와우 진짜 대박 좋아요. 일단 신축인게 깔꼼하니 너무 좋고 뷰도 좋고 ㅠㅠㅜ 방 세 개에 욕실도 두개라는 것도 완전 좋구여.. 동탄신도시인만큼 주변 인프라도 너무 좋습니당!! 근데 실내가 너무 좋은데다 날도 추워서 방 밖에 나가지 않고 다같이 먹고 자고 뒹굴다 왔어욤 ㅎㅎ 이 정도 숙로를 이 가격에 다인원이 이틀 묵고 온거면 정말 괜찮게 다녀왔다고 생각해요~! ㅎㅎ 호스트 분도 친절히 응대해주셔서 좋았습니다 추천드려용 bb

The accommodation is a small officetel located on the top floor of a 15 story building in the northern part of Suwon overlooking a buzzing street which for me was really relaxing. Also in the afternoon the sun beautifully shines through the window directly on the bed. It is just a 15min walk away from Ajou University where I needed to go. The place has all the amenities needed for a short- or even long-term stay. I was alone and had plenty of space. It will also be big enough for two persons but could get crammed at times. The building was a bit hard to find but that was probably on me for not being familiar with Korean addresses. I recommend inputting the original address in Hangul into Naver Maps.

We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Can’t complain anything. The location is superb just right outside of exit twelve of Suwon Station. Major buses also stopped just outside main road which made it very easy for sightseeing. The only gripe was if you carry heavy luggage you need to have strong arms to bring them through the underground mall of suwon station to exit 12. Other than that, the room was great and clean. And it was still quite quiet and peaceful for sleeping at night. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

광교중앙역에서 도보 10분 이내 가능하고, 주변에 백화점, 아울렛, 큰 몰들도 많고 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 오피스텔 새거라 너무 깨끗하고 좋아요.

프로야구 개막전도 보고 행궁동 맛집도 가고 스타필드 가서 쇼핑도 할 겸 고른 숙소 인데, 위치, 청결도, 쾌적함 측면에서 너무 너무 최고입니다~~ 호스트분 응답도 바로바로 오고 친절하셔서 마음 편히 머물다 갑니다. 수원이 넓은데 딱 중간 위치에 있어서 여기저기 이동하기 정말 좋습니다! 수원 여행 계획하시면 강추합니다!

房间很整洁干净，所有用品一应俱全。周围也很便利，楼下就是24小时便利店，房东很贴心的准备了手写信，下次来还会选择住在这里。推荐！！！！

We arrived earlier than anticipated because our flight from New Zealand was delayed by 4 hours before departure. However, from then on everything with the apartment was faultless. Very central, clean, well provided for us - even treats and water which was very thoughtful. Coffee shops and small supermarket/restaurants right outside the building. Nice and quiet - except for a rare couple of occasions. Our host communicated with us very quickly and easily and any questions were settled immediately. We had a late flight and there was no issue with us staying in the apartment closer to our departure time from Seoul/Incheon airport. We have been impressed with South Korea and the level of kindness and friendliness of everyone - happy to recommend to others and we will 100% return again. Warmest regards - from New Zealand

First of all, the best bed I’ve ever slept in out of all the AirBnBs I’ve been to in Korea. We loved that there’s two pillows to choose from, one firm and one soft. We were only there for one night to pick up our rental car but I can see us coming back since the area has lots of good food places and so close to public transportation. Highly recommended place to stay!!

호스트님의 빠른 답변 덕분에 숙소를 잘 이용했습니다. 주변이 공사장이라 다소 먼지나 소음이 있긴 하지만, 생활 하기에는 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 내년 귀국때도 다시 한번 이용해보고 싶을 정도로 너무 잘 묵고 갑니다.

벌써 여기만 연박까지하면 7번째 머무는 곳입니다. 침구류가 진짜 편안하고 깨끗해서 꿀잠자고 암막커튼까지 완벽하여 잘때 방해가 아예 없는 곳입니다. 의자도 일회용도구들도 넉넉하고 물도 센스있게 준비되어져 있고 특히 옷스팀 다리미도 있어 출근할때 편했어요~ 2층에 침구류도 있어 인원추가하시면 여러명 거뜬할거 같아요~ 청결도가 10000% 인곳입니다!

쾌적하고 깔끔합니다. 이런 것까지 구비되어있다고? 싶을만큼 세심한 부분까지 셋팅 되어있으며 위치적으로 어디든 접근성이 좋아서 머무르기 침 좋았습니다.

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

첫에어비앤비 숙소로 이용후 여자친구도 좋아하고 맘에들어해서 두번째로도 다시이용하게되었는데 만족하고 하루 잘보내고갑니다~~
