We loved this airbnb stay! It was exactly what we needed – beauty, ease, comfort, and kitchen supplies! while being close to town and the Springs. Thanks so much for opening your home to us and providing such a sweet experience. My daughter loved watching the sunrise and hearing the wild turkeys call. I loved the mountain views and night sky. The unit was a timeshare condo in a small village of 6 identical units. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchen with dishwasher and living room with pull out couch bed and TV, King Size bed with another TV, nice tall shower, small front patio for two chairs and a table. Everything was perfect for us. The Check In staff were helpful and easy to contact. This stay comes with a lot of amenities including the Rec Center and on Friday they had free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Pagosa in general is a great place to stay, definitely visit the Hidden Track when JB is bartending, but for this review I’ll stay focused on the lodging and host. If you follow Brooke’s instructions to give your name as written on your government ID and make sure your phone number is up to date in the AirBnB app, it was a seamless check in and a nice stay at a fair price. With good staff on site and clear communication from Brooke, this was the nicest and easiest AirBnB experience I’ve had.

Nice place! Very cosy and close to town. We skied at Wolf Creek and only takes about 25 minutes to get to the base.

The *best* location in Pagosa! We didn’t use our car at all during our weekend getaway. Everything is pretty much in walking distance. The Airbnb is super cute and cozy!

Great location and nice condo for a small family of three or a couple and one other person. Would stay here again as very convenient.

We LOVED our stay at Hollie’s rental! One of the cleanest + coziest places we’ve stayed. Fresh linens, fully stocked kitchen, awesome coffee + tea bar, smelled so nice, comfortable beds, plenty of room for an family, and just a very relaxing environment overall - everything you could need from a vacation spot! Our family has visited Pagosa for years, and this rental is in a great spot with a gorgeous view and a close drive to all the best restaurants/main street area. We can’t wait to come back!

The location is great - central location close to everything we wanted to do. The space is nice and wide open. It is rustic but it was super clean. The unit is quite warm as others had mentioned but we made use of the fans and A/C and managed to be comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location. Once we were back from skiing we could just park the car and walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and plenty of space. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful neighborhood. the house, yard and nearby trails were great for our dogs. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was so comfy and cozy and in the perfect location. The garage is a huge plus!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the fire places added a special touch! We will absolutely be back!

This cozy little cabin was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. The location was great, close enough to town to easily run and enjoy downtown Pagosa but far enough out to enjoy the relaxing quiet. The cabin has everything you could possibly need to make all your meals. 30 minutes from Wolfcreek Skiing. Will definitely be back.

Great location! Easy access to downtown Pagosa Springs and a 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Resort and the neighborhood was private and quiet. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful and had the kindest welcome with a handwritten note and snacks. The home was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, fans, and comfortable bedding! We will be back!

We had a great stay in Pagosa at Andrew’s place. Clean house, comfy beds, great location, and responsive host-you can tell they really care about their guests. We will be back!

We had a great trip to Pagosa/Wolf Creek! This condo was perfect for our little family of 4. It was recently updated and had everything we needed! There was a stain on the shower curtain but I never mentioned it while we were there and that was our only concern with the cleanliness. We also had a constant sound in our master bedroom the first night but we did let them know about it and found out it was the sump pump under the house draining water from all the snow. They were able to turn it off and that fixed the sound so the rest of our nights were much more peaceful. Overall great and we would stay here again and recommend it to others!

This was the perfect get away. It was intimate and accommodating. The view was beautiful. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would absolutely do this stay again. Thank you.

Great place! Spacious, comfortable, neatly designed apartment close to the hot springs and restaurants. Communication was great and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great value and location. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking pans, dishes, crock pot, etc…which made cooking easy. Beds were comfy. Lots of extra blankets and towels. Big washer and dryer which was nice for post ski laundry! Thanks for a great stay!

Great decor with so many thoughtful touches to make the place feel cozy and comfortable. Stocked with coffee, water cooler to keep you hydrated and very comfortable beds! I loved the location too. Easy access to Wolf creek, in a quiet residential area and out of the main tourist hub - right in the middle of both access to down town restaurants and City Market supermarket.

Responsive hosts, everything was clean, great place to come back to a day on the mountain.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Also close to restaurants and the grocery store.

We really enjoyed our stay! So close to hiking and mountain biking trails, and steps from the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. We used the BBQ most nights and enjoyed the choice of porches for coffee and eating. Darlene and Craig are great hosts and their dog is so cute. The other neighbors are all so nice as well. Highly recommend this place!
