It's 100/10! Very private and quiet place, same as advertised. We love that it is very accessible to the beach. (We were able to access and roam at the beach the soonest we arrived!) My kids and pamangkin enjoyed playing in the sand building their sand castle. The beach sand isn't all fine sand. It is the same as they say. Sand, rocks, shells. So bring your beach shoes so you can walk to the beach longer. They also have beach volleyball, net, kayak and stand up paddle. The sea has lots of sea creatures, fishes, hermit crabs, crabs. We were able to spot some jelly fish, starfish and sea urchins. We were only able to dip in the sea. It is not deep and kids were able to walk so far in the beach to play. As for the place, it is very IG worthy! Every corner everywhere, we were able to get good photos! All the staff are very helpful and they are one call away when we need them.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

I had a great stay at Bhea’s 2-bedroom apartment! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place for our group. Having two bathrooms with heaters and showers was really convenient, especially since we were a big group. One of the best things about this place is the reliable water supply—they have a tank, so we never had issues with water, unlike some other places in the city where supply can be inconsistent. We also appreciated the kitchen and provided utensils, which made it easy for us to cook our own meals. Overall, it was a hassle-free and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

We were truly impressed by the thoughtful design of the farm. Our stay was incredibly relaxing, thanks to the vacation house nestled right in the heart of nature. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birds chirping, rustling leaves, and the cool mountain breeze was a rejuvenating experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive, with Kuya Toto standing out for his warm hospitality. The pool was a highlight—immaculately clean and inviting. The string lights adorning the pool area and kitchen created a picturesque and cozy ambiance, perfect for evening relaxation. We have a few minor suggestions to enhance future stays: 1. We noticed a couple of cobwebs with spiders between the hammock and the washroom near the shower area behind the kitchen. 2. It would be great to have additional spoons, forks, and mugs readily available for guests. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we look forward to returning soon! This place is highly recommended especially if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It has a peaceful atmosphere, with greenery. The host is accommodating and friendly too. We'd definitely come back. Thank you.

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too
