El departamento estaba increíble y en un lugar cercano a todas las atracciones principales. En las noches un poco ruidoso por la calle pero nada que no deje dormir. Alessia y Andrea siempre amables y atentos. Nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de donde y qué comer. Excelente lugar para quedarse en Roma

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Giulias place was very beautiful and in a great part of rome. the surroundings are easy to explore on foot, and the city center and the attractions are easily reachable by bus and tram. Giulia was very quick to respond to any issue or questions i had and gave many recommendations for restaurants, local bars and more. The price was unbeatable for what you get. would definitely come here again, maybe even for longer than 5 days!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rom! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen und hat sogar einen Balkon! Mit der Metro die nur 5min entfernt ist, kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Giannicola ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Wir haben ihn leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber er war stets zu erreichen und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder😊

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et le logement était très bien et conforme aux descriptions. Giorgia est très disponible et ses conseils sont toujours bienvenus.

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il posto ideale per godersi le vacanze. Casa splendida e accogliente, giardino curato, posto auto comodissimo, tutto in zona alla portata di mano con la macchina. Giardino grande ideale per chi come me è amante dei chihuahua, per loro diventa immenso hahah Un grande grazie ancora una volta alla carissima host Lucy, sempre super disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi cosa, piena di ottimi suggerimenti come dove andare in zona, tant’è che non vedo l’ora di tornare a godere questa bellissima casa la prossima volta che torno a Roma, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità lontano dal caos della città. Even before our trip, they provided us with all the necessary information and great local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was genuinely one of the warmest welcomes we've ever received. The apartment itself is stylish, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is outstanding—just a short walk to the Vatican and a beautiful walk through Rome to many other major attractions. The Prati district is a gem: vibrant, elegant, and full of character, with fantastic restaurants and cafés (the hosts' recommendations were spot-on!). I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Rome, made even better by the most welcoming and gracious hosts!

Massimiliano and his father were great hosts, taking good care of us upon arrival and departure. The unit was spacious and quiet with greenery. There’s a great pizza place nearby that we repeated. All in all, it was a great stay.

David has been very helpful throughout. He was very kind to pick us up at midnight as we booked a late flight. He was easy to talk to and his place was very quiet and good place. It’s a shame we didn’t experience the local area/beach as we stayed only for overnight and had to check out soon.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Super verkehrsgünstig gelegen und trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof nette von Marco empfohlene Restaurants und Cafés. Marco hat uns persönlich empfangen und konte uns wertvolle Tipps geben Keine sterile Unterkunft, sondern eine Wohnung mit Charakter. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Carlo war ein großartiger Gastgeber! wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Carlo hat uns auf alle Fragen ganz schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, um Rom zu erkunden und zwischendurch immer mal wieder dort eine Pause einzulegen. Eine echte Ruheoase in der trubeligen italienischen Hauptstadt. Der Vatikan ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Café, Supermarkt, Pizzeria, alles um die Ecke. Einfach alles tiptop!!! Liebe Grüße von Familie Züchner

Our stay at Carmen’s place in Rome was fantastic! She communicated with us clearly and thoroughly before our arrival, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was excellent — a great location, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine, washer, and a spacious bathroom. Carmen’s attention to detail and care really showed, and we’re so grateful for her effort. We would gladly stay here again!

Super logement. Correspond tout à fait à la description. La proximité des transports en communs et de nombreux restaurants est appréciable après une journée à marcher en ville. Cristina est vraiment accueillante et très gentille.

The apt was amazing and right next to some of our favorite local restaurants. Everything was clean and many amenities were included. Finally Fabrizio was excellent in communication and was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Rome!

We had a great experience staying at Federico and Gabriel's apartment The location is perfect - ten minutes from the Colosseum but out of the heavy tourist areas. We found excellent restaurants within a block of the apartment. Check-in was easy and Frederico wrote to us before and after check-in to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment had comfortable beds and was a nice place to relax when we were not exploring Rome.
