This was the most incredible place we've ever stayed. The entire staff that works there - the boat crew, the chef, and the main caretaker - were so welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and kind. The chef is very diverse in his cooking! We said we liked a certain dish that we had tried earlier in the trip, and he made it for us on the island!!! Every single meal was incredible. The caretaker was very kind and always had great conversation. The animals on this island are absolutely adorable. The rooms were all immaculate, and honestly, the pictures don't do this place justice for how great it is. Alfred was super helpful in getting there and making sure we had everything perfectly set! We hope to be back :)

Un endroit magnifique, idéal pour ceux qui recherchent l'authenticité. Nous avons eu la chance d’être accueillis par Rosemary, une personne d'une gentillesse extrême, qui nous a reçus de manière chaleureuse et attentionnée. Tout était parfait : le paysage, la nourriture, et la maison située au bord de l'eau, qui offrait une vue imprenable. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu prolonger notre séjour, mais sans aucun doute, cet endroit fut le point culminant de nos vacances. Un lieu où tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi, en harmonie avec la nature. Nous repartirons avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Merci infiniment

One of the best places I have stayed. Remote , peaceful. Absolute best way to see El Nido without crowds. Guy amazing host. Rose absolutely incredible food. Mouthwatering. Jeffery and crew the best guides !!! Only there for 2 days, day 1 down south boat tour. Did not see one tourist all day. Incredible beaches , snorkling and lunch . Like your are in the middle of nowhere. day 2 early trip north to el nido . beat the crowds. no one in secret lagoon, all to ourselves. avoided big lagoon ( which i know is insta famous), but guy suggested elsewhere and so glad I listened to him, secret locations no tourists, lunch on a sandbar to ourselves. My kids absolutely loved it and we all agree best beaches and lagoons in the world. I love this part of the world and will be back. We stayed in sunrise villa. perfect. Incredible sunsets on other side 200m walk. I cannot recomend this enough and I think incredible value for money. This is a different experience vs lining up with 100's of tourist.

Pobyt na wyspie był najlepszym wydarzeniem całej wycieczki na Filipiny. Przepiękna wyspa, cudowne plaże, sam pokój z cudownym widokiem. Jedzenie najlepsze, jakie zjedlismy na Filipinach, w końcu była okazja, żeby spróbować filipińskich potraw tak, jak trzeba. Załoga była wspaniała, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani w każdym momencie pobytu. Dodatkowym plusem były oczywiście super pieski Charlie i Lilly z ich szczeniakami :) Jedyne o czym należy pamiętać rezerwując nocleg na Brother Island to to, żeby dobrze zaplanować wycieczkę. Dojazd nie jest najłatwiejszy, zawsze można zamówić dojazd, ale jeżeli nie jest zawarty w pakiecie, to koszt dojazdu samochodem w jedną stronę to 3500 php plus 1500 php za transfer łodzią na wyspę. Polecam każdemu, kto tylko może, pobyt na Brother Island :)

We stayed at Fred's place for 3 days. We chose this place for the privacy and tranquility but the stay exceeded our expectations. The private island where Fred and his team from the foundation are restoring coral reefs was one of the most worthwhile places we have been to. Fred, his wife and his team hosted us like members of the family. During the dinner we learned about the noble purpose of the foundation and how it works. Amazing people, energetic with a good heart. As for the stay - the private cottage near the beach was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff took care of every detail. Delicious food, beautiful views and communing with nature - something fantastic! Wonderful to meet people like Fred, Kris and his team in life who are selflessly working to repair reefs and aquaculture for the good of the world. Thank you 🙏🏼

L’hôte est amical et attentionné, rendant le séjour encore plus mémorable. Les repas proposés sont copieux et délicieux. Les excursions proposées sont extraordinaires, permettant de découvrir des endroits à couper le souffle. Je le recommande!

Unser Aufenthalt im Dryft war eine 10/10! Die Insel ist wunderschön und lädt zum entspannen ein - Türkises Wasser, weißer Strand & cooles Camp. Ich war so traurig, dass ich nicht mind. 2 Nächte gebucht hatte. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr sehr gut für hiesige Verhältnisse und der Service und das Personal sehr freundlich! Geschlafen haben wir im Zelt bei der Wärme und dem lauten Ventilator leider nicht so gut aber da der Ort so unglaublich schön ist, kann man da getrost drüber hinweg sehen. Die Anreise von El Nido war easy. Wir haben uns in El Nido einen Roller gemietet (500 pesos pro Tag) und sind zum Pier gefahren ( Dauer ca. 1h). Von dort aus hat die Unterkunft uns mit dem Boot abgeholt ( 15 Minuten Fahrt für 350 pesos pp). Alternativ gibt es auch die Option sich in El Nido mit einem Shuttle abholen zu lassen, welchen die Unterkunft organisiert. Da wir aber noch die Insel erkunden wollten, haben wir einen Roller genommen. Unsere Zeit im Dryft war das Highlight unserer Reise! 🥰

The island is beautiful, clean and well looked after. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. They were accommodating and very good at karaoke! Chef Bryant cooked the most amazing traditional Filipino food! The island has very scenic views, amazing sunsets and sunrises. They are able to offer transfer from the airport and have made the journey smooth. Thank you for having us and showing us your beautiful island we didn’t want to leave :( If you’re thinking about booking this then do it!!! Absolute paradise.

great place where you want to be in a quiet place, on totaly empty beach. no other houses around. good local meals prepared specialy for you.

Staying at Floral Island was truly one of the most magical highlights of my trip to the Philippines. From the moment we arrived, Flora, Martin and the team welcomed us with such warmth and wonderful energy. Their relaxed, joyful vibe set the tone for an unforgettable experience. They’ve created something incredibly special—a rustic yet beautifully curated island escape that feels like your own private paradise. The food was outstanding—every dish lovingly prepared and delicious. You can tell it’s all made with heart. From snorkeling the vibrant coral reef to exploring the islands near by, every moment was full of wonder. The experiences they’ve put together are thoughtful. We had requested a celebration dinner on the beach, and they went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a truly unique, soul-soothing escape—Floral Island is it. I can’t recommend this beautiful place, and its incredible hosts, enough.
