John's condo was just as described and pictured. Perfect location directly across from the beach and walkable to tons of restaurants. John was super responsive and made sure we had access to beach chairs and an umbrella. He had lots of restaurant recommendations and even gave us a ride to Publix when we arrived so we were able to get some groceries and start our vacation first thing the next morning!

Ignacio’s place in Riviera Beach was absolutely perfect. The condo was incredibly spacious and clean and looked exactly like the photos. The gorgeous view of the beach and ocean were visible from every room out on the balcony. The location was perfect to walk to the near by restaurants (about 10/15 mins on foot). Ignacio was VERY easy to communicate with and was super responsive. We had a couple snacks and some water waiting for us which was very appreciated since we had been traveling all day. The kitchen was also equipped with every thing you could need (coffee maker/blender/dishes/wine opener/cooking utensils etc) the washer and dryer were also a huge plus! This was our first ever Airbnb experience and Ignacio and his place more than impressed us! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Victoria was very communicative. The condo felt very comfortable and had interesting decorations that made it feel cozy. She supplied everything needed to cook so just had to buy food. The photos in her instructions to get in were very helpful especially about the door to leave the garage for the stairs. Overall this was a wonderful week’s stay.

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing beach vacation. The condo is decorated immaculately. It’s is extremely comfortable. The condo is located in a hotel located directly on singer beach. It is extremely convenient for a walk to the beach vacation with the option to have hotel amenities. The best of both worlds. The hotel has a restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner a smoothie and espresso/coffee bar. Anything we needed we called the hotel and they ran it up to us even though we were in an Airbnb. What you will not get by renting this place : a cute neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Places to walk and shopping nearby. The restaurant is always dead and there’s not much buzz happening in the hotel, they’re still trying to find their footing by creating a brand and identity. But the food is very good although insanely expensive. Pros : you’re only 15 minutes away from Palm Beach with all the insane shopping and food you need.

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s home. Thank you for having us. We loved the quiet neighborhood, proximity to the beach, and the side yard where our kids enjoyed playing. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’d love to come back again!

We had a great time. I loved the condo amenities like the fully stocked kitchen. Beds were soft. Wished there were more beach amenities available like a beach cart and umbrella. You do have a ten or so min walk to the beach which with kids isn't easy when you need their stuff. The parking at Carlin is free so that is helpful if you don't mind just driving to the beach. Advertisement says sleeps 6 which I'd say is not correct. There is only bedding for 4 people and the couch doesn't pull out so one person could fit on the couch (a child or teen). I'd recommend a pull out couch if the ad is for 6 people. Very friendly people at the condo. Come prepared with your Netflix sign in etc. beautiful place and great location and we would def stay there again.

We were satisfied with our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. Showers work very well with strong water pressure and ample amount of hot water for everyone to shower. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. The added expense for pool heating was a necessity. When outside the highway and trains were extremely loud and busy but you couldn't hear them from the inside. The boat was a cool add on to have available but you CAN NOT leave the little lake area, so not really worth the money. Having a TV in every room was very nice. There was a ton of extra stuff available for use in the house. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a great spot for a big group. The ample sleeping arrangements and space inside and outside the house was great. Rivkah was very responsive and helped with whatever was needed.

My gf and I felt right at home here. The location had everything we needed and was within a short driving distance to all of the local attractions. We loved that it was right on the water and we felt like we had our own little tropical getaway. The place was clean and had everything we needed. If you are staying in the Delray Beach area then I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed. When we visit the area again I will be staying here.

We traveled with a group of 11 adults to this area for a week of Cardinal, spring training and fun. The house was centrally located for our needs . We spent time in Jupiter, Lake Worth, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach, Victoria and Alex were very prompt to respond to us. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Great place to stay my girlfriend and I along with 6 other friends stayed for a week and it was an amazing stay no problems at all she let us check in earlier then the scheduled check in time. The only thing I wish the pool stayed heating when the hut tub turned on but that wasn’t a problem at all overall great stay for the price lots do do and in a nice neighborhood

Stayed here for my first-ever visit to West Palm, and I’m so glad I chose this place over anywhere else! This home was amazing from start to finish. Laura communicated with me before the trip and even connected us to a limo service, which was something I really wanted. When we walked in, we were greeted with BEAUTIFUL flowers and birthday decor – I've never experienced that with a host before. Anytime we needed clarification or help (which wasn’t much), she was on it right away! My friends and I truly enjoyed this space, and it was just a short drive to pretty much everywhere in West Palm! I can honestly say Laura has been the best Airbnb host I’ve ever stayed with. I would definitely stay here again. She played a big part in making this trip perfect!

Our family of 10 (5 adults 5 kids) loved our stay at Kelly’s home. It was spacious, functional, and perfectly situated next to parks for the kids and pickle courts for the rest of us. We enjoyed the use of their pool, golf cart and boat. Would recommend especially for families- house was very kid friendly.

Tyler's place was exactly as pictured. The location was ideal with direct access to Carlin Park, short walk to the beach, and a very clean pool on property. Spacious condo that was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area. Offered all the amenities we could need or want. Tyler was incredibly responsive the entire time and made our stay easy and stress free. Thank you!

Excellent stay! Great location with beautiful views! Condo was very clean and matched the photos . We loved our large balcony. Marina was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Elizabeth always got back to us very quickly with any questions that I had for her. We enjoyed the stay and it was close to all the places we wanted to golf.

Stunning views and wonderful Ritz Carlton amenities and service at this property. Very comfortable and quiet condominium set up….and it was awesome even with lousy weather!

We had an excellent stay ! The condo was very clean and fresh- there were beach chairs and towels and lots of little extra touches which made us feel at home - a cozy throw blanket for a cool night - coffee pods , plenty of spa like bath towels , fully equipped kitchen ( not that we cooked!) David was very responsive and fair. Location is close to the pool and the twisted tuna restaurant!

Herval’s place is a perfect place for a couple to come and relax. The apartment is quiet and comfortable and offers many amenities including a beautiful pool and secure parking. There are several restaurants, boat tours and fishing charters within walking distance, and it is a short drive to the beach. Herval is a wonderful and very responsive host, and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing experience. The host was awesome with great communication. Great ocean views, couldn’t ask for a better place for a Florida Vaca!!
