The house was great and a short walk to a playground. There were lots of extra blankets, pillows and linens which was perfect for the kids sleeping on the futon. Neighborhood felt safe and the house is on a quiet street.

The Centennial House was perfect for our extended family to gather. The giant dining room table and spacious kitchen were perfect for meals and board games. Everyone had a comfortable room to stay in and our Sheltie had so much fun racing the kids around the house. Location is close to Colorado National Monument and the grand Junction area while also being out away from the freeway and busy traffic areas.

Great location! Walking distance to downtown and not far to hiking/skiing. Would definitely stay again, Amri was very responsive.

Lots of space in a suburban feeling neighborhood. Having access to the garage was great. Location was convenient for our purposes. All in all, I consider this a pretty good value for what you get. The furniture and kitchen complements could be improved, but are still workable. GJ is kind of a weird place… if you have to be there with a large group, this is a good spot to stay.

We had a comfortable stay at this home while we explored the area. It was a quiet location. I really enjoyed soaking in the big tub. Kitchen is extremely well stocked as far as kitchenware. Bring your own food, condiments and coffee.

Perfect home base! A black and a half to get to Main Street but far enough away that’s its peaceful and quiet. The house itself was great too!

Cassandra's place was perfect for our family of five, including three littles and an older dog! The place was super cute, spotless, and had everything we needed—including comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The backyard was fantastic for the kids and our pup, and having the storage shed for our bikes plus a hose to clean up afterward was a huge bonus. We didn't get a chance to use it, but the backyard setup with a table and grill looked perfect for outdoor dining. Being just a block from downtown made everything easy and convenient. Communication was great, and check-in was super smooth. Highly recommend this Airbnb for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient getaway!

It was a perfect get away and close to home. The hot tub was our favorite part, and my kids had a blast in it with us. The views were incredible in the evening we got to watch the sunset as we were in the hot tub. The beddibg was very clean and great smell, it felt like at home! Plenty of towels and wrobes perfect for after the hot tub! Will be back soon!!! 10/10

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time here because we liked it so much. It was very cozy and a great spot when you have dogs.

Cute little house with a great back yard for hanging out in the evening. Centrally located in town near all the events and locations.

Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings. The pool, sauna and hot tub were amazing and everything worked great. We had lots of space to spread out but plenty of communal areas for family time. We loved the movie theater and pool table. All in all a wonderful experience.

Great spot close to downtown and close to great mt bike riding. Hot tub was clean and hot. communication was great as well.

What a beautiful oasis in the Palaside countryside. The house was charming and well maintained. The large fenced area outside was greatly appreciated by the dog. The setting itself is peaceful and offers great views of the mountains. It is also a great jumping off point to see the many things the area has to offer. Would love to stay again, for longer next time!

One bedroom upstairs with an open plan common space and three bedrooms downstairs. The common kitchen/dining/living walks out onto an expansive deck with in-your-face views of Grand Junction, Grand Mesa and the Book Cliffs. Glorious star-watching. Decently isolated from neighbors. The property borders a cute canyon with rough trails leading down to it. Very quiet and remote feeling even though the glittering lights of the city are laid out before you. The property was in excellent condition and well taken care of. We would be happy to go back!

The Cottage was a beautiful cozy place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the place just felt like home. The hot tub was amazing!! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and made the stay even better. We will for sure stay again next time we are in Grand Junction!!

We loved this cute townhouse in Grand Junction! The location was perfect, and the home was well appointed. The kitchen was very efficient with everything you needed! The bathrooms were super clean with double vanities. The beds were comfortable with luxurious bedding. There is plenty of parking on the street right outside the rental. The layout was great for our group with the private suite on the third floor and two bedrooms with a shared bath on the second. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I would give 10 stars if possible! Loved this place. Uniquely and authentically decorated, loved knowing the Native history and having authentic pieces in the home. The tile work is beautiful. Love all the wood furniture. Very comfortable beds. All linens are superior quality. If you have cats or dogs, this is the best place you will find for them.

We LOVED our stay here. The property is amazing. It’s so fun to explore the wilderness that surrounds it. We loved sitting by the pond and watching the frogs. We also really enjoyed the fun outdoor games available. Our dogs had so much room to run and absolutely loved it. The inside of the home is beautiful. Rachel has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We also loved how close the property was to all of our activities. We went horseback riding, rafting, wine tasting and visited the Colorado National Monument…all within 10 minutes of the property. Highly recommend!!

There's no word to describe how amazing this place is! if you are an animal lover, you have to stay here! it was a little slice of heaven and we really enjoyed spending our christmas at this place. We went out every morning and fed the animals treats, got to interact with them as much as we wanted. It was really cool to wake up, open my eyes and see all the animals out the window. awe are big dog lovers in our family and were missing our own pets so it was really great to have the dogs wandering around the property, and we could let them in the house with us to hang out any time we wanted. We will definitely be back to this place!
