkon mit Meerblick im ersten Stock und den Garten im Innenhof, wo wir im Schatten der alten Olivenbäumen gegrillt haben. Außerdem durften wir das Kanu für Ausflüge auf dem Meer nutzen. Dorde war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der bei Fragen sofort geantwortet hat und uns viele Tipps für Erkundigungen in der näheren Umgebung gegeben hat. Da Dorde fließend Englisch spricht hat die Kommunikation reibungslos geklappt. Wiir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

It’s such a beautiful house, very spacious and perfectly equipped. There is everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Claudia and Jose are the best hosts ever. Very helpful and always available. Barotul is a small village with a supermarket where you get everyday products (fresh bread, butter, milk …) Next to the house there’s a farmer where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. Also in walking distance you have two nice beach bars and a very good restaurant. The beach is amazing, sand and azure blue water! All in all it we had a wonderful stay.

Branka et son mari sont adorables. Ils on tout faits pour nous aider et nous conseiller. Ils nous ont fourni des vélos pour toute la famille, Branka nous a gentiment fait une lessive et nous a apporté des petits biscuits faits maison. La maison est très bien située, juste à l'entrée du village où on peut tout trouver (petits commerces, restaurants, location de bateau, etc). La mer est juste en face (pensez à apporter des chaussures d'eau car il y a des rochers et non du sable). La petite rue est fermée à la circulation dès 18h jusqu'au lendemain matin pour permettre aux gens de se balader Ambiance très familiale. Et la maison est bien située pour visiter certains parcs (Krka, Vranko Jezero, Plakenica, rafting sur la rivière Zrmania). Parfait pour une semaine !! This place was amazing! The best part is having your own private beach, just a 30-second walk from the house – you step out the door and you're already by the sea. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private yard with a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and grilling. The beach was all ours with no one else around. The host speaks excellent English and was always available to answer questions and help out. There are lots of national parks nearby, and Zadar is only about an hour’s drive. Groceries and restaurants are also easy to reach by car (20-30 minutes).

We were with our family on vacation in this beautiful place, in a beautiful accommodation owned by a beautiful family. The accommodation is located just a few steps from the beach. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the sea. The accommodation has a spacious terrace where you can rest, drink coffee or eat. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Local restaurants are very good, also. We will definitely come back and I recommend this wonderful place and apartment to everyone.

Super ferienhaus direkt am wasser...wir waren 2 wochen mit 5 erwachsenen und einem 10 jährigen hier....einfach toll...landschaftlich eine augenweite und herrlich ruhig...die unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr...besonders toll fanden wir die außenküche in der es an nichts fehlte...auch die kommunikation mit dem gastgeber war immer super schnell und bei problemen wurde auch sofort reagiert...sicher nicht unser letzter urlaub dort
