Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Had a lovely stay in a wonderful flat - Jodie's place had everything we needed and there's lots of things to do locally just outside the front door!

Was an absolutely beautiful apartment, didn’t want to leave. Host was quick at responding and everything u need was in the apartment. Comfy bed, great tv with Netflix and other apps, kitchen has all the utensils to cook a great dinner.

what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

It was just a delightful stay, from start to finish. Patricia was most welcoming, friendly and responsive. Her place had so many wonderful extras and details taken care of... breakfast foods, fruit, milk, butter, many kinds of tea and coffee. Tiny details in the bathroom that matter - like plasters, enough hanging space for towels. All cleaning materials provided. Enough space to unpack suitcases in a Calax, big drawer under the bed, a hanging rail with hangers. Parking was just across the road, and a co-op literally 2 doors away. It could not have been more perfect. In summer, the garden will be incredible to sit in (we visited in winter so indoors was more comfy). Highly recommended - thank you Patricia!

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Absolutely stunning house, was perfect for what we needed. Check in was simple and the place was clean on arrival. The host was very accommodating to our requests. We had a small issue with the hot water and they can straight away to assist and solve it. Can’t fault the house, stunning interior,even better than the photos! It made a great venue for a family get together for a birthday weekend. Views over the canal were lovely. Only downside is the additional cost for the hot tub, which we were almost certain wasn’t written about when we booked. We opted not to have it as we felt £150 extra for the use of the hot tub was a bit much. But this didn’t negatively impact our stay nonetheless. Will be keen to return. Thankyou!

This was our first Airbnb holiday. Comprising of two adults and two dogs, Ellie kept us informed from pre-holiday until the end of our holiday. The Airbnb was exactly as we had expected with the additional bonus of the house smelling fresher and cleaner than expected given that dogs are allowed. It is ideally placed for walking to the amenities of Paignton, Goodrington and Torquay if you love to walk, all of which would otherwise just be a very short car ride away. nice place to go with family… really really nice nd clean house…. danny is a great man called him he talk really nicely nd polite nd asked him local beaches he told me everything wat i needed… thnx mate hopefully will b back there again

We had such a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for us, nice a peaceful yet close to all the amenities of Exmouth. Super comfortable bedrooms, fabulous bathrooms, and a kitchen with everything you’d need and more. The lounge dining room was cozy and comfortable with a fantastic TV with Sky. Oh, and the WiFi was spot on too! Jo was a great host, kept us updated on local road closures and was always quick to respond. Would recommend a stay here, especially if you have a dog, which we didn’t, as the walking in the area is excellent! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Simon’s place is absolutely beautiful. We traveled with two toddlers who very much enjoyed the huge open plan downstairs area - it allowed us to relax / easily supervise them. The house is very well equipped, we made good use of the kitchen, tv, even darts and table tennis. I personally loved the very rural location & proper country lanes around. Nice pubs nearby. Simply all awesome all around.

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

The most beautiful Airbnb with absolutely stunning views. A total haven - a 5 minute walk to the coastal path and totally tranquil. The interior is straight out of a magazine and the facilities are pristine. Prosecco, milk and scones were a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Communication with the hosts was brilliant. We had the most relaxing time, thank you.

Super place , quiet location but just up from the main drag …

With quick communication and check in advice, Neil couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation was bright, clean, and had everything necessary to make it an ideal home base for exploring Teignmouth and the surrounding areas. Off-road parking was included (although there is also plenty of parking on the quiet road outside), as was a private entrance and the quirkiest garden / summerhouse / patio area that has to be seen to be believed! Great value, perfect host, this is the ideal bnb for an anytime getaway to the south Devon coast, whether alone or with another. Thank you Neil, I had a fantastic stay, it was great to share memories of the old town and the people we used to know who are now sadly gone.

We had a lovely break at Easterly Breeze. It was a very clean and comfortable apartment. With lots of nice little personal touches. Just a stones throw away from the sea. Lots to do in the local area and some lovely restaurants. Julian and Tracy were great hosts. Very communicative and responsive, and provided lots of local knowledge. The whole process of renting the apartment, getting in & checking out couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob

An amazing place to stay with the bonus of private parking, near beach, town, train station. The apartment was very clean with all you needed for a relaxing break away. If you want a place to stay by sea then would definitely recommend this!

Beautiful flat - clean and with lovely decor - overlooking the estuary. Balcony off the sitting room has table and chairs to sit outside. Next door to a great pub Crabshell Inn and only short walk into Kingsbridge. We went to Start Point and Salcombe too. Would definitely come back again, Paul, Helen, Hannah and William
