This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Ryan’s place is very homy, cozy, & clean. Strategic location, near Aeon Mall BSD, The Breeze, Cisauk train station, Intermoda market, Simplicity & The Icon Cluster, Serba Raja Toll Road, and Prasetya Mulya University. Ryan is a friendly & very communicative host. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the apartment had all the amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
