We had an amazing stay here for a week. It was comfortable for our workation. Wi-Fi was good and the location was close to all Good cafés and beaches . We had a great time here.

We have just returned from our 20 days stay in this great apartment 😊 It is centrally located in Candolim, just off the Fort Aguada Road, a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean, with AC and 2 huge fans, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, which kept us cool throughout. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our stay, including microwave, toaster and kettle. There was plenty of bed lined and towels. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. There was also back up electricity. The photographs of the apartment are outdated – the kitchen / living area is open plan, which we loved. Not all of the furniture in the photographs was in the apartment (red couch in living area, 2 seats in bedroom), but that suited us as is created the feel of being more spacious. Santana was a great host 😊 Any queries were dealt with quickly, and he was proactive in checking on how we were. Thank you 😊

I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

This property is stunning and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The large pool was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a comfortable and serene getaway with a great pool, this property is ideal. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it!

walkable distance to many restaurants and amenities. only 10 mins walk to the Candolim beach. place was clean with all essential amenities.

Stepny was an amazing and gracious host. We loved staying in that perfect place which was so beautifully decorated and easy to reach as we as commute from. If we ever visit again again this is the place I would love to stay at again. The neighborhood was peaceful and nice and the locations we wanted to visit were nearby. Arambol Beach is very close to the place and is a must visit. The only suggestion to future guest to to carry light luggage since the flat is on the last floor and it is very difficult to cary heavy luggage. Again, Love the Place!! Thanks Stepny

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

Ansh is a great host and very responsive, the apartment was beautiful and cozy with amazing view and was located in one of the best locations in Anjuna. The apartment was clean, well equipped and furnished. The complex is walkable to the beach and is surrounded with great cafe's and restaurants nearby.

Den Bildern und bisherigen Rezensionen ist eigentlich nicht mehr viel hinzuzufügen. Auch ich habe eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in super Lage vorgefunden, malerisch zwischen hohen Palmen gelegen und nur einen kurzen Fußweg zu den Stränden von Anjuna entfernt. Cezar, Jhalak und Suraj waren super gastfreundlich und haben sich bei meinem kurzen Aufenthalt toll um mich gekümmert. Sollte ich erneut nach Goa kommen, wird diese Unterkunft erneut meine erste Wahl sein!

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

The villa was located in a quiet, secluded area, yet still within easy reach of Goa's famous Calangute and candolim beaches,restaurants, and pubs..We loved exploring the local markets, trying the delicious seafood, and enjoyed the Goa vibe A must mention on ur villa was about ur maid and cook services..They were extremely humble and made the dishes we wanted, delicious and room service was also really great We went as a group of friends and felt like we were living in our own home . We can't wait to return to Goa and stay at this incredible villa again

Absolutely amazing stay 11/10 I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Alex’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, Alex was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. place is much more clean and good than shown in the pics..host replys in less time. location also good 15mins away to Candolim and 30mins to Baga , Calangute.. very peaceful community...

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

This place was just incredible in every way. As a person who is using AirBnbs for the first time, I was expecting a difference between the written description and reality. But every detail in the property description was accurate to the minute detail - fully living up to the "Guest Favourite" title. One can confidently rely on every feature described in the property description. The one thing that blew my mind was the "backup wifi". If the main wifi stopped working for some reason, there was another wifi ready to go. Though we didn't get a chance to test it, the effort put into ensure that there are no problems during the stay is awesome. Nitesh and the caretaker were very pro-active and understanding throughout the stay, and also helped us with minor hiccups. This place will be on top of my list if I'm considering a stay again in North Goa with 4-5 people :-)

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Deepak was super helpful and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

The stay was very nice and clean. the locality is amazing and nearby beaches. kushagra and Puja were very helpful. the stay had all the necessary utilities in good condition. it was more than what we expected

Me and girls had an amazing stay at the duplex apartment. The house was even better than what we expected. The host and the caretaker were extremely responsive and made the entire check in and check out hassle free. Would 100 percent recommend this place to my friends and family. The pool the view and the facilities were amazing.

The place is at a very good location with all the basic amenities and food outlets close by. They have kept the place very up to date and clean with all the basic equipment available and of top quality. Anmol as a host is very supportive and helpful that makes the stay a lot more pleasant and not to forget the caretaker Santosh who keeps it all running smoothly. Thank you guys i really enjoyed my stay.
