very beautiful surroundings. Kelsi is very nice and responsive. space was very lean and had more then what we expected.

This spacious house was perfect for a spring break ski trip with two families (including four teenagers). Its proximity to Wolf Creek was perfect, and being right on the river was a pleasant surprise. Linda is an excellent host and is both responsive and helpful. I could see us returning in the summer to soak up more sunshine from the multiple wraparound decks!

We had a great time in the house on the river. There’s a nice place to sit on the riverbank. The kitchen was fully stocked so it was easy to cook meals and enjoy the view. The neighborhood is super walkable and we could take our dogs out and the neighbors were friendly. The house is close to skiing and hiking trails and close to town. The living room was comfortable with a nice couch to cosy up on after skiing and visiting the hot springs. We would stay again!

Such a beautiful place so close to town! It even had a nice big front porch that we could enjoy a slow morning if we wanted to….our host didn’t miss a detail….we so appreciated the wonderful accommodations for our ski trip!

Lovely and convenient location for many fun stops! Great for larger groups offering privacy for multiple people. If planning to use the water crafts, we were told at the lake to have life vests by a few people at the water, mentioned someone was patrolling.

We couldn’t be more pleased with this stay. The home was impeccably clean and matched the photos perfectly, providing exactly what was promised. The accuracy between the listing and the actual space made for an stress-free and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a reliable and comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed our stay with our golden retriever at this Pagosa Springs Airbnb for our annual ski trip. House was stocked with necessities and primary bedroom was relaxing with a good mattress. Fenced back yard for our dog to run around and a nice neighborhood to take him on walks. Close to downtown, view of mountains from front yard. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful Airbnb! So peaceful and just a short drive into town. The windows have a beautiful view and let in so much sunlight! This is the perfect place for a peaceful mountain getaway. Jeff is extremely responsive and helpful! 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place! Perfect size for our group of 5 (with lots of extra room). Easy to find location within walking/biking distance to food, shops and a grocery store. Kim was helpful and responsive, made sure we were comfortable and things went well during our stay, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Slept 6 comfortably. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for making a nice meal.

We loved our getaway to Pagosa Springs and Irene’s home made it so special. The home was spacious and airy and filled with light but also felt warm and cot with the fireplace and Mountain View’s. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eliza’s home !! The view was beautiful and we loved walking throughout the neighborhood and Eliza’s recommendations to walk the trail behind the house ! We had an infant with us so this was a very convenient activity !! The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials you may need to cook at the house ! There were very minor things that definitely could be fixed such as the basement shower the water turn on was a bit dangerous and confusing esp. having kiddos the water was either extremely hot or extremely cold and the faucet worked reverse ! Chair in the kitchen was broken along with living room ottoman and one window fixture ! All things that were no big deal but minor tweaks ! The motion sensor light on the side of the house for the hot tub did not want to work for us Eliza was very responsive to our questions regarding that issue, but definitely having a working light over there would be nice for the bbq pit!! Phone flashlights did the trick!!

This home is GORGEOUS- the inside is beautifully styled and decorated. The outside and views- WOW! It is on 35 acres and the views are breathtaking. Kathy was so helpful and kind with any questions and checked on us during a big snow day. This home is now one of our favorite all time trips and we are now planning to come back for a summer stay. If I could give 10 stars I would- it was wonderful. We cooked dinner several nights, the kitchen has all you need! The bedrooms are great and the loft was my favorite space. Everything about it deserves an A++++.

Our stay at Fox Den was excellent! Melissa, the host, was helpful, friendly, and answered the questions I had right away. She also provided some great local eating recommendations. The cabin itself was roomy and well equipped. We had all the amenities we needed. Each room has its own bathroom, which was well appreciated. The game room was a nice touch. The location of the cabin was the best feature. Very close to town and a short drive to Wolf Creek Ski. The views were beautiful and we loved watching the sunset from the porch. Highly recommend staying here!!

This was our second time staying here for our annual ski trip. It's comfortable, has a well stocked kitchen (including spices), and the hot tub is great for morning or evening!

Stunning view of the mountains. Quiet area. Plenty of room for the dog to run and play. Such a great experience!

The house and hot tub were great! Check in was easy and Vacasa was very responsive via text.

We had a great Presidents’ Day weekend in this cozy cabin. The views are amazing - hard to believe the place is less than a mile from “downtown” Pagosa Springs.
