Such a nice house to stay especially, for a family or a group of ten people . The neighborhood is pretty safe as there will always be a security check before someone comes into the area(community house). We can walk or ride a bicycle to 7/11 nearby , which is quite easy to find food. The host is very responsive and helpful in helping to find the taxi for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a big family or a group of friends joining you to Thailand.

its a very quiet and peaceful area with several local restaurants. Accessible go public transpo just a few mins walk and its also near to a mall. i recommend this to someone to wants to cook too. i highly recommend pete and his listings here, he's such a responsive and helpful host 😊 i enjoyed staying in bangkok🙏

Our second time at Morgan place. Still awesome! Live this place, the bed is amazing sleep so good. Very clean, bot shower, great pool. Near a market 2 minutes walk. Great food at night and 5 minuts to central. 7/11 Morgan is an very great and awesome host.

Super clean and well equipped house. Peaceful location at a walking distance from purple line MRT. Amazing thai food restaurants nearby. Grab delivery also available. Takes about an hour or so to reach downtown and a comfortable journey in Bangkok MRT without switching too many lines. Responsive, friendly and kind host Penny. Thank you for hosting me. Only lack of one star for accuracy because the place is a little smaller than expected , but everything else is great . Laundry and convenience store right downstairs within the building . Shopping mall and sooo many convenience stores right within walking distance . Love the fully equipped kitchen . Ommi herself was extremely helpful with everything we needed for the stay and even after the stay . 10/10 recommend ! Especially for long term stay !

Narisa's 3 bedroom condo is a perfect layout for a family or a group of friends who wants to live in a secured building that right across a mall or access to street foods and easy ground transportation. The only thing you must remember is bring your own favorite shampoo. The unit also does not have an iron but Im sure she can work this out with you as she is very hospitable. Very convenient place to stay.

Fantastic location near Central Plaza mall and the MRT pink line. Also 2 7/11 stores on the soi that are great for stocking up on cool drinks. Small street market also close. Very safe location. Great host with smooth check in and check out. We would stay again when we are in the area.

W mieszkaniu przebywałem około 1,5 miesiąca i mogę powiedzieć, że to był bardzo dobry wybór. Dobra lokalizacja (BTS Pink Line prawie przy samym budynku, wystarczy przejść kilka kroków przez ulicę), stabilny szybki internet, ładne wygodne mieszkanie z balkonem oraz darmowy parking dla gości. Przyjemna okolica - niedaleko pralnia, centrum handlowe. Polecam :)

J’ai passé un mois incroyable dans cet appartement ! Mon hôte a été exceptionnelle : d’une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible et hyper réactive. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis sentie comme chez moi. La résidence est top, calme et sécurisée, et le gros plus : un 7-Eleven juste en bas, ultra pratique pour toutes les petites courses du quotidien. Je recommande à 1000 %, foncez les yeux fermés ! Merci encore pour cette expérience parfaite, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed the townhome and the neighborhood. Great location if you're looking to be away from the madness of Bangkok proper. Central WestLink is a 10 minute ride away, 35 minutes to the old DMK airport. Nice value. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Audy. Lui et sa femme ont été très accueillant et disponible, ils nous ont aidé en cas de besoin avec beaucoup de réactivité et nous ont conseillé sur plusieurs visites. Une belle maison familiale, les enfants ont adoré les jouets mis à disposition, la piscine. Quartier très calme et paisible mais facilement accessible. Nous avons passé de très bons moments avec eux et nous sommes très heureux de les retrouver le mois prochain pour notre future location. Nous recommandons Kittichai à 100%, encore un grand merci à lui et sa famille pour ce séjour.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.
