Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Beautiful place to stay with easy walk to Vatican City and local Taxi station and bus stop. A little difficult to find for cab drivers, so be sure to tell them the EXACT address, including the number 7C. Gabrielle was amazing, responsive, provided clear instructions and made check-in a breeze. She also provided a large list of places to go for food and drink. Much appreciated! I'd definitely stay again. The inside was clean, quiet and comfortable with an excellent view!

AMAZING apartment. On the ground floor of a beautiful Liberty style Italianate building, with a beautiful garden and outbuilding seating area, in a super quiet authentic Roman neighborhood, if you want to know what real Rome is like, stay here. Restaurants, cafes, and stores all around, with convenient buses to take you in and out of the city, and within 1.5kms of a metro stop - Policlinico. I cannot recommend this place enough !!! And your hosts Giovanni and Veronica are amazing !!! There is a B&B on the 1st floor of the little villa, too, so if you are a large party, some can stay there.

Muy fácil la llegada, estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente para estar allí cuando llegáramos del viaje con las maletas. Después, cuando le pedimos que fuera para poner en marcha la calefacción, pues hizo un frío poco habitual en Roma, tardó 15 minutos en llegar y lo solucionó rápidamente. El apartamento a 2 minutos de la entrada a los Museos Vaticanos y a 5 minutos de la Plaza de San Pedro y del metro Ottaviano para llegar a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. Muy limpio, todo funcionaba correctamente y había incluso cosas en la cocina como aceite, sal, azúcar, así como detergente, bolsas de basura, etc., de todo. Especialmente agradecer a Roberto que nos permitiera salir un poco más tarde porque teníamos el vuelo por la tarde y así no tuvimos que estar con las maletas por la ciudad el día de nuestra vuelta.

Very good service and place, location was good since it was based in the centre of rome and was close to tourist attractions. The wifi was a bit slow but it still worked. The airbnb was nicely furnished and a good stay with family or friends. Host was amazing as well.

Nos pasamos súper rico la estancia, nos reservamos un poco justo de tiempo pero Dunia se facilitó todo. Las instrucciones estaban muy claros por la llegada. La ubicación es estupenda, cerca la fontana trevi, el metro línea A, y muchos restaurantes/tiendas. Nosotros quedamos 3 en el piso y la verdad fue súper cómodo que el piso tiene un salón muy amplio. No solo había sofá cama pero una cama plegable. La cocina estaba todo equipada con café cargado de buen calidad. Nos pasamos de maravilla, 100% recomendable.

Isabella's apartment was a quiet and comfortable place for us to stay during our week in Rome. The apartment itself is spacious and light. The seating area in the living room is SO comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook or snack (or have coffee, as we did). Isabella also provided a quick response to the few questions we had. We love the apartment's Monti neighborhood, which has so many lovely cafes and restaurants and a great mix of locals and visitors. In short, this is the ideal vacation rental! Enjoy it.

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

Antonello was an extremely helpful and responsive. Greeted us at the doorway and helped to check in. The appartment is in historical center of Rome and close to sightseeings. Good location for exploring the city.

I had a fantastic time at Andreas apartment with my girlfriend and her father. It was central, not far from the Colosseum and really good value for money. We got free drinks and snacks and could store our luggage at Andreas place after check out - just perfect. Andrea is a great host and very friendly person too which even translated to my girlfriends father who doesn't speak English. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Avevamo bisogno di una casa con tre stanze ognuna il suo bagno ed di una zona conviviale comune con una bella cucina attrezzata. E l'abbiamo trovata. La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze di famiglia che si ritrovava provenendo da diverse parti del mondo. Sicuramente consiglio questa casa anche per coppie di amici con bimbi. Noi ne avevamo tre con noi 3-11 anni.

Great spot to stay in Rome. Super quiet area but still walkable to Trastevere restaurants and beyond. Easy walk from 2 train stations and easy ride to Vatican city. Laura was able to welcome us herself and was reachable if we had any questions. Would stay again!

