We had a great family stay at Huccaby Cottage. The location was perfect for days out and the added bonus of the indoor pool and play facilities was excellent! The cottage is great for little ones with everything you might need, stair gates, travel cots, high chair etc. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated after our journey on the motorway was very slow, the biscuits went down a treat! It was our first visit but certainly not our last, we’re already looking to book next year! Thank you for a fab weekend. X

This was the second time we have stayed and this time was as good as the first. We were met on arrival as before by Andy who is very hospitable. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us and our boxer dog. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We had a fantastic week, the house was perfect for our family, the rooms were huge and the location and views were stunning. There's so many lovely places to visit within a short drive. I couldn't recommend the house and hosts highly enough.

Possibly the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Such a unique, beautiful spot. The bedrooms are super spacious with super comfortable beds and it was great to have the two toilets. The property has everything you need and has been thoughtfully designed. Everywhere was spotless! The log burner was lovely to use at night and the hot tub with the stunning views and surroundings is just perfect! We saw so many different types of birds whilst there! We would love to return and will recommend to others.

Wow. What a stunning place to stay Beautiful house. Amazing grounds and scenery. Pool tennis court and bar with games room was a great addition. Alistair was a fabulous host. Very friendly most informative and a genuinely nice guy. Would highly recommend the clay pigeon shoot on the lawn which Alistair organised. 10 out of 10 will definitely return in the near future. We had a 5 day break at this cottage in October half term. We set out to find a cosy , clean, functional, convenient base to enjoy a walking holiday with our dogs . This property more than fore filled the brief. It is set up a hill only 50 yards from the main high street. Despite this the property was quiet but a huge positive is it allowed us to be in the town in seconds from leaving the front door . You have instant access to a co - op and several pubs and restaurants all within a five minute walk , it could not be easier. The town itself is charming, lovely walks on and around the coast line even a few boutique shops to keep us entertained. The accommodation itself was clean and full of charm we felt at home quickly. The shower was very powerful always a positive! A lot has been said re issues parking. This is a minor set back but we found a slot and yes there is a steep walk to the cottage but thereafter we did not need the car. I suggest you book its a great find.

We had a lovely weekend in Topsham. The house is cottage style very homely and comfortable and spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a family get together. Parking was snug for my Evoque but OK. There were lots of supplies left for us including wine and ground coffee which were both appreciated. The location is an easy 5 minute walk into the quaint town which is filled with interesting shops and great pubs. Passage House Inn was our favourite, amazing food! Great host with lots of recommendations.

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

I have had the opportunity to stay at this location a few times. Jose is an outstanding host, attentive to any issue you might have and willing to go the extra mile to ensure "your" stay is as comfortable as possible. I had an issue with getting the TV working. Not only did Jose respond timely to my correspondence, he actually took time to come personally to sort out the issue. Location is fantastic. Plenty of restaurants within the town to choose from. The premises was clean and cosy. Home away from home. I would recommend this location and will continue to use, providing available is available !

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

A really great value countryside escape for us! Would highly recommend to anyone with a child wanting a gateway to the moors, while enjoying a rustic countryside experience. The cottage is in a very peaceful location, with all amenities to ensure you don't need to make frequent trips out to buy food from a shop. Linda and Tim went the extra mile, and were very kind & friendly hosts. Wonderful all round!

Mary was very welcoming to us on our arrival. The flat itself is very comfortable and right next to the shops / cafes etc in Dawlish. Very well equipped with everything you need for a lovely stay. We were on a family visit, but if you are looking for a holiday Dawlish is ideal and relatively unspoilt compared to other coastal towns. Lots of shops to explore, and of course the famous Gay's Creamery is here too (an absolute must-visit!)

Loved the house, we stayed for Christmas it was perfect for our needs. The host had put up a beautiful Christmas tree for us. It was super Christmassy and a short walk into town for the lights and a few drinks in the pub. The house was warm, clean and the host was welcoming - we were so happy with everything! We had a perfect family Christmas all together with lots of space. The house is decorated querky and interesting - we loved it.

Richard's place is beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. The house is tastefully decorated, very roomy and has everything you need. It's in a picturesque location; sundowners in the garden watching the sunset over the Exe was particularly memorable and Topsham has loads of great places to eat and cool shops. Richard was a great host who communicated in a clear, friendly and timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay, the views and surrounding area are stunning. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing short break in the sunshine, wish we could have stayed longer - perhaps next year as would love a return visit! Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Coombe Villa. Simon and Charlie were so helpful and responsive. They really went over and above to help us and provide anything that we needed. The house is great and so well equipped with everything that you could need. We travelled with two very young children and it was ideal - everything very easy and cots, blackout blinds and more were provided. The house is spotless and so well designed. It’s within easy walking distance of lots of amenities and the guidebook provided by the hosts was so helpful. We would highly recommend this thank you for such a great stay!

very nice, clean, bright, and spacious area! dog friendly, which was great for us. Our dog was able to roam around freely and relax in different rooms without strangers as there were so many rooms to spend time I'm away from your bedroom. Anthony was very friendly, very responsive over app, and great with our dog who can be nervous around men. hottub was a great addition. no issues here! depending on the guests who stay with you depends on how loud or quiet the communal area is at night, we had a family playing muical doors at 10pm each night, but was very quiet and peaceful once everyone settled. Good location to travel around Devon! would definitely recommend it!

Antony was amazing host ,very respectful and understanding , I will definitely recommend who is looking for quite and relaxing place to stay . Place is very looked after and can be more than 5 star rated hotels ,as long you ok to comunicate with some pll who is sharing it perfect it can get a bit uncofortable for those who is looking proper isolation . Amazing location with stunning views and great property that is ideal for a large family gathering! The garden was the star for us and our four legged friends - we all really enjoyed the space and privacy. 👌We had a family ‘Sports day’ one day for all twelve of us and there was more than enough room. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxing stay and there are loads of really good places to visit and eat at - some great pubs and we’d really recommend the vineyard five minutes down the road for a tour! (@Swanaford Vineyard). Some of the local roads are a little tight for space - one car only but if you go slowly and be respectful of other road users it’s fine. We also tried some local golf courses, Teign Valley the closest, all gave some good challenges but are also really well looked after. We also had a private chef one night (@LeFrog) which made for a very special anniversary celebration. Would highly recommend if you are a large group booking the whole place.
