Michael responded to all requests promptly. The kitchen was well stocked, way beyond what was necessary with condiments, etc, though it was our vacation and I refused to allow my wife to cook. Michael was simply very nice.

We loved this place! Great location and the pool and spa were big and top notch. The location to all the restaurants was so close. Little walk to the beach but the directions on how to get there made it a beautiful walk. We could have taken the free ride that she recommended but we like to walk. We did take the free ride car a couple of times and was so easy. The host had tons of amenities that you would not get from other ARBNBs. Definitely would come back! Thank You!

Such a wonderful house and a wonderful neighborhood! Thank you for being responsive to every one of our needs. It also helped that the Florida weather was absolutely perfect! We loved the pool area and spent very little time inside. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great location in a very quite neighborhood, and the pool is as good as it looks in the photos. We had a 5 star stay. The house has obviously been 'lived in' in a good way - so kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and everything around the house you need like towels and sheets are great quality. Adrianne who met us for check in was really nice and had 1000's of local recommendations - they were all good, so do ask her! While not really negatives, I thought I would call out a few things that needed some upkeep: * The sun umbrella around the pool is on it's last legs and a bit rusted. Still usable but probably needs replacing soon * The gas grill is usable but very run down. The burners are rusted and collapsed. We cooked on it every day without any real function problems, but if you're a serious griller it is worth knowing Otherwise a perfect stay - and the two things above in no way impacted our enjoyment of the pool and house.

Juan was very responsive during our stay evacuating from Hurricane Milton. When our other plans were sold out, he responded immediately and was very courteous the whole trip. Great people and great place. Very comfortable here.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and cozy, with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast and included water were thoughtful touches that made the stay even better. The shower and bathroom were spotless. Barbara was a wonderful host—friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!
