We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa and Viet’a place very much. The house is lovely, inside and out. The kitchen is a cook’s paradise, and we enjoyed getting groceries and making dinner. The neighborhood is great, with lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby. It was also a short walk to multiple metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris.

The house was lovely! Our family had a wonderful time and felt right at home. It was a great space for the five of us for the week and a perfect location for getting around Paris - close to the metro and near great restaurants, boulangeries, and grocery stores. It was quiet, tucked away from the street and felt very safe. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. It was a memorable week and we hope to be back again soon!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

This is our second time staying at Denis and Annegret's place, and we like it very much. There are nice touches--fresh fruit, water/juice, coffee, and fresh flowers. There is a grocery store just next door, and a lovely boulangerie just a few doors down, where my husband bought us croissants every morning. The apartment is also close to the wonderful Bon Marche department store and the Grand Epicerie de Paris. Denis and Annegret are very helpful in pointing out good things to see and recommending good places to eat. They will also make dinner reservations for their guests when asked, which is especially useful when restaurants require a phone call to book rather than online. (I speak some French, but not confidently.) We hope we have the opportunity to go back soon.

This charming home was a perfect find for our group! The hosts were exceptionally responsive and made the check-in process seamless. We were delighted by the unique touches that made the stay special - particularly the friendly cats and chicken that added character to the property. The strategic location proved ideal, with convenient metro access just a short walk away. Traveling with two couples and a child, we especially appreciated the luxury of three bathrooms, which made mornings smooth and stress-free. The layout worked wonderfully for our mixed group, offering both togetherness and privacy when needed.

Our stay at Caroline's house was just amazing!! It was perfect for our family-get-away: enough space overall for 9 people, well equipped kitchen, 5 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms and separate 2 toilets, toys for kids, well equipped garden area and a car park. The mornings were a bit chilly so we used the fire place to get a cosy atmosphere. Wood was available. The house is situated within a secured complex, we felt very safe and it was very very quiet. A fantastic bakery for our daily croissants was also close-by and on Sunday a market around the corner to explore more food stuff :)! The check-in was very flexible as we arrived earlier as expected and also the check-out was flexible. There is a metro station very close and you can get into Paris easily to explore this wonderful city. We highly recommend Caroline's place!! Many thanks for hosting us!

Un emplacement très pratique pour notre équipe qui était en déplacement sur Paris et ont vivement apprécié leur séjour à Puteaux, dans un quartier privé calme au cœur de Puteaux. Accès super facile aux liaisons de transport vers Paris ou plus loin dans la région. Notre hôte a été très serviable et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement sa maison.

Hidden gem in Pantin, Paris. The house is cosy and is being used by the owner itself. It is perfect as a base for exploring Paris with children. Our kids immediately felt at home. Its close to the supermarket and Metro station. Its worth every penny. Thank you Manon!

Great spot! Place has everything you could need, and great taste in design/vinyl records/books/chef's kitchen/other personal possessions. It was warm and comfy, chopped firewood neatly lining a living room wall, we felt right at home. Plenty of privacy with two separate bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom. Also an extra loft (to relax or watch movies on a projector). And a beautiful well-tended garden and patio! We loved the location - lots of stuff within close walking distance, but not touristy nor hectic. 1 minute away from a great organic co-op, 1 minute away from Metro (the brown 11 line) many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (gorgeous park with views and super fun lively cafe/bar with outdoor patio). We took the host's recommendation to try fresh oysters with wine at the farmers market open Fridays right nearby and was fantastic. A generous, responsive host with a great apartment in a great location.

We stayed 4 nights in this property with our 2 young kids , and the host had graciously offered to loan us some toys to keep our little ones occupied. Prior to our arrival, I had coordinated with the host to borrow a stroller, and upon our arrival, the items were already nicely laid out. Overall, easy check in process, and easy access to many food places - grocery store and at least 2 bakeries were within 5 min walk. about 20-30min to the tourist attractions, but metro is just 2 blocks away. Friendly host (they also gifted us a bottle of nice wine for us to enjoy).

We were amazed by our stay in Paris and Wil’s home definitely contributed to our pleasant experience! The home was very comfortable and clean. It is well decorated with French and Japanese art. The kitchen and downstairs are cozy and made us feel right at home. The bedrooms have clean linens and comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Also well lit throughout and plenty of dimmable lighting and spacious. We will definitely be back to Paris and hopefully can stay at Wil’s place again. For local, walkable restaurant recommendations, we found our favorite to be “Heritage” the best pizza I have had in my life was there. Also “Luna Rossa” was delicious Italian food and the service at both restaurants was great. There is also a nice grocery store walking distance, “Fran Prix” I believe, so we were able to get groceries as well.

The accommodations were wonderful for our family and provided a great place to rest and recharge after being out in the city all day. We appreciate the responsiveness of Severine and Marc and their hospitality. We would highly recommend this home.

Super séjour chez Elise. le logement correspond en tous points à l'annonce et les photos. Propriétaire reactif et toujours de bons conseils. maison chaleureuse bien aménagée, avec petit jardin. Un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

L'équipe DML-LMP un staff au top, de la réservation à l'accueil pour la remise des clés. Thibaud nous a très très bien reçu, flexible et à l'écoute car nous avons été surpris par les bouchons. La maison à rempli toutes nos attentes, spacieuse, chaleureuse, conviviale avec une grande table de réception. La véranda à ravi les enfants et les parents avec son baby-foot, donc les téléphones, écrans au placard un vrai moment de partage et de convivialité. La cuisine est dotée d'équipements de qualité, aussi bien d'ustensiles et d'appareils électroménagers. Le séjour très agréable avec son canapé spacieux. Les chambres cosy et avec une literie de qualité et très propres. Les lieux sont totalement conformes aux photos du site. Toute la famille était ravie et nous vous la recommandons. Laurence ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und Paris gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

La casa di Julien è veramente carina e accogliente. Perfetta per una famiglia. In un posto centrale servito da ristoranti e supermercati da cui si può facilmente visitare Parigi. Julien è una persona speciale sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Siamo stati felicissimi di alloggiare qui!
