This was a perfect base to explore Brixham and the surrounding area. It’s only a few minutes from the harbour, restaurants and shops. A very quiet and peaceful spot while we were there and Liz was a good host. If you need an additional bed the sofa bed is big and very comfortable. Large people might find the shower cubicle a bit tight but not a problem for us. All in all we had an enjoyable stay The only real downside was that there was no parking at the property but if you are prepared for that it’s not a problem. Loading and unloading the car can be done easily by the property. Would we go there again? Yes.

The apartment is exactly as the photo's show to be! There was lots of space for the five of us and it was very comfortable, warm and clean. We were there over Christmas as a base for visiting family in Newton Abbot and it was just the ticket. Ely was very helpful with information ahead of our trip, which was much appreciated. Even though it was foggy most of the time we were there, we did see it clear on Christmas morning so we could see the amazing view! Would stay again for sure.

We had a lovely break at Easterly Breeze. It was a very clean and comfortable apartment. With lots of nice little personal touches. Just a stones throw away from the sea. Lots to do in the local area and some lovely restaurants. Julian and Tracy were great hosts. Very communicative and responsive, and provided lots of local knowledge. The whole process of renting the apartment, getting in & checking out couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend.

Lynne’s attention to detail and hospitality was outstanding. She provided breakfast supplies and treats over and above what you’d expect. Immaculate apartment, all beautifully presented and equipped and the hand written note was a nice personal touch. We would highly recommend!

Beautiful flat - clean and with lovely decor - overlooking the estuary. Balcony off the sitting room has table and chairs to sit outside. Next door to a great pub Crabshell Inn and only short walk into Kingsbridge. We went to Start Point and Salcombe too. Would definitely come back again, Paul, Helen, Hannah and William

What a lovely couple of days my son and I have just had in Paul’s place in Salcombe. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need, very well equipped and spotless. 10 minute walk to the centre of Salcombe. Lovely view from the balcony. Paul is a brilliant host, very responsive and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations and was super helpful. Would love to stay in the apartment again.

We had a great week’s stay at Louise’s apartment. Great location, walkable to everything we wanted. Apartment was as described; clean, comfortable, with all the amenities. Louise was a great host, promptly answering any questions. Many thanks Louise.

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

Nia’s apartment was finished to a very high standard. Two very comfortable beds for my friend and I. The kitchen was just perfect with all we needed to cook meals. The bathroom was amazing with fast flowing hot water I loved the roll top bath my friend loved the modern shower with multiple shower heads. Underfloor heating throughout with thermostats in each room. Nia even supplied dog towels and bowls. The town was literally down the road with super shops and cafes and pubs. Parking was safe and undercover.

The Snug was a great location for us, 5 mins to the harbour. Brixham has plenty of shops and restaurants - even in February. we enjoyed our stay, lovely coastal walk to Berry Head forest and down to the breakwater / harbour - recommended for walkers. All told, nice few days, comfortable, clean and you could cook easily in the kitchen.

Lovely large modern apartment exactly as described. The apartment was very comfortable and we felt right at home Based right in town, shops, restaurants, play area, green space and beach all just a few mins walk. We had a great weekend away. Would definitely visit again.

Simple, comfortable, cozy and clean. a great spot to get into Dartmoor and have some great walks. Bed very comfy for a good night's sleep! We arrived late at night and found it no problem with easy check in and out. Hosts made themselves available for anything we might need but everything was so clear instructions wise we only bumped into them on the checkout morning. Very friendly.

Loverly peaceful spot! Very accommodating with our dog. Woods nearby for a quick morning walk. Only 20mins walk into town! Beware the steep hill back up though it’s a killer! Would love to stay/visit again

A wonderfully located penthouse apartment, that surprisingly goes on and on. Also they’ve put in lovely new bathroom - not the one in the pics - it’s much nicer with bath and separate shower. Stayed at this location with 2 kids, aged 3 and 7, there are two flights of stairs to contend with and a parking spot which is around the bs k of the property that requires a 2 mins walk, but once your in this space meets your needs in an affordable way. Lounge and kitchen are both self contained at one end, and the kids bedroom and master along with bathroom away so you can get downtime and relax once the kids are in bed. Also town and seafront are soo close.

Beautiful apartment which was just as lovely as the description and photos. Annie and her team from the management company were really helpful and so quick to respond to any queries. I managed to lock myself out of the apartment on New Years day and after a quick call to the emergency helpline, someone came and let me in after 25mins which I thought was pretty great considering it was New Years day!! We will definitely look at going back as the place was lovely, and the view was stunning even in the bad weather we had some days.

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

Everything went well and kids loved the place as there were lots of activities both for kids and adults. Caroline was very responsive to answer any questions that we had. Campervan was just perfect for our needs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous place! Listing was accurate, instructions were clear, and the location and apartment were superb. Would stay again and hope to be back! Love this area and the privacy that the apartment afforded on the balcony was peaceful. Nicki was a fantastic host and so responsive!

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob

Excellent place, well equipped, they have well thought out the accommodation and a very nice few extras as we stayed over Christmas - thank you for that, very much appreciated. Loved it, a lovely, peaceful break with our two small dogs, plenty of space to walk them both and a pooh bin was present too in the grounds. Pool and Snooker fab. Thanks.
