great location and view. fantastic morning walks on the beach with coffee nearby. easy access to city, very near the main attractions by tram cab or bus. frank also organises vegan tours and festival . very helpful and responsive.

Our stay was simply excellent. The place was perfect, even better than the photos, and the location near the beach was truly special. Every day we would just walk for a couple of minutes to the beach which was so beautiful and really fun to have nearby. Giannis was a very generous host, super communicative and genuinely very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place again and have noted it as one of our favourite places to have a holiday.

Moses was extremely responsive. For example, I accidentally deprogrammed the remote and within minutes he told me how to reprogram it. We brought our small dog and he loved being free on the patio. The location could not be better. It is in walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants and beaches. We felt very safe. It’s a home, not a 5 star hotel, so we appreciated Moses meeting us at our midnight arrival to show us the quirks of the place. If we have the good fortune to return to Greece again, I do believe we will stay here again.

Alina and Kostas were amazing hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us, from recommending restaurants and excursions to providing transportation. They were always available to answer our questions and make great suggestions. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful duplex. It has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

We had a truly wonderful stay! Agathi was an excellent host—welcoming, supportive, and always available to help. She greeted us with stories about the local history, gave us a tour of the area, and even provided some extra snacks when we arrived late. Throughout our stay, she was always there when we needed anything and even left us some lovely local gifts as we departed. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family of six. The setting was peaceful, and we had a lovely time. A car is definitely needed to explore the area, with the town of Lavrio just a 5-minute drive away. The local food is amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Superb host, incredibly responsive to any issues or questions we had and met us late in the evening on the first night. Also allowed us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Minor issue with the hot water not working on a few of the days, but a technician was organised to fix it that same day, even on a Sunday. Loved the house and overall would thoroughly recommend

We had a fantastic week in Greece. Villa Dryas has everything you need and the outside space is what really makes it special. Our 14 and 7 year old were fully entertained with indoor and outdoor activities at the Villa. The swimming pool is great. The location is just outside of Athens (only 20 mins from the airport) and we would recommend a car as there was lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Thanos is a great host and responded very quickly to any queries we had. We would recommend Villa Dryas! :-)

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

What can I say about George’s place other than, if you decide to stay in Vouliagmeni,look no further!! George was great!!! We didn’t need anything because everything was there!! Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, beach was a 5 minute walk,the lake was a 15 minute walk and great restaurants were all around!! Would DEFINITELY stay there again!! We truly enjoyed our stay. It is 5 minutes walk to the Kanaria Beach. The property is fully equipped.

Pros: Beautiful house, lovely hosts, idyllic area. Easy access to all riviera, and Athens city. Generous sized bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. The juice press and freshly picked oranges left for us. Feels authentically Greek, not like hotel. Plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankest. Hosts would bring us whatever we needed. Cons: Have to walk on narrow sidewalk along main road 1 min to access house. The road is noisy in living room and front porch, bedrooms are in the back are more sheltered. The road is 6 lanes, and the beach is on the other side, so it takes some time going across and it can feel a bit daunting for some. Bit of a walk to nearest safe crossing. For us, the pros outweighs the cons. Bring earplugs to cancel the noise from the road and you'll be fine.

Vaso was an outstanding host—kind, generous, and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and left fresh fruits, snacks, drinks, and a delicious homemade dessert. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vaso went above and beyond, even driving us to the grocery store and arranging our airport pickup. She checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, easily accessible through a safe tunnel. The outdoor space is beautiful, perfect for families. Highly recommend!

I adore this accomodation and would choose to stay here when I next visit Greece, specifically Piraeus or Athens. Homer and Isabella are extremely responsive and accomodating hosts who were flexible with check-in/check-out times and provided a number of local recommendations. The space was beautiful, exactly like the photos, and felt like a home away from home. This accomodation is close to a number of delicious restaurants/cafes, a short walk from the train station and has a number of beautiful beaches close by.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Aristotle II! The setting is idyllic and the place is beautifully decorated. It was very clean when we arrived. Despina was a wonderful host, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed and also making recommendations for things to do. She is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend renting a car for getting around. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby, but it's not very walkable. There is a walking path down to one of the beaches, which was very convenient. It's about a 30 minute drive down to Sounion, and the views along the coast are breathtaking. The drive to Athens is about 40 minutes. Or you can just relax by the private pool and take in the views! Would love to stay here again!
