Fabulous! Truly fabulous!! I really can’t say enough about Anita and The Loft. Anita met us at The Loft and gave us a quick tour, explained how the appliances worked, gave us great recommendations for the area. She is so welcoming and it was fun to chat with her. The Loft has a lovely deck to sit on and watch all the comings and goings of the harbor. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen equipped for cooking, showers great, all decorated tastefully. Extra touches like milk, chilled water, greenery bouquet, chocolates were appreciated! Everything was top notch!! Having a dedicated parking spot was extra nice. We really hated to leave and hope we can come back someday!! Thanks Anita!!

Alles sauber, leider keine Wäscheleine auf den Zimmern. Man ist gezwungen den teuren Trockner zu verwenden. Das wäre noch zu verbessern. Sonst alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Preis ist im oberen Segment. Allerdings hat man eine vollausgestattete Wohnung inkl. klimaanlage und geschützen Parkplatz. Im Grunde ein Sorglos Packet Danke

Kiva ja siisti paikka. Pieni sisäpiha oli just sopiva istuu ja nauttii aamuaurinkosta kahvin kanssa, grillatta ja vaikka pelkää oleskelusta! Tracey on tosi mukavaa ja ystävällinen ihminen! Kaikki tarvittama oli olemassa ja olo mukavaa. Suosittelen!😊

We had a wonderful stay at Shelley’s place the house was exactly as described but even better inside than we expected. We loved having fresh eggs and bread on arrival along with fruit and lots of other goodies. Shelley was so helpful and kind our entire stay and always in touch immediately when we need to ask something. The location is only a 20 min walk into town along the beach or over the the hill depending on the tides. It’s a great place to stay to explore the Bay of Islands!

Outstanding accommodation in a beautiful setting. Everything you could want was provided. Bedding and all linen was of great quality and very comfortable beds. Communication, before and during our stay was comprehensive and very useful. Lots of helpful information provided before the stay and at the house. Absolutely gorgeous views, and nothing better than sitting on the verander with a glass of NZ finest and listening to the peace and quiet. Wish we didnt have to leave.

We loved our stay at Ocean Beach. My little one loved playing with Gaelyn and Scott’s kids. They were all friendly and I think we will choose this way to stay from here on out. Thanks guys

Hayley had great communication and was pleasant to deal with. I loved the location and how peaceful it was and to top it off I did not have to leave for food as Hayley had already provided a selection of snacks with great selection of drinks suffice enough (sweets, savoury, biscuits, breakfast, juice) and would be one of the best stocled pantrys ive seen in all of the accommodation I have stayed. Simple and elegant.

What a fabulous place to stay! A beautiful location overlooking the bay. We saw two orca in the bay on our first night, which was amazing. The accommodation is wonderful. Fabulous furnishings with beautiful sculptures and art on the walls. We arrived to find a selection of wines, chocolates, home-made biscuits and granola, as well as some wonderful ham, cheese, OJ and other useful fridge staples. Communication with Heather was great, with plenty of helpful information about the local area. Absolutely perfect - thank you!

awesome stay at the fish and jandel !! was so beautiful the sunset while we ate our dinner on the deck , beach is straight across the road , easy to find, great hosts!! all the attention to detail, fresh fruit in the fridge, chocolates on the bed , so quiet, peaceful, kayaking was awesome 👌 and the hosts are so accomadating!! 10/10

Jo was a wonderful host… yet stays out of your hair if you are worried about that sort of host. Great communicator before the stay as well. Highly recommend her place.

Janes Wohnung ist super: Modern, neu, sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, mehr geht nicht. Hinzu kommt die wundervolle Terrasse mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedauert, nicht länger bleiben zu können.

We stayed 5 nights and it felt like a retreat. It had everything we needed including Tui birdsong, Weka walking across the grass, comfy bed (with a little climb to get to it), big fridge, and gas cooker. We found 2 lovely walks that took us up to a ridge overlooking the Bay of Islands east and west. Just our kind of place to stay. Thank you Robin and Rick.

The apartment is in a great location with excellent views and in a peaceful location. It is well stocked with all the essentials for a long or short stay. Mark was able to give excellent recommendations for a day trip north and for local beaches. We stayed with our family and would highly recommend. It was lovely listening to the ocean and seeing the ever changing scenery. Local shop is 10min walk just along the beach and carries bread and milk, the essential ice cream, great food and takeaways and some great locally produced items.

Wonderful place. Enjoyed sitting on the private patio for coffee & drink. Place was clean, well organized & had everything for us. Very supportive host with local recommendations. We were welcomed in person. Hope we can visit again.

Truly excellent stay, Ian and Sue were lovely and the apartment so comfy and clean. We can’t wait to stay there again. Definitely do not miss the sunrise and the hidden beach!

Room with a view for sure! It’s right on a very pretty beach, but up a few stairs so there’s privacy. The room is very spacious, it’s good a great little kitchen at one end, and a modern bathroom. There’s a nice patio to sit out on and enjoy the view, would recommend for those wanting a beach space.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen und die Bay ist grandios. Andrew ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der sich aber nicht aufdrängt. Ausstattung und Services sind wie beschrieben und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt.
