My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

Experiencing Real Bangkok Life!!! After spending a month in Chiang Mai, we decided to stay in Bangkok for a week. We love traveling like locals, and this place was absolutely perfect for that. Our host, Papatsara, was incredibly kind and thoughtful—she took care of everything! The place was super clean and had everything we needed. If you're looking for a cozy and welcoming stay, this is the spot! Tips: You can easily take a bus from the intersection to the BTS station—it’s only 10 baht!

Really unique accommodation that’s peaceful, clean and comfortable. Very responsive and friendly host. Only slight inconvenience is the mosquitoes that come along at night - so better to bring some mosquito repellant with you if you and your fellow travelers intend to sit outdoors.

The place is very comfortable and feels like home. will surely book next time we get back to Thailand! easy access to the city and lots of food stalls nearby.

The host was so kind and responsive. I took this house to evacuate from the earthquake in Bangkok(2025) in a very late evening like 11 pm. And the host readily came to the house to deliver the keys from a remote place. The host set a proper expectation for the check in and out process. It was like a santuary for me. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our week stay at Jians place. It was in an ideal location for our needs while in Bangkok. Very close to Yanhee hospital, MRT Blue Line, 7/11 stores etc. Bang O is not a busy touristy area either. The swimming pool and arcade game station were fantastic features for our kids and the rooms spacious and beds comfortable. There's 4 separate bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs and a media room downstairs. Also an outdoor seating area with a Feng Shui water feature. The facilities are kept clean and tidy, by a friendly Thai housekeeper. There's limited kitchen facilities, but doesnt matter so much as theres plenty of local eateries and Grab app options. Would stay here again next time we're in Bangkok.

The host was very responsive and prompt at anytime if the day. I was new to this place and was unware of few things, she guided and helped me to locate and find things easily. The rooms were as shown in the picture and very neat and clean. Overall a functional and easy to live in house. I would surely recommend to be at this place a second time.

Perfect Airbnb Experience! Admittedly I booked a shared space by accident but I would not hesitate to book w/this host again when in Bangkok. Our host allowed us to check in a night early after another Airbnb was not as satisfactory, it felt super private despite being a shared space, every small detail and need was thought of by the host, snacks were provided, and not to mention our pets were allowed. If you are an animal lover you will be in for a treat a there are private rooms with secret little guys that I’ll refrain from mentioning so that you can be just as surprised as we were. When flying to go check out Chiang Mai, our host let us keep our pets with them and they took great care of them while we were away. They even sent pictures. The house is beautiful and it is completely spotless. This host has the moto listed that you can ask him anything and I feel like it is a candid statement. This truly was the best stay ever! We felt right at home and are very grateful. Thanks guys!

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

Wonderful stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. 7-eleven and BTS right next to the accommodation. Just 2 stops to Chatuchak market and around 20 minutes to Siam. The personnel were very friendly and the property was peaceful and tidy. Trash bins emptied every day and there was also a luxurious swimming pool and gym at use. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people to stay. Fast wifi available. AC in every room. Simply everything you could ask for. Definitely going to stay here again next time when I visit Bangkok!

Such a nice house to stay especially, for a family or a group of ten people . The neighborhood is pretty safe as there will always be a security check before someone comes into the area(community house). We can walk or ride a bicycle to 7/11 nearby , which is quite easy to find food. The host is very responsive and helpful in helping to find the taxi for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a big family or a group of friends joining you to Thailand.

インパクトアリーナから近かったので、コンサートの間の空き時間にすぐに帰ることが出来ました。 バイタクやタクシーを使って10分くらいでした。 コンサートのチケットの受取を代行業者から代わりに受け取ってもらい対応していただきました。 不安なので何度も連絡してしまったのですが、夜中でも丁寧に対応していただきましてありがとうございました。 部屋は清潔でした。写真通り、広かったです。 セキュリティも入口に警備員の方がいるのでとてもしっかりしています。

Nhà được bao bộc khu vực an ninh rất an toàn và tiện nghi, các chú bảo vệ thân thiện vui vẻ. Gần ga tàu và các tiện ích tiện nghi. Căn nhà rất thoải mái tạo một không gian yên bình ấm cúng. Chị chủ nhà rất chu đáo và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Cảm ơn chị chủ nhà!

Ann's Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einer mehrheitlich von Thai bewohnten Gegend. war für uns genau richtig. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und der Kontakt mit Ann hat immer prompt und gut geklappt. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir brauchten um uns selber zu versorgen. Große und kleine Supermärkte sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Für uns war einzig die Lage in der Stadt, bzw. Der unheimlich langsame öffentliche Nahverkehr in Bangkok ein Minus im Aufenthalt, was nichts mit der Unterkunft zutun hat! In der Gegend war es sehr ruhig und sehr sicher und falls man in der nahegelegenen Arena ein Konzert besucht oder im Goverment Quarter Termine hat ist es perfekt! Für Sightseeing in Bangkok eher nur etwas für diejenigen, die bereit sind immer mit Grab zu fahren.

The Flat is very near to BTS (Metro) 5 minutes walk. Many local food vendors are near by where we can taste the local food. The home is same as the pics, very clean and well maintained.

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!
