I spent a wonderful month at Claudia’s place in February, working remotely and enjoying the vibrant Palermo neighborhood. Despite my busy workdays, it was a pleasure to take a midday break for a swim in the heated pool, a workout in the gym, or simply to stand under the open sky on the rooftop terrace. The building has a youthful energy yet maintains a quiet and respectful atmosphere. While I loved exploring the sights of Buenos Aires, I was happiest immersing myself in this Parisian-like neighborhood. The apartment itself is effortlessly stylish—boho luxe with a lived-in charm that made me feel right at home. Claudia was always available and took great care of me throughout my stay. I was reluctant to leave and will absolutely stay here again.

If you need a simple, comfortable, functional apartment with laundry for a stay in BA we really recommend Marysol's place! It is on a quiet block with restaurants on either end, and close to the parks. Marysol also helped us a lot with local recommendations. Thank you!!

This is a unique and beautifully renovated apartment in a classic old Buenos Aires building. The apartment is sunny and spacious with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The kitchen has everything you need, including an induction stovetop. The bedroom is in the rear, so street noise is not a problem, and the bed is very comfortable. Ezequiel and his colleague Tomislav, who lives upstairs, were great hosts, always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. I stayed there for a week, and I wish it had been longer!

This is a great place to stay for a group that wants to cook and hang out. It was the best stocked Airbnb I have visited - all the cookware, utensils, etc you might need to cook and make yourself at home. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable. The building is a beautiful pre-war apartment, with an elevator. It is on a big street and there is a bit of ambient noise, but the window are new and great at keeping it quiet. The third bedroom is pretty small, but it is tucked away and made for a great place to work while my family was sleeping. The neighborhood is close to many good restaurants and easy to walk to the parks.

Carolina's responses were so prompt you would think she was living next door and not in Tampa. The apartment is beautifully appointed, lovely airy view and a terrace with seating to enjoy it. If there is time to spare, go down and enjoy the plaza, watch the kids on the swings and the merry go round, the dedicated athlete jumping over the picnic tables, elderly people meeting for walks and neighbours chatting and walking their dogs. A very authentic feel of a Buenos Aires suburb, and you can grab a coffee too. We spent six weeks in Carolina's apartment, including a heat wave, but the central air worked very well once we learned how to set it. The kitchen is equipped to cook a banquet, and the supply of linens for bed and bath is excellent. We hope to return to the comfort of Carolina's place, and the quiet and safety of the neighbourhood.

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

We have enjoyed our stay, the place was beautifully decorated, and serviced by very kind and accommodating assistants. The host was immediately available and forthcoming. It really felt like our home from home. Excellent condition and quality upkeep Will definitely stay there again. The place and location with abundance of stores, restaurants, culture and parks for relaxing and learning is highly recommended. Thanks for our stay!

The house itself is stunning - a wonderful place to stay in the vibrant area of Soho Palermo.

We had an amazing time staying here! The host was fantastic at communicating, and we felt really safe and looked after. The flat was really lovely and exactly like the photos. The location cannot be beaten - we spent 10 days in BA and wouldnt have changed this location at all! We will definitely be staying here the next time we come :)

Dit fijne appartement op de 7e verdieping is erg rustig gelegen. Geen overburen of geluidsoverlast en dichtbij het zwembad op de 8e verdieping. Heerlijk om daar uit te rusten na een dagje in de drukke stad. Dichtbij het park en de horeca gelegenheden in. Lucas is goed bereikbaar als host en er is altijd een concierge aanwezig in het appartementencomplex. Aanrader!

¡Increíble estadía! La ubicación de este alojamiento es simplemente la mejor que existe en Buenos Aires, en mi opinión. Siempre quise hospedarme en este edificio porque es precioso, y finalmente pude hacerlo. La zona es inmejorable, con todo lo que necesitas a pocos pasos. El edificio cuenta con porteros físicos que son majísimos, lo que aporta seguridad y comodidad. Además, las amenities superaron mis expectativas: son aún mejores que en las fotos. El anfitrión fue súper amable y respondía rapidísimo a cualquier consulta, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, cada vez que vuelva a Buenos Aires, este será mi lugar para hospedarme. ¡100% recomendado!
