Airbnb should creat a term higher than Superhost only for Rickard. We had a absolutely perfect stay at his place. The place is just paradise, fresh fish coming to you everyday, you don't have to move, some children are always hanging around ready to help you if you need anything. His goat Javier is the loveliest goat on earth and his dog Panther.. well I fall in love with that cute dog, she is the best as Rickard and Nieva his girlfriend. We couldn't wish a greater stay. They showed us secret rover with no tourist at all they helped us with absolutely everything. I have no words to describe that stay it was spot on!! Thank you again Rickard we felt at home for 5 days and we were so sad we had to leave.. we will come back for sure!!!! Miss you guys already!

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the French Villa Santander, and it was a lovely experience. From the moment we booked, arrived and checked-out, the host and the caretakers ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodation made our stay truly relaxing and feeling home away from home. My family want to stay in this villa again. More so, the villa’s location is just a few minutes drive to Oslob Whale Shark Watching location. We highly recommend this place.

This place was paradise for us. Well layout and the view Devine. What a way to unwind with your own private beach. It’s also close to some great attractions. If I get the opportunity to come over again I would book this place for at least a week.

One of the Coolest Places I’ve Ever Stayed Probably the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. Angèle was incredibly responsive and helpful—she provided a guide, assisted with our travels, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was beautifully designed, super aesthetic, and stocked with everything you could possibly want. Kayaks were available, there was a great pool, and of course, the beachfront was unbeatable. The scooter came in clutch for getting around. The place was also really spacious—perfect for bringing friends next time. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m already planning to stay longer! An absolutely incredible experience.

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

Great communication and 24/7 security and caretaker. Caretaker was very hospitable and no problem to tough to resolve. House was clean and tidy and great view over the sea. Unfortunately both my wife and I are light sleepers and the main 4 lane highway is between the house and the sea. Traffic was 24/7 so we got little sleep and thus left a day earlier.

Perfect in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer. Recommended to anybody visiting Siquijor!

The location of the beach cottage is perfect! Close to very good restaurants and in front of the beautiful marine sanctuary with stunning snorkeling spots. Cottage is small but has everything you need with a nice terrace. Pool was nice and there are available pool towels. We got the best filtered coffee in Siquijor from their coffee station! Ricky and the team were so kind and always ready to help.

It can be very hot inside the tent. The portable AC struggled to cool down the tent during our stay. Good thing they provided fans, but theres not enough sockets in the tent. So you'll have to choose between charging your gadgets and suffering in heat or enjoying the fan without being able to charge your gadgets.

Franklina's place is really amazing, top top hosting and very professional staff service, spacious rooms, super clean, and the sea and sunset view from.the pool is incredible. Our best stay in the Philippines so far.

After travelling around for a month we landed here for the some of the last bit of our stay, it’s such a beautiful place ,with great attention to detail, if you want somewhere amazing to relax this is definitely the place to stay. We loved it so much we decided to extend till the very end of the holiday . The staff were lovely and always helpful,franklina was always very responsive, I would definitely stay again

Très bel Airbnb au calme, nous avons vraiment apprécié nos retours de vadrouilles dans un environnement abrité de toute l'agitation du centre. Le personnel est adorable et discret, le restaurant est très bon. En conclusion : nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous pouvons le recommander à toute personne recherchant de la quiétude. A savoir : un peu loin des lieux "à voir" et connexion WiFi bancale.

This place was absolutely amazing and well worth the price paid. Directly on a white sand beach in front of a protected marine reserve with fantastic snorkeling. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, local shopping, and small mom and pop grocery stores. Close to all the main attractions on Siquijor. The 3 full time staff were amazing, especially Ricky. They keep the pool and grounds spotless, are there to accommodate your every request yet are not intrusive and respect your privacy. The sunsets from the beach are incredible. The rooms are small and simple, yet clean and comfortable with every modern amenity you may need. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant across the street (Luca Loco) several mornings and they delivered it to us on the beach. We had a blast in the pool as well. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Casa Juan del Barrio a 12. We will definitely be back next time we visit Siquijor.

Juvy’s beach house is a relaxing place to stay. The beautiful beach is just on the front hard. The house is fully equipped with cooking wares, and utensils. She provided free water to drink. It is a place you can call a home away from home. My family and I had a great time during our stay.

Casa Ida direkt am Strand ist ein Traum. Sonnenuntergänge und herrlich ruhige Stimmung am Morgen. Das Haus ist sehr luftig, der Ventilator macht einen guten Job. Linda und die anderen Angestellten waren sehr lieb und immer zur Stelle. Großartig. Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Dann aber mindestens für 3 Wochen. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Ich schreibe die Bewertung aus der Perspektive eines digital Nomaden mit eigenem Business d.h. für mich sind gewisse Dinge wichtig, dazu gleich. Die Umgebung ist der Wahnsinn, du hast ein Riff vor der Tür. Die ganze Crew kümmert sich rührend um einen. Nochmal speziellen Dank an Jane!! Siquijor ist die Insel der Brownouts. Das recht oft, macht das Arbeiten zu einer Herausforderung, da Strom und Internet betroffen sind. Die Hütte ist ein absolutes Erlebnis. Jedoch nicht für jeden. Innen ist es dunkel, perfekt zum einschlafen, aber ohne Arbeitsplatz. Die Hütte ist sehr naturnah, wenn du keine Tiere magst, solltest du woanders hin. Viele sind auch nachts aktiv. Nichts bei leichtem Schlaf. Die Bar öffnet um 07:00 und damit auch die Musik, die den ganzen Tag läuft. Machst du Urlaub, ist das toll, willst du konzentriert arbeiten, nicht. Für einen Urlaub komme ich sicher wieder, fürs Arbeiten würde ich eines der anderen Objekte aus dem Repertoire von Gen nehmen ;) (4 Wochen)

We loved our stay! I chose this place because I was training with the onsite freedive school, and it was perfect to have easy access to my room between dives. There’s also a scuba facility onsite, plus a restaurant with healthy and delicious options. The dive site was the highlight for me, but the location is also within walking distance of other marine reserves. The option to rent a scooter onsite adds to the convenience. Gen and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable. I recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping, but I didn’t find the road noise to be a major issue. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

Der Aufenthalt bei Christoph war einer der Besten den wir bis jetzt in Siquijor hatten. Die Anlage und die Unterkunft waren ein Traum. Fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Christoph und sein Team sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit .Was will man mehr,glatte fünf Sterne.

Tout s’est très bien passé, la chambre était magnifique et ils sont très réactifs. Nous avons eux besoin d’une moustiquaire, et dans l’heure elle était posée. Le seul petit point d’ombre c’est le restaurant dans lequel est la chambre, leur service n’est pas à la hauteur. À part ça c’était parfait

Susan & Kev were great responsive hosts who have a lovely home in the heart of Siquijor. Kev picked us up from the port & you can see the villa from the port as you come in. Great beach front location with a lovely verandah overlooking the sea. Home is spacious, clean and private. There was some outdoor noise from neighbours and smell of smoke coming through at night but this would usually stop by 23:00. Couple of power cuts but hosts have generators to tackle this. Helpful recommendations from host for nearby scenic spots & food spots! Was a lovely stay :-)