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

We had a fabulous stay at Giuseppe and Rudis splendid apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family of four with two young (pre-teen and teen) sons and felt both luxurious as well as comfortable and “at home”. Everything was in perfect condition and the terrasse/balcony was perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of whine before going out for dinner. We were mostly walking, but the metro is only a 3min walk away. Communication was excellent and proactive. It was a fantastic stay and we can definitely recommend.

Easy check in. Area is a little busy but easy to take a taxi or uber to tourist locations. The apartment was clean and well stocked with coffee etc. there are a few good supermarkets nearby to pick up food. Lots of storage space for suitcases. We had 6 adults and could have squeezed in 2 more if needed.

Livia est une hôte très gentille. Elle nous a donné beaucoup d informations avant et pendant notre séjour pour que celui ci ce déroule au mieux. Elle s est aussi s adapté à nous, en nous accueillans avec un français impeccable. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour ne pas s encombrer avec des grosses valises (linge de lit, linge de toilette, sèche cheveux, lave linge et sèche linge avec lessive....) et il est idéalement situé à 10 min de la gare termini, 10 min du métro A et 20 min à pied du Colisée ! notre séjour à été parfait grâce à Livia et son appartement ☺️. Je recommande à 100%

In October 2024 , we stayed three nights at Michele’s apartment and left the same 5 star rating in all categories; the review is still available to see. We just spent 10 days here in February, and found everything as good as previously. We intend to return again. Michele is a gentleman and a superb host.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location. Pharmacy and grocery store directly across the street. Lots of restaurants around closest one 30 second walk at the corner. Pasqualino restaurant right on the corner has great food we ate there 2 times. Manager was wonderful we chatted and he showed us his wonderful wine cellar. We loved the condo, the security of it and location was great! We had a sink that started to leak in the bathroom was a small leak in the drain so I put a bowl so didn’t affect us at all. The only recommendations I do have would be to replace the bathroom linens and leave extra bathroom linens for guests. One shower towel and one hand towel left for each person wasn’t enough for 5 days. I had to wash towels a few times. Other than that the place was spotless clean we enjoyed our stay. 😊

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location - very centrally located. My (young adult) daughter and I had everything we needed - two bedrooms (one up a flight of stairs), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, etc. Lots of natural light and fresh air - lots of windows. There is a little noise from the street and from the birds (!), which must hang out all night on the roof, just outside the window - but we loved it.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος σε πολύ καλή περιοχή. 200 μέτρα από το Βατικανό. Η Elisabetta ήταν άψογη. Καταρχήν επειδή ήμασταν 6 άτομα της ζητήσαμε αν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να μας βρει αυτοκίνητο για τη μεταφορά μας στο διαμέρισμα . Ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα. Και μας πρότεινε να κάνει το ίδιο και για την επιστροφή, κάτι το οποίο το αποδεχτήκαμε. Διαμέρισμα; Όπως και οι φωτογραφίες; Καθαριότητα; Τέλεια. Μας έκανε εντύπωση το γεγονός ότι στο σαλόνι υπήρχαν ΑΝΑΛΥΤΙΚΕΣ ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ για τα πάντα. Για το wifi, για τις συγκοινωνίες, για τα εστιατόρια, για τα αξιοθέατα, για το που πρέπει να πετάξουμε σκουπίδια, χρήσιμα τηλέφωνα για ταξί και γενικά ότι άλλο θέλαμε υπήρχε στο διαμέρισμα(τσάι, καφες, εσπρεσιέρα, βραστήρας νερού, κάψουλες ΝESRESSO). Ήταν όλα άψογα και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να περάσει λίγες μέρες στη Ρώμη. Αν ξαναβρεθώ στη Ρώμη θα την ξαναπροτιμήσω. Elisabetta σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ και ελπίζω την επόμενη φορά να μιλάω ακόμη καλύτερα τα ιταλικά. Giorgio
