Had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful with local shops and cafes nearby but the location is a bit off the main attractions. Overall is a great experience with a responsive host—would recommend!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Great accommodation with easy access to public transport facilities to explore different parts of Bangkok. Both Sunee and Suree are great hosts and made us feel welcomed and at ease. Accommodation has all the equipments and facilities you would need. Would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others visiting Bangkok

The flat is small but big enough for 2 people, it's very safe and very quiet for a good sleep! The area provides plenty of choices for restaurants as it's 2 mn walk from the Asiatique Riverfront and it's night market. The swimming pool is a big plus! I definitely recommend and will most probably come back.

This was a very convenient place to locate ourselves in Bangkok. It was close by to a bunch of great restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. It was a little bit more rustic than anticipated but still a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time in Bangkok. Our security guard was also so warm and friendly, definitely one of the reasons our stay was special here :)

Nice place in the heart of Bangkok! Place was clean and clear instructions were given to enter the place. Pickup service from the airport can be arranged with additional cost as well but appreciate the service. 2nd room was small as per other reviews and location is about 5-7 mins walk to Platinum. There were two 7-11s located nearby which was good as well! Did not use the facilities but the guys did and said the pool was beautiful and gym was great! Slightly pricey but a good option for friends to stay together instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. Will recommend!

I had a fantastic 13-day stay at this Airbnb in the Ari area. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the BTS station, making it super convenient to explore Bangkok. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which was great for grabbing essentials. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was seamless—they were always quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and hassle-free stay in Bangkok.

Посуды достаточно много, сам комплекс на охраняемой территории с бассейном и тренажерный залом. Удобное местоположение, до метро 3 минуты пешком, в шаговой доступности крупные магазины и 7/11

The place is great if you want to be really close to the BTS (Phloen Chit) station. It’s basically a 5 minute walk under covered area if you need to go to the BTS. Apiradee is always helpful and responsive as well. I would stay here again.

Fantastic place! You really get a fresh modern apartment with all the necessary things like washing machine and a small kitchen! One of the best beds I have ever slept in, fantastic WiFi and incredible support from the host when I had questions! If you are looking for a great place to stay in Bangkok, this is your place!

Very central yet quiet location. A short walk from Asoke, the Skytrain and the Metro also very convenient location. An easy 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 and multiple shopping and restaurant opportunities. The Condo is very well equipped with ample linens, towels, kitchen appliances and accessories. Not ultra modern but comfortable, clean with good storage available for clothes, baggage etc. Minor issues on arrival with TV connection clarified quickly by the host. There is a small but well equipped gym which I used and the pool which I didn’t use looked good. Will definitely try and use on future visits.

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.
