Très beau logement d'Antonio, bien propre ,fonctionnel et agréable avec son jardin et jacuzzi. Je vous conseille de prendre la location de voiture de Daniel (proposé par Antonio)qui a fait en outre les transferts aéroport-logement. Antonio et Daniel ont été très arrangeants pour notre arrivée tardive. La communication à été parfaite , donc pas de souci pour passer une très bonne semaine.

We cannot thank Florianna and Roberto enough for their warm, kind and generous hospitality. It goes beyond what we have experienced before whilst staying away from home. We arrived to fresh cakes and Aperol( the best we have tasted..!) and recommendations from Roberto. The house was clean, simple and very spacious. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

Emplacement au calme. Maison très confortable. L’accès privé à la crique est facile et la crique est magnifique. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, Maurizio a été très flexible du début à la fin du séjour et de bon conseil. Merci encore pour votre accueil !

Eva's and Bruno's villa is a great place to be! It is super clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Kitchen supplies, extra blankets, towels, big table outside and inside, two full bathrooms and an outdoors shower. Eva is very responsive, she helped us with places to eat, taxi contacts, etc. Eva and Bruno provided us with the supply of drinking water for 5 days! Which we really appreciated. Next to the villa you can find a small supermarket, small café with arancini and coffee, beach and a nice pizzeria on the beach. All within walking distance. For the big supermarket and other restaurants you need to have a car. There is plenty of parking space at the villa. We would definitely recommend the place!

Amazing place to stay with family. Very quiet and relaxing area. House is beautifully maintained and lots of garden space to relax. Riccardo has great local recommendations to enjoy local foods as well as locations to visit. With a rental car Palermo centre is 20 minutes away, so if distance is a factor then this villa is still worthwhile.

Abbiamo alloggiato in sei nello splendido appartamento di Paola, che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato, curato nei minimi dettagli e fornito di tutto ciò che è necessario in una casa. Inoltre, abbiamo usufruito del noleggio auto Appa rental car (suggerito dalla host) proprio di fronte l'appartamento ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, anche grazie alla signora Giovanna, gentile e disponibile. Quando abbiamo avuto piccoli intoppi, la signora Paola è stata subito a disposizione e d'aiuto, risolvendo prontamente. È stato facile comunicare grazie alla sua gentilezza. Ci ritorneremmo senza dubbio, consigliatissimo.

Loved the space! Perfect for our family of 11. The views- my gosh. The photos don’t do it justice. Andrea was an impeccable host and helped us with transportation, baggage, and all of our questions throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

This place was exactly like the pictures. It’s gorgeous and the pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. The rooms are clean are modern and it feels like a five star resort. Marko was very responsive and helpful in terms of planning - I will call out that they don’t allow outside chefs or visitors which wasn’t in the listing and caused some stress for us. Additionally, although Castellammare del Golfo is a very cute town with lots of restaurants - it is difficult to walk there and back from the villa due to the large hill and it was much harder and more expensive than expected to get back and forth from the city centre and to the beach. Overall we had an amazing experience at the villa and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

This place is paradise. It was so beautiful and relaxing and so very very hard to leave! We will be back. Alberta was a brilliant host - so helpful and responsive and welcoming. A truly unique place to stay hosted by a great team - what more could you ask for?!

Nous sommes partis en vacances à 10 copains. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous avions accès à la partie inférieure de la maison (un grand séjour, 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain), ainsi que l’ensemble des extérieurs avec la piscine. Il est facile de stationner sa voiture sur le parking de la résidence qui est sécurisée. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être accueilli avec des pastas à la sauce tomate/basilic le soir de notre arrivée. Patrizia, son mari et sa fille nous ont organisé un cours de cuisine pendant notre séjour pour apprendre à faire des pastas italiennes. Nous avons fortement apprécié le moment. C’était génial ! Je vous recommande de venir séjourner à Palerme dans ce logement idéalement situé entre Mondello et Cefalu.

Giacomo est un hôte exceptionnel ! Sa villa est magnifiquement située, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Avant même la réservation, il a été d'une disponibilité et d'une communication remarquables en prenant le temps de répondre précisément à toutes nos questions. Nous avons apprécié sa flexibilité : arrivée anticipée, proposition last check-out tardif, proposition de transport. La villa est propre, accueillante et parfaitement équipée. Je recommande chaudement cette location sans la moindre hésitation pour qui recherche un hébergement de qualité proche de la plage !​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Stunning location. Beautiful Villa lovely decor. myself, my partner and our 4 children had a lovely stay and enjoyed the swimming pool daily. A small gym and and table tennis especially was very much enjoyed. Valeria was great and we felt welcomed. Very memorable stay with everything we needed. Close to the beach and supermarket. Highly recommend.

Antonio’s place is an like an oasis of peace and beauty from busy life! The view is literally to die for!! Antonio and his sister were always helpful giving recommendations and even helping us organise a boat to rent in off season! There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walking down the hill, and besides that there is hardly anyone or anything - super peaceful and private! We loved watching the sunrise and spending time in the nearby village!

Данная поездка состоялась всего на 1 ночь в Палермо, я и другие гости хозяина Danilo, даже не ожидали что можно получить столько эмоций и впечатлений от пребывания на его вилле. Рекомендации по поездке, закупкам в супермаркет, и городу. Постоянная связь, и невиданная отзывчивость и невероятная ответственность. Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

Maria was a wonderful host. She was responsive and helpful in providing local recommendations and answering any questions we had about the property. The house is immaculate and she clearly has a lot of pride in the property and the service she provides. If you are staying in this part of Sicily and you want a peaceful place with stunning views of the sea and valley this is a wonderful location.

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lietta, a beautiful, spacious and peaceful villa. Even better than we expected. The pool was amazing with plenty of different areas to sit in the garden. We were warmly greeted by Andrea’s family who couldn’t have been more charming and though we didn’t actually meet Andrea himself he was extremely helpful in so many ways - offering us invaluable advice and recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this lovely villa.

We have just come back from a lovely stay at Gianpolo’s Villa Blu in Mondello. Great peaceful location and a short walk to the beautiful seaside. We were travelling with 3 young children, they felt at home immediately and enjoyed their first experience of Italy in Sicily! Gianpolo and his family were great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and getting lots of great recommendations for our 1 week stay. The house is just like in the pictures: very modern and clean. Would not hesitate to come back again and re-live the exact same holiday we just had! Many thanks Gianpaolo & Vittoria for making us feel welcomed and all your advice this past week!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Auch an Ausstattung war alles da, was man brauchte. Endlich mal genug Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck! Liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet, da hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Wir waren erst die zweiten Mieter in dem Objekt, also alles neu. Die Nähe zum Meer ist klasse und man kommt auch zu Fuß in den kleinen Ort, wo es alles gibt: Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Eisläden, frischen Fisch… Der Pool wird zweimal pro Woche geprüft und gereinigt, ein Gärtner kam auch. Es gibt zwei kleine Dinge zu beanstanden, aber über die kann man locker hinwegsehen, da der Aufenthalt trotzdem toll war: es gibt keine Spülmaschine, (das ist schon etwas nervig, wenn man zu fünft isst und sich selbst versorgt) und es kläffen sehr viele Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Elektrische Jalousien und Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum haben sich die Wärme gut erträglich gemacht.
