Les photos sont conforme à la description Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jaccuzzi extérieur car non chauffé mais nous avons bien profité du sauna qui fonctionne très bien La plage est tout près et il y a de nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours Je recommande

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

Super Unterkunft. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und sind super in der Wohnung klargekommen. Mit der "Küche" macht man keine großen Sprünge, aber dafür gibt es super Restaurants rund um die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sauber, es war alles da, was man braucht und auch die Dachterrasse ist spitze. Bei gutem Wetter ist es da großartig. Ich kann den Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen. Danke an Zeynep.

Roberto è stato molto gentile, è venuto incontro alle nostre richieste agevolandoci con orari flessibili. L’appartamento è in pieno centro, zona bellissima da girare a piedi e molto comoda per raggiungere i principali centri d’interesse.

Giuseppe's flat is really furnished with great attention to detail. You will find everything you can possibly need or think of! If the weather had been better, we would have loved to use the balcony. 😊 The Communication with Giuseppe was easy and he was always quickly available if we had a question. Many thanks also for the restaurant recommendations!

Wunderbare grosse Terrasse mit viel Grün. Großartige Lage. Vielleicht etwas teuer, aber für die angenehme Lage haben wir gern etwas mehr bezahlt. Alles in allem eine gute Basis um Palermo zu erkunden. Die Pizzeria gleich auf der Piazza nebenan (mit erstklassigen offenen Weinen) empfehlen wir auch gern weiter.

What a glorious place to stay in Palermo. A short walk to Quattro Canti and just about everything else you may want to do in Palermo: great markets and food stores, opera and symphony, dining, buses to outlying areas, churches, etc. The two floor unit, with two separate patios, is exquisite. The kitchen is professional for cooks. The interior construction and amenities are top-notch. As for the host, she’s an exceptional person: warm, accommodating, so interested in knowing everything is OK. Five stars in every category.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 🌞 Ce logement est calme, propre et à une superbe terrasse donnant sur la montagne et la mer. Je recommande cet appartement pour toute personne cherchant un endroit calme où se détendre. Gaetano a été très réactif et serviable, ses nombreuses recommandations ont été très appréciées et nous ont permis de découvrir les alentours. 😁

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in una zona al top per servizi, pulizia e tranquillità, la Sig.ra Alda gentilissima e super ospitale, disponibile e sempre pronta a qualsiasi richiesta o consiglio, alloggio nuovo, pulitissimo, comodissimo e completo di tutti i confort, la zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Consigliatissimo. Come essere a casa.

10 STARS!!! I cannot believe such a place on AirBnB exists. It was right in the MIDDLE OF THE HISTORIC TOWN. Everything was walkable. There was a GREAT supermarket only 6mins away. Daniele sent instructions ahead of time on how to come from the airport and train station! He also sent local recommendations for the sites and restaurants. His responses were so FAST, as if he was responding to a text! As a silly tourist I messed up the shower settings and he responded IMMEDIATELY and clearly. He was a GREAT host. The home was so NICE! We had our PRIVATE terrace!!! We had everything we needed and some more. The house was very SECURE. There was an extra gate on our floor. Everything was SPOTLESS. I would LOVE to go back to Sicilia and would arrange my dates based on the availability of this apartment. Love, love, love.

We had a great time in Gianni’s apartment. Located right in the middle of the historic centre and just a few steps away from Ballaro market. The apartment is very charming and has a fantastic terrace with a great view of one of the nicest churches in Palermo. Gianni was very kind and very responsive and even dropped us off at the station at the end of our stay! Will come back for sure.

L’appartement de Luigi était parfait pour visiter Palerme en plein centre historique. Luigi a été très réactif lors de la réservation mais également lors de tous nos échanges. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Les lits très confortable. Avantage important en plein centre de Palerme, nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans le parking de luigi proche de l’appartement. Je conseille ce logement.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

Mieszkanie na pierwszym piętrze, bardzo ładnie urządzone, wygodna przestronna łazienka, bardzo dobrze wyposażona-wiele kosmetyków, nawet płyn micelarny, krem z filtrem a także suszarka do włosów. Bardzo ucieszyłam się że było tam żelazko i deska do prasowania. W zamrażarce był lód co też było dobra wiadomością. Jest stąd blisko na Mercato, na którym można przepysznie zjeść. Koniecznie z tego skorzystaj! Giuseppe jest przemiłym gospodarzem, był z nami w stałym kontakcie, błyskawicznie pomagał nam znaleźć potrzebne rzeczy w mieszkaniu. czułyśmy się dobrze zaopiekowane. Naprawdę polecamy!

L’appartamento, pulito e stiloso, si trova in una posizione strategica, immerso nel famoso quartiere di Ballarò, a 2passi dai maggiori monumenti del centro storico e dal mercato popolare, ma allo stesso tempo è facilmente raggiungibile sia in macchina che con i mezzi pubblici. Facilmente ho trovato anche il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, grazie alle dritte di Riccardo. Il quartiere, a differenza di quello che ho letto in alcune recensioni, abbastanza sicuro e per nulla pericoloso nonostante sia una ragazza che viaggia da sola. Host gentilissimo: mi ha fornito consigli utili su attività da fare e luoghi da visitare, nell'appartamento ho potuto assaggiare anche un ottimo olio nuovo, Nocellara del Belice, dell'azienda Voglie di Sicilia. Appartamento confortevole: é fornito di tutto,(dalla lavatrice alla culla per bambini); ha 2 meravigliosi terrazzi dai quali si vedono i tetti del centro storico, le montagne circostanti e le guglie della cattedrale. Stupita davvero! Ritornerò!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eignet sich perfekt für 4 Personen. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum von Palermo und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick über die Via Maqueda. Abends vor - allem am Wochenende- hört man abends natürlich das Leben auf der Straße, weil es dort sehr viele Restaurants und Bars gibt, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Rosario hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und hat für uns bei der Abreise einen Shuttle für die Fahrt zum Flughafen organisiert. Es war ein super Aufenthalt und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
