The room was large with plenty of space. Our balcony overlooked a lake behind the facility. It's a short drive to the beach and beyond.

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing beach vacation. The condo is decorated immaculately. It’s is extremely comfortable. The condo is located in a hotel located directly on singer beach. It is extremely convenient for a walk to the beach vacation with the option to have hotel amenities. The best of both worlds. The hotel has a restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner a smoothie and espresso/coffee bar. Anything we needed we called the hotel and they ran it up to us even though we were in an Airbnb. What you will not get by renting this place : a cute neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Places to walk and shopping nearby. The restaurant is always dead and there’s not much buzz happening in the hotel, they’re still trying to find their footing by creating a brand and identity. But the food is very good although insanely expensive. Pros : you’re only 15 minutes away from Palm Beach with all the insane shopping and food you need.

If you are a scuba diver, or wanting to become a scuba diver… then this is a great place for you. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Just a little bit further walk and you’re standing on the beach in the ocean. We chose this place because it was extraordinarily close to the Blue Heron Bridge. Also known as Phil Foster Park which just a couple of blocks away. A great place for scuba diving. Dive shops are very close. And this place is only minutes away from Riviera Marina. Again, more scuba diving boats and expeditions. We will be back.

Un lugar maravilloso, el mejor en el que hemos estado. Todas las amenidades juntas son increíbles. El único problema que tuvimos fue con la llegada, no encontramos el lugar pues la descripción no es la adecuada, el Waze nos llevo cerca a un estacionamiento pero no había indicación de que era en el Wintham Paradaise... por lo demás un lugar extraordinario. Espero volver pronto.

the unit looks brand new, super clean I was really impressed with how new it looked. It was cozy and its only a mile away from the beach. I stayed here for my clinicals, so its not far from my clinicals. I would say its 15-20 min from my school if you're not taking the freeway. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

The space was very large and clean and was perfect for our stay in wellington. We also loved the pool area. We recommend Kasa for anyone visiting Wellington.

This apartment is a gem! Deborah’s space is just like the pictures, super cozy, well equipped and has a prime location. Attention to details in the decoration like flowers and signs made us feel at home. The beach kit came in handy and made our trips to the beach easier and comfortable. The club area is great for walking and the pool came super in handy during summertime. All instructions were super clear and made our stay seamless. Both check-in and check-out procedures were easy and quick to comply with. Parking was also easy to manage with the permit and dedicated spots for visitors. As for Deborah, she is an amazing host. Super proactive and kind. She was always easy to reach and helped us with any doubts we had. She also left us a guide with some suggestions of what to do in the neighborhood which came super in hand! Would definitely recommend her space to anyone and love to come back!

A gem of a place in a beautiful old school building. Best location, super close to the beach and restaurants. Sierra provides you with beach chairs and umbrella which are a game changer. She made our stay easy and accommodating for us. We will definitely come back.

We stayed here for spring break with 3 kids ages 6-11. Overall the place was great! Super spacious and clean, with access to the pools, hot tubs, and many scheduled activities throughout the day. The hotel offers shuttle service to the beach twice a day, it was great having that and access to the other Wyndham locations in the beach. The only annoyance was the hard timeshare presentation at check in, we were basically forced to say we'll attend the presentation before getting access to our room. We had zero interest in a 90 minute presentation that would take time away from our trip. My credit card was charged $40 to "hold a deposit" and it was never returned because we didn't attend the presentation. Aside from that, we really enjoyed the hotel and its amenities.

What a wonderful place to gather for a girls trip! The 7 of us had plenty of space and everything we needed. Devin was responsive and helpful. The amenities of the resort were just top notch!

We had an amazing stay at Sofa House! The house was just as beautiful as the pictures, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The backyard was absolutely stunning—we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, it was super convenient to take the Freebe golf carts to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Anita was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Sofa House to anyone visiting the area! The Delray Beach area is beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We’ll definitely be back!

Great house, beautiful pool and outdoor setup! The house came fully equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, pack n play and high chair for families traveling with little ones. Would definitely come back!

Great place to stay! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. The only thing is we didn’t realize the pool was not heated and was a bit too cold for our kids to enjoy. You can also hear the roosters in the primary bedroom but just had to crank up our sound machine to drown it out. Would stay here again because the house itself is wonderful and price is affordable.

What a great stay! This house was perfect for our group. The pool and outside area was one of our favorite parts of the house, as well as the pool table and corn hole boards. Two of the days during our stay were rainy so it was really nice to have something to do other than watch TV. The master bedroom is really comfortable and the other two rooms are, as well, though on the smaller end. The kitchen and dining areas are a little tight, space-wise, but absolutely not a problem for us! The house is set up to maximize seating, sleeping, and amenities, which is awesome. Plenty of room for two families with small children. Laundry on site and a dishwasher are really fantastic features. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
