I have stayed at this property multiple times and would rate it 10 stars if I could. The property was private and the neighborhood is located near tons of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, drugstores and 10 minutes from my kids school. The check in was seamless and if given enough notice they accommodate early check in. The unit was very spacious and spotless. The unit came with all the great essentials such as pots, pans, dishes and silverware dish soap even cleaning supplies and hygienic essentials(shampoo, body wash and tons of towels). The washer and dryer unit was clean and high tech. I needed to extend my stay twice and even though I requested the extension at the last minute Marina went over and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend staying at her property and would definitely return anytime.

This unit looked just like the pictures, very clean, and quiet. I wanted to extend the stay, but unfortunately the unit was unavailable. The host was very helpful, and provided several alternatives. I would definitely book again and recommend to my family and friends.

For the two of us and our teenager, this was just the perfect stay! Amazing access to the beach and the avenue, supercool vibe and furniture in the unit and we found the 2 bathrooms to be very helpful! We are already discussing how we don’t want to ever stay anywhere else!

Ignacio’s place in Riviera Beach was absolutely perfect. The condo was incredibly spacious and clean and looked exactly like the photos. The gorgeous view of the beach and ocean were visible from every room out on the balcony. The location was perfect to walk to the near by restaurants (about 10/15 mins on foot). Ignacio was VERY easy to communicate with and was super responsive. We had a couple snacks and some water waiting for us which was very appreciated since we had been traveling all day. The kitchen was also equipped with every thing you could need (coffee maker/blender/dishes/wine opener/cooking utensils etc) the washer and dryer were also a huge plus! This was our first ever Airbnb experience and Ignacio and his place more than impressed us! We cannot wait to stay here again!

We just completed our 10-night stay and have nothing but good things to say about Americo's listing. It is close to the airport, restaurants and I-95. Two couples can stay comfortably here. The unit is as described, the pictures are accurate. The convenience of having a dedicated parking space was also a plus. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive. The one-bedroom space was clean and comfortable, with great closet storage. We especially loved the little outdoor area—perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The location felt very safe, with security cameras and off-street parking. The kitchen was well-equipped with various appliances. The Roku TV, fast WiFi, and excellent air conditioning made our stay even better. It was conveniently close to stores, the beach, and attractions—highly recommend!

Check-in was a breeze once you walk in the home smells fresh everything was very clean and organized also nice and cool, the backyard is very nice has all things needed to enjoy the area. Pretty much had everything needed in the kitchen plenty of towels and supplies. Home is near all commercial stores and restaurants Walmart very close by, near Downtown bars and entertainment. Our family had a great time while staying here.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house was very spacious and the kids loved the pool. Tons of space in the back yard. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. This was a nice well needed family getaway. The host was very responsive and has a well put together home. We will definitely be back and recommend for others in the future.

We had a great time staying here. Very quiet neighborhood, and a very clean space. It is very close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. She had a pack n play and high chair all ready to go for us when we arrived which was much appreciated. Adonis was easy to communicate with. We did have a small issue with the hot tub but she went above and beyond to make it right and to resolve. We had a wonderful time. :)

This little cottage was perfect for us. We felt right at home. There is a full kitchen where you can actually cook. The living area is nice and spacious and the two bedrooms are comfortable. The extra of this cottage was the washing & dryer machine + the hot tub in the yard. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s place. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet close to many options for restaurants and stores. The lake view in the back was gorgeous and we loved sitting out back to watch the sunset. The house was well stocked with essentials which was helpful. Nicole was very communicative and responsive when we reached out about any issues or questions we had. We hope to stay here again on future trips to the area.

My family and I enjoyed an excellent stay at Nadine's condo in Delray Beach. It was such a great place to be -- right next to all the activities around Atlantic Ave but also peaceful. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and loaded with plenty of amenities. We appreciated Nadine's hospitality throughout. Many thanks and highly recommended!

The facility was beautiful and the condo was equally as nice. Looking forward to booking there again next year.

2nd stay here, mini condo units are modern and fully equipped as advertised. If you like security, this is the place for you...gated garage, need key to access bldg, and private entry key to apt. Definitely recommend.

Great location - very central, 2 min from Atlantic Ave. and direct on the beach, at the same time very quiet. A lot of space, very clean and very comfortable, inkl. parking just behind the house. Thank you John, we really enjoyed our stay
