Endroit au calme très bien entretenu. Personnel discret et très serviable. Je recommande aux personnes voulant avoir une magnifique maison de vacances familiales. A 1 heures de tout activités. Mais la distance avec la ville est une chance: vivre Bangkok sans le bruit. Merci pour l'accueil et l'endroit.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

We were Toufiq's first guests and he went above and BEYOND as a host! Not only did he stock us with little snacks and beverages. He also got us a sim card! His place felt luxurious and very homey! The views around the project and loft are breathtaking! And, the amenities are absolutely everything one could ask for!Toufiq was fairly responsive and helpful. The project is newly finished so there is construction still happening and by a hospital but once it's done I'm sure it'll be the best.

Die Unterkunft liegt nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße was wir als gut empfunden haben und in dem Viertel waren allgemein hauptsächlich Einheimische. Der eigenständige Check-in sowie Check-out war super einfach und hat uns viel Flexibilität ermöglicht. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft wie beschrieben und war für uns völlig ausreichend. Ein finde ich großer Pluspunkt: im Zimmer war ein Wasserspender, sodass wir immer frisches, gekühltes Wasser zum Zähneputzen oder Trinken hatten!

Все хорошо, квартира соответствует описанию. Квартира небольшая, но есть всё необходимое. Бассейн и тренажерный зал доступны, за пользование сауной нужно доплачивать 50 бат за посещение. Далековато от центра города, но можно добираться на такси или метро. Было бы удобно, если бы владелец квартиры добавил возможность самостоятельного заселения.

We really liked Neds place and all the great details in his apartment. He and his partner are lovely and super helpful hosts. Really liked talking to them. Will definitely come back here. Thanks again guys <3

The place is great, the pool is the best part. Very accessible and not too far from the city. If you want peace and quiet while staying in Bangkok, this is your place.

Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

La piscine est juste incroyable pour se relaxer au calme et l appartement parfaitement équipé avec tous les rangements nécessaires ! Good place to stay. Away from the city life, but the MRT is right there if needed. I liked it.

This apartment was incredibly spacious and came with top-notch amenities, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Wanlop ist extrem freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. In der Nähe ist alles was man braucht, im Ergeschoss befindet sich ein 7 11 und direkt neben dem Gebäude ist ein Food Market. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen bei Nantarat zu Gast. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter in der Wohnanlage waren auch sehr nett. Besonders gut fanden den Ausblick von der Wohnung und das es direkt an einer BTS Stadtion liegt, mit der man schnell alles erreichen kann. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bangkok 😊

The condo room was appointed wonderfully. Kwang made sure the refrigerator was stocked with enough complimentary water to last my entire stay. I must also commend her on having an ample supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was top notch. The location is <5 minute walk to a MRT station if you need to venture into Bangkok proper. About a 10 minute walk to 7-11, but the condo has a couple of vending machines on the ground floor in case you are craving a snack or a drink. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.
