We, a group of four people including our elderly Mom and a cook, had a fantastic week-long stay at this place. Both the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, and the villa was spotless and well-equipped. We get everything in the nearby places including a laundromat. We would highly recommend it!

Kaladharan' place in Chandranagar is exactly the kind of home anyone from the US or Europe would desire in Palakkad. It is very very spacious and is as modern as they come. It has 4 big bedrooms, lots of living space and can easily house 8 guests. The place is impeccably clean and is well stocked with supplies; if you are missing anything, the property manager Sujit was just a phone call away! The access to the place can be tricky and the roads are not the best but it is an oasis in the noisy city of Palakkad. Again, Sujit was very responsive and very accommodating. I placed 8 of my dear friends here over the Christmas holidays and they said it was the best part of their trip. I intend to stay here next time with my extended family!
