We stayed here for a family of four trip for one week. The location was great, it was easy to walk to the historic center and to restaurants, sites, grocery, etc. The home is in a gated residential community, so very quiet and safe. The home had everything we needed, very comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Our kids enjoyed the pool when we were not sightseeing. The cleaning service was great and they came when convenient for us. The host was very responsive when asked for recommendations on hikes in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Antigua and this was a great place to unwind at when we were done for the day.

Somos una familia de Costa Rica y estuvimos muy felices en apartamento de Guillermo. El lugar es muy lindo y elegante, sumamente limpio y confortable. Está muy cerca de grandes centros comerciales, diversos negocios y buenos restaurantes, aunque en el mismo edificio tienes todo lo quieras si así lo deseas para desayunar o comer. Es fiel a las fotos de presentación. Algo que te dejará maravillado es la vista tan hermosa que tendrás del volcán de Acatenango, algo sumamente especial!. Un aspecto que te dará mucha tranquilidad es que podrás tomar agua deliciosa, fresca y sana en el mismo apartamento sin tener que comprar botellas para tal efecto, porque al agua se le da un tratamiento especial que te permite disfrutarla con tranquilidad. Guillermo es una persona muy accesible y amable, estará pendiente de ti en todo momento para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Te aseguro que te sentirás como en casa disfrutando de este hermoso país.

This stay was exactly what I was looking for. Considering I’m not from Guatemala it was extremely easy to get to this location, and the places nearby were as nice as the view from the room, and the 19th floor. The airbnb is cozy, and provides a great view at the Volcanoes that make Guatemala’s iconic. In other words, “bang for the buck”.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very quiet but only a few minutes from the centre of Antigua with all the restaurants and cafes. Hosts were really communicative and accommodating when our arrival was delayed. A great stay.

The place was easy to find. Close , walkable and safe, transportation was available if did not want to walk. Bed and linen, clean and very comfortable, made me feel at home, place is perfect for two. thank you for your wonderful hospitality, I shall see you again.

The listing matched with the place. The house was spacious and clean. Price is fair for the accommodation. Accessing the residential was the only drawback as we kept having to show IDs/documents and explanations every time we went out and opening the car to get it reviewed.

Beautiful views, 7 blocks from Central Park

The house is amazing. I was sad to have to leave. From the morning waking up to the beautiful volcano view, to all of the beautiful plants and flowers, to the lovely layout of the house with a beautiful courtyard, we just were surrounded by beauty. One thing that was a happy surprise was finding out there is a garden gate that opens on to a small park, which is a very short walk from the Cerra de la Cruz hike with an overview of Antigua! What a great house and location!! And super accommodating for a large group. Every one gets a nice bedroom and private bath. Wonderful value!

It's a nice place! Private and secure. My nephew loved the heated pool. It's walkable to the outer rim of Antigua, but maybe slightly too far to walk to the center (definitely doable, but with Uber so cheap and the free shuttle, it's just not worth it). I'd stay here again.

Farm luxury home

If you are looking for a private get away, camping type location this is the place for you. Few things if you are coming from the United States, no AC or washing, it gets hot but with the fans the sleep is ok. Make sure you go grocery shopping before you go in because food and restaurants are not easily accessible. The host Carlos will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, he was the best host you can ask for and I would go back.
