The place was great! Had everything we needed and plenty of space. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful neighborhood. the house, yard and nearby trails were great for our dogs. Definitely recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Pagosa Springs! The home was spotless and felt so inviting the moment we walked in. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra blankets, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and of course, the hot springs. Whether we were relaxing inside or exploring the area, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We loved the open floor plan on this house. Also loved the Mountain View from the front bedroom. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The “Worst” house is beautiful and was a great fit for our big family getaway! We have little babies and big babies in our group of 11 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to keep everyone fed. We went to ski school and dipped in the hot springs each day with the house as a convenient base camp. We enjoyed being serenaded by geese while watching air balloons from the front deck and playing games around the table in the big room. 5 stars “would poop here again”

This place was 10/10! The view was way better than pictured! The house was exactly what I was looking for. The kitchen had everything you could think of. The rooms were big and spacious. The house was close to town but yet far enough away. I do have a 1 year old so we had our own baby gate to put up on the stairs if anyone has little ones.

House was extremely clean and comfortable. Felt very at home right away. Everything was easy to find and operate. Beds were comfortable. Favorite thing about the house was sitting in the front room that has all the windows just drinking my coffee enjoying the silence. Beautiful home. There was just the three of us on this trip, but I would recommend this home to anyone that has the need to accommodate a large group as this house could easily sleep 10-12 people or more comfortably. And the town of Pagosa Springs…I’m in love! Looking forward to staying again next hunting season!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Home was just as described and the surrounding area was great. It provided a good spot to get to skiing, hiking ,even hot air balloon. It was a fantastic vacay and hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Great place for family ski trip! Lots of space, amenities and a beautiful deck to enjoy. Location is great for all things in and around Pagosa Springs. Cindy was a great host and was clear in her instructions.

This is such a cute little place to stay! We stayed to go to the hot springs, and it's perfect walking distance if it's not too cold outside, but easy driving if you want to have your car handy. The Carriage House was clean and the main bed was super comfy!

This place was perfect for two families. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was great. We will definitely be back.

Amazing spot for a remote work/snowboarding week. About an hour from Wolf Creek, peaceful and well-equipped. Apres w a glass of wine and the hot tub is 🤩

We had an amazing time at Evelyn's home! The home was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for us to relax and spend time as a family. The views were spectacular and the environment was peaceful. One of the best bonuses was the towels! They are big and fluffy, and after a long day on the slopes they were amazing! Evelyn provided great recommendations on local restaurants and the hot springs. She also gave us good information about our drive and local wildlife to watch for. I would definitely recommend staying at Evelyn's, especially if you're looking for a relaxing mountain full of peace and quiet.

Beautiful cabin, great place for a family get away. The cabin included everything we needed for a restful stay. The host was very responsive.
