Kleio was a wonderful host. Her place is very lovely and she has stocked it with everything a guest could need. The apartment is in walking distance to many sites and not far from the metro. Thanks for a great time in fascinating Athens!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

We had a lovely stay in Athens here! The space is walking distance from some great restaurants, parks and cafes as well as the acropolis. Thank you Katerina for hosting us!

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. This home was AMAZING 🤩!!! The pool, the bed so comfy, the tv in the living room was like 95 inches wide!!! It was like a movie theater!!! Had all the amenities and more!! Wish it was my home!! Great job stavros!!! Looking forward to stay again in the summer at your place! Thank you!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Our host was super helpful throughout the entire experience. We enjoyed the location as it was not in the center of Athens, but it was really close to the metro line that took us both to and from the airport and to and from the center of Athens. The place was a great size for the 2 of us and had all the things that we needed.

We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο, ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα, τακτοποιημένο, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, είχε ότι χρειάζεται κανείς, "κουκλίστικο" θα έλεγα...!!! Σίγουρα όταν ξαναέρθουμε στην Αθήνα θα προσπαθήσουμε να κλείσουμε το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι...!! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας...Η επικοινωνία με τον σπιτονοικοκύρη τον Κώστα ήταν άψογη...Ευχαριστούμε για όλα...!!!

Barbara's appartement was amazing! Super close to all sights and beautiful neigbourhood with lots of cafe's. The appartement was also super clean and decorated with great taste. We had an amazing time there. Only thing to make note of is that the balcony is only accessible by step stairs. For us this was no trouble at all, but for others it may be!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής με πολλές συγκοινωνίες για εύκολη πρόσβαση στο σπίτι. Το σπιτι ήταν σαν τις φωτογραφίες με άμεση απάντηση από τους ιδιοκτήτες για οποιαδήποτε απορία ή βοήθεια!

A few minutes walk from Elliniko Metro, this beautiful, compact residential apartment is a great base from which to explore the area. You’ll get a good night’s sleep! Easy parking too, and a super responsive host. An absolute bargain!

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

beau petit appartement dans un quartier qui n est pas touristique, donc pas trop de monde ce qui est agréable il y a des super marché pour faire les courses .dimitris a était réactif à chaque demande. l appartement était très propre. il ne manquait rien. le.metro est a 10 minutes à pieds à 2 station de l acropole. bref rapport qualité prix parfait.

Zhana was an amazing host. Contacted us weeks before to arrange a ride to and from the airport. Also checked in on us to make sure we had rides places. The place was extremely clean. It was a great location! We were made to feel right at home right way and made sure we were always comfortable! The hot tub was fabulous and worked great! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
