We had an amazing experience at Victoria's place! Living in the rainforest is unique and magical! We felt comfortable and completely safe. Everyone there was very friendly. With a car, you can easily explore this beautiful area of Hawaii from Victoria's place.

This condo is very quiet, overlooking the golf course and ocean. Nice sunsets. We really enjoyed the golfing (reasonable rate with the member's pass), and pickleball/tennis is very close ...beside the pool. Close by is a gym - which had a big workout area and daily cardo classes. Also - a very good grocery store nearby. The condo was well set-up for the two of us. particularly helpful were the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We spent many afternoons visiting different beaches along the Waikoloa coast. Some were a few miles away, others about 15 min drive. The guidebook in the condo was very helpful.

Chris is an amazing host and is very clear in his communication. House was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stuffed with a lot of condiments and a lot of attention to details. Yard had many fruit bearing trees. A quick drive to nice beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. All in all we were very satisfied.

we spent a week in Matthew's place and would be happy to come back on a future trip. The house is large and full of good stuff - games, kitchen stuff, and more. The immediate surroundings are beautiful as is the view from the porch. Matthew is extremelya helpful and thoughtful. He really cared that we will enjoy our stay. Indeed a five star host. Ocean view is about 90 mins from Kona airport. I suggest not arriving at dark the first time - the area is dark and following the maps app we entered one driveway too early - backing up at darkness was scary. Make sure to follow Matthew's instructions and not just the app. The driveway to the house is not fully paved. However, after you see the way once at daylight it becomes easier. overall, we could use the place as a most comfortable place from which we could reach volcano national park several times and many beaches. it was good to be back to a cosy place at night. We would be happy to do this again!

Allyson was a great host. She responded to every questions we had. Willing to get a problem fixed, she came to condo to figure out what we were doing wrong. The place had everything possible for a relaxing vacation. There was not one thing that the condo did not have. Kitchen was very well equipped. Closet has enough beach equipment. Comfortable beds, bathrooms were very clean. Thank you Allyson for making our trip such a wonderful experience. You are a great host.

The condo was wonderful! We had 5 adults and it felt big enough! Really appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and boogie boards. Made the beach days much more enjoyable! Great recommendations on farmers markets and restaurants! Highly recommend staying here.

This was a lovely condo! It was clean and very well equipped. The bedding and linens were comfortable and high quality. The location was great, and the sunsets were just amazing. Overall a really great place!

This Magic Sands Condo is 5 stars! It is as beautiful as the picture which advertise it. The condo is well provisioned and stocked with everything one might need for an amazing Kona vacation. The host provided very detailed instructions - not only about the condo but also restaurants, sights to see and things to do. We found it to be excellent value for our vacation dollars.
