Das Zimmer war sehr sauber sehr ordentlich, die terrasse ist wunderschön und genau wie auf dem foto. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen :)

The host is really very helpful. I flew in from Hong Kong before checking in to her unit and noticed that my mobile number was blocked due to over usage of overseas data roaming. She fetched me to AIS office the next day and the problem was resolved immediately and I got my mobile number unblocked. She was also very responsive to my queries. The unit was well cleaned and well stocked. In house washing machine and air con are in good condition. The only problem is the swimming pool was too cold for me though. Gym was well maintained and equipment in good condition.

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

The condo room was appointed wonderfully. Kwang made sure the refrigerator was stocked with enough complimentary water to last my entire stay. I must also commend her on having an ample supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was top notch. The location is <5 minute walk to a MRT station if you need to venture into Bangkok proper. About a 10 minute walk to 7-11, but the condo has a couple of vending machines on the ground floor in case you are craving a snack or a drink. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. I have stayed in a few Airbnbs over the years in the immediate area. This one is probably the nicest. Very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very convenient to reach great food at Tonsak Market. Nice facilities in the building. Wifi had something like 500 Mbps as well. Central location in Nonthaburi, but the sleeping area is 100% silent at night. Helpful and engaged host, who took the time to meet us for check-in. Thanks, Benny!

I was mostly pleased that the accommodation corresponded to the description and everything was more or less clean. What I didn't like was that there were cockroaches running around the toilet and that the Condo was quite difficult to find. If you need to urgently go to the airport. Taxi drivers will spend a long time looking for a suitable road.

I had the best time at Aladins house he is so friendly and the house and community is so beautiful , in a great location in nonthaburi . Would definitely recommend you to stay here he made me feel like home and in such a beautiful environment . Pool gym sauna and steam room are amazing also , friendly security guards and right beside a 7/11. Thanks so much Aladin for a 10/10 stay

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!
