The Riverhouse was so nice and cozy! Loved how close it was to the river - view out of the front was all river and the view out of the back still had the mountains, it was lovely. Scot was super responsive to any questions and so personable! If you want a cozy little getaway with friends/family, this is definitely a good pick for you!

Wonderful place; comfortable with gorgeous setting off the river. Perfect if you're looking for a get-away to the Virginia countryside.

Cozy rustic little cabin in the woods. Shenandoah river view just through the trees down the hill you can hear it while sitting on the back pouch sipping on your morning coffee. The hot tub was a perfect addition to the romantic winter getaway we planned.

We loved staying at the cabin. The view in the winter was beautiful- could see the mountains, and valley through the trees. We imagined what it must look like with lush leaves in the summer and fall leaves in the spring. The kitchen was perfect, we cooked a fair amount, and also enjoyed the hot tub and seeing the stars as well as the fire pit at night. We visited a nearby vineyard (Wisteria) which we highly recommend! We learned about a local artist there which we then saw the cabin had a few paintings from the same artist (Pat Moss). We really loved and appreciated seeing the cabin had local art (If you happened to learn some history in your local stay). Shenandoah NP entrance is only a 20 min drive and we enjoyed hiking as well. Such a perfect location in addition to such a cozy stay for my birthday weekend!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Caroline’s cabin; it was private, with great views, and close to Shenandoah hiking. The kitchen was well supplied and the hot tub was great after a day in the mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great post Christmas trip to the region. We actually felt the photos didn't do it justice and it's a little cuter and nicer than we were expecting!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Eileen's. Her home was beautiful. The amenities she provided was above and beyond other places I have stayed. We loved the fresh eggs we were able to purchase. The home was warm and cozy on the cold nights. We used both the fire pit and the hot tub. They were both great. If we are in the area again we would definitely book again.

Had a very lovely stay at the cabin. Everything was clean and cozy. The electric fireplace was convenient and we enjoyed watching the big TV in the main room. And the hot tub was spectacular. The color changing lights were so fun. I was so impressed with all of the amenities. I brought my own crockpot from home, and then I was surprised to see that there was already one there! That was a great convenience. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

We absolutely loved our stay here, and our dog loved being able to run around the property! It is such a beautiful cabin and was so clean when we arrived. The hosts were amazing, and reached out to us before we arrived to see if we had any questions, and even left us a welcome gift! We will definitely be back!!

Our stay here was very peaceful. You can see the river from the porch at the bottom of the hill. There is a grill with a propane tank, a canoe, and all bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which was very nice. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Quicksburg. Just a note, the two bedrooms upstairs are very warm and do not cool down well in the summer.

We loved our stay in this cozy, rustic farmhouse in the most picturesque and peaceful location! Highlights: huge meadow for the dogs to enjoy, 3min walk to the Shenandoah River for a riverside fire, beautiful views of the mountains from the porch by day and of the stars from the hot tub at night.

The cabin is convenient to Shenandoah National Park, restaurants, & shopping. Private, peaceful location in a wooded setting yet close to local attractions. Simple to find using GPS, clean, well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Loretta's home in Luray! It is so calm and quiet there, just what we were looking for. We were impressed by how cozy and well-appointed everything is, as well as the location -- so close to Luray Caverns, just perfect. Additionally, grocery shopping is only a five minute drive away, but the home feels like it's miles from anywhere -- could not be better! The mountain views are unbeatable, and watching the cows grazing across the road each morning was fun. Loretta is great at communicating and shared all the details we needed plus recommendations for the local area. We had a wonderful time!

The place was awesome! We came as set of 8 small families coming together and sofa bed in almost all rooms is very nice for our kids to have their own space to sleep on. The host is very considerate. I love that the place has common room that fits us all in to gather for dining & simple indoor recreation. All our activities was set in nearby resort and should spend the nights to rest here but to our surprise we have done much fun as we did outside due to how spacious this place is. Our holiday spent here indeed gave us the feeling of being home away from home. Will highly recommend this place for big groups who still seek peaceful, quiet, solemn & tranquil moments to spend any occasion.

Our weekend at the cabin was such a lovely experience! The architectural design implemented a number of windows, allowing warm sunlight in each room. It is the perfect getaway to restore a peaceful state of mind and regain clarity of vision and insight. The wooden, swinging lounge chair in the screened-in porch, the electric fireplace in the living room, the small room upstairs to fix my hair, the hanging plant under the skylight in the spacious shower, and the quiet, soothing nature of the upstairs bedroom were my favorite highlights!

The Sun Dancer Lodge has the most wonderful views! Not hard to find, yet so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room and Darden was a responsive and helpful host! We'll look to come back next year!

We loved using the pool and the patio/grill area. The view and the landscaping are beautiful. The owner was helpful and responsive; she supplied firewood and charcoal. Plenty of dining space both indoors and out. Good A/C.

A wonderful location on the edge of the small town of Bridgewater, within easy driving to a variety places to walk, eat, experience outdoor activities and downtown shops. Brad, Stacey and Zane were available if needed and offered to make sure the room was cleaned and resupplied several times during our four-week stay. The layout of the room was practical and efficient for the time spent there. We encountered no issues and felt all we needed for living there was available in the living space. We felt comfortable, safe, welcomed and peaceful at the edge of farm land and the beginning of the town. Overall, a great, positive experience, and we would return for another visit.

Todo muy lindo la casa super hermosa! Muchas cosas que hacer cerca. Todo 100 de 100! Lo único que cambiaría no deberían de poner que en las instalaciones hay cargador tesla cuando no se puede usar. Fue en mi tesla pensado que podía cargarlo mientras estábamos el fin de semana para regresarnos y nos dijeron que en otra parte podría cargarlo.

Seth and Carla were extremely responsive during our stay! We loved how many beds this house had and we were able to all spend time together while comfortably being seated around tables/living rooms! We wish the fire pit had seating or that fireplaces worked, but we loved this property and its proximity to wineries and ski resorts!

We stayed at this charming home during our recent family ski break. The home is extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Jo was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved the location. It is a few minute drive to base camp and walkable to the playground (huge plus with our kids). Each evening we could see deer just a few yards away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone considering this house.

This was such a wonderful place to have a weekend getaway. The rooms matched the description in the listing and were beautiful. And we enjoyed our stay!

Our family of four spent two nights at Callie's Cottage. We had a great time enjoying the trails, fishing the pond, and watching the horses. Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the treehouse. The house was cozy, clean and well appointed.

wonderful stay! it was the perfect size space for 4 people! I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing some of the food they sell, it was AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a bit more room/privacy, would suggest booking one of the yurts. Host was extremely thorough with instructions (was a bit overwhelmed initially haha, but instructions were very helpful). My family and I would absolutely come back!! :)
