Stunning location with a spectacular view. House was comfortable and coped very well with our group of 7, however the upstairs bedrooms need to be shared by a family as access to the bathroom was through the other bedroom. Road up to house very tricky and probably better attempted with a 4 wheel drive. We had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I stayed here a few days after my wedding with my husband, 2 small children, parents and siblings. The house was amazing, especially the view of the ocean from the deck. The place was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and Kirsty communicated really well. She even left us a card and bottle of cava to celebrate our wedding! It was private but a 3 min drive to central Russell. The driveway was steep but easily fit our 4 cars. We cannot fault our stay at all and I would definitely stay here again. We saw fantails, Tuis and weka and the garden was beautiful.

Blown away by location and beautifully presented home, complete with all the bells and whisltes. Loved that we had access to plenty of beach toys, games and books. Did not need a thing. Felt right at home after travelling 800kms. Perfect size for a big whanau who love the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning.

We really enjoyed our time staying here. It was incredibly peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The house is so comfortable with everything we needed plus lots of lovely extras. We enjoyed using the spa pool in the garden. It was such a handy location for us. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Our family of seven had a great stay at Greg’s place over New Years. The pictures of the house are obviously beautiful and it does not disappoint in person. Beautiful modern house in a stunning setting. Check in was easy and the house was pristine. Spacious and modern the house had all the necessary amenities. Nice room layout and comfortable beds. Infinity pool overlooking Pahia was gorgeous. Possibly the best AirBnB we have stayed in. Would highly recommend.

A unique experience with all the comforts and perks details that make life pleasureabl of our own home and with extremely personable, knowledgeable experienced in many things of local and international interests, complimenting neighbor, Rick, not in the listing but in our case was there. Andreas Father and friend built Kiwi Viewing at Russell Jim's Path tips and red torch. We love gardens and walking which were both at our doorstep. Sitting on the property on the two sides of house wrapping balcony with comfortable views of the harbor at all day and night of the harbor, stars boat races and changing weather, ferry traffic with antique cars for the show, every mix of vehicle/people. Kept wife's and my home tradition of presenting her a small bouquet and a latte to start our day with the ease of home with Andrea's Garden and Italian machine. All well maintained. Lawn chairs under ancient Pohutukawa at private beach. Worth ferry sounds 6a-10p for us as trade for unique interest.

Nous y avons passé deux jours. C’était simplement formidable et je dois avouer que je ne suis pas si facile à séduire. La décoration est soignée et bien pensée. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée. Les draps sont en lin lavé. Les couleurs sont harmonieuses. Espace très privé. La maison est entourée par la nature le jour le paysage est sublime et la nuit le ciel est ultra étoilé. N’hésitez pas une seconde. Restez y au moins trois nuits. J’y serais bien restée une semaine. Merci!

This accomodation is full of personality and it is an interesting and enjoyable space to be in . While the Dairy Factory is an old building ,all the surfaces are freshly painted ,clean and well cared for. The fresh flowers and produce bring a welcoming touch .I will definitely recommend and will definitely return with the team I work with.Many thanks Sue

This is an amazing spot for family gatherings, the house is beautiful and large, with many spaces to gather or be private if you needed a minute. it's extremely well appointed with everything you could want. the kitchen is very well equipped. there's a separate dining, a large lounge, and the balcony has a large table to gather around the reserve and view of the bay. the town centre is walkable, with a gorgeous bushwalk up to flagstaff hill. Bernise was a wonderful host, sorted all our random questions and made us feel so welcome. you will be so happy you booked this place! don't hesitate.

Beautiful, peaceful location. House was spotless and had everything you needed. Multiple outside zones to enjoy the nature and water views. Super private and only a 7 min drive to the heart of Russell.

Immaculate presentation in a simply stunning location. Fantastic hosts and complete privacy and seclusion. Whangaroa is a hidden jewel, off the beaten track, with plenty of great activities close by. Highly recommend to stay and play at Kauri Hill.

A beautiful home that was well equipped for a busy Christmas Day with family. The outlook was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed the alfresco areas, playing pétanque and finding the tree swing. A simply beautiful retreat to relax and unwind.

Carmen and Justin are friendly welcoming host who go the extra mile to ensure you have a memorable relaxing break in their beautiful home. From the start they had excellent communication-accepting our late request on a busy weekend with a contractor rounding up on site. The home is cosy, clean, stylish and ideally located. It was children friendly and had plenty of board games and entertainment for quality family time. Despite our short stay we would highly recommend and book again in future. Thank you for a short and sweet getaway.

This was the best place we could have chosen for our family celebration with 9 adults and 5 children. The houses were spacious and there are also plenty of outdoor places to play in. Great kitchen facilities. We would highly recommend this accommodation.
